A kilo is not a bulk discount. It is one hundred and twenty-five candles of one opinion, paid for in advance, standing in your workshop through a Punjab winter.

Candle Business Guides · Ludhiana
Most guides sell the kilo as the grown-up size and the cheaper gram. On a great many CSI listings it is neither — it is the same gram in one bottle instead of ten. The reason to buy a kilo in Ludhiana is that a single gifting or favour order can swallow it, and this guide works out when that is true.
125 candles
100 g candles from one kilo of fragrance oil at an 8% load — 8 g each · or 147 × 85 g gift tins, 83 × 150 g favours, 62 × 200 g jars · 1 kg is in stock on 87 of the 106 oils, from ₹2,832, and it is the largest pack in the range · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
How many candles will 1 kg of fragrance oil make? At an 8% load, 125 candles of 100 g — 8 g of oil each. The same kilo gives 147 × 85 g gift tins, 83 × 150 g favours or 62 × 200 g jars. It also commits you to about 11.5 kg of wax for the 100 g version.

Is the kilo cheaper per gram? Often not. On Sultan's Smoke the 1 kg bottle is ₹9 dearer than ten 100 g bottles; on Vanilla Orange Blossom it is ₹4 dearer. On others it genuinely pays — Amber Oud Royal saves ₹1,350 a kilogram, Pumpkin Spice ₹590.

So when should I buy one? When one order can absorb it. A 125-unit gifting list, a 150-favour wedding order or two 60-unit dealer lists in the same scent all clear a kilo inside a season. A twelve-scent retail range almost never does.

What does a kilo commit in cash? On Sultan's Smoke, ₹7,999 of oil plus ₹6,088.80 of wax, ₹737.50 of wicks and ₹400 of stickers — ₹15,225.30 to turn the bottle into 125 finished candles.
The short answer
Count the kilo in orders, not in weeks: a Ludhiana candle year is made of discrete single-scent orders — dealer gifting lists, wedding favours, hamper batches — so the useful question is "which order finishes this bottle", not "how many weeks of retail does it cover".
Check the ladder before you assume a saving: divide the kilo price by 1,000 and the 100 g price by 100. If the second number is smaller or equal, the kilo is a packaging convenience you are paying for, not a discount you are receiving — and it is still often worth it.
A kilo in a Punjab winter needs a working bottle: decant a few hundred grams into a smaller bottle and keep the kilo capped. Cold oil is slower to pour and harder to weigh accurately, and opening the same big bottle forty times is forty chances to contaminate it.
The 1 kg bottle against ten 100 g bottles of the same oil — saving to the left, premium to the right ₹0 — the kilo and ten bottles cost the same Amber Oud Royal kilo saves ₹1,350 Pumpkin Spice saves ₹590 Ban Magnet saves ₹590 Tobacco Vanilla saves ₹491 Pink Crush ₹91 Sultan's Smoke the kilo costs ₹9 MORE · Vanilla Orange Blossom ₹4 more · Lavender Oud exactly level
Bar length is rupees per kilogram, not per gram, so even the biggest bar is about 10% of the bottle. Four of these ladders reward the kilo properly; three do not reward it at all. Same shelf, same September, opposite advice.
Straight answer
Should a candle maker in Ludhiana buy a 1 kg bottle of fragrance oil?
Only if a single order will empty most of it, and almost never because of the price. One kilo at an 8% load is 125 candles of 100 g, 147 × 85 g gift tins, 83 × 150 g favours or 62 × 200 g jars — one scent, one recipe, in quantities a gifting list or a wedding order can absorb but a twelve-scent retail range cannot. The price argument is weaker than most people assume: 1 kg is in stock on 87 of the 106 oils, from ₹2,832, and it is the largest pack in the range, but on several listings it is not the cheapest gram. Sultan's Smoke is ₹7,999 for the kilo against ₹7,990 for ten 100 g bottles; Vanilla Orange Blossom is ₹8,294 against ₹8,290. On others the kilo pays properly — Amber Oud Royal saves ₹1,350 a kilogram, Pumpkin Spice and Ban Magnet ₹590 each, Tobacco Vanilla ₹491. So do the two divisions before you click, and then decide on grounds that are not price at all: one bottle instead of ten is fewer labels, fewer part-empties and one consistent batch of oil across a whole order, which on a 125-unit single-SKU job is worth paying nine rupees for. What the kilo genuinely costs you is cash and commitment. Turning that Sultan's Smoke bottle into 125 finished candles needs 11.5 kg of wax (₹6,088.80 bought as 12 kg), 125 wicks at ₹737.50 and ₹400 of stickers — ₹15,225.30 all in, or ₹119.07 of materials a candle before glass. Commit that only to a scent you have already sold.
One line: buy the kilo when one order can finish it and you want one bottle rather than ten — not because you expect it to be cheaper, because on many listings it is not.
Kilos worth checking: Sultan's Smoke 1 kg ₹7,999 (flat ladder — ten 100 g bottles are ₹7,990), Vanilla Orange Blossom 1 kg ₹8,294 (no 500 g rung at all), and Grapefruit Oleo 100 g ₹341 — the cheapest gram of the three at ₹3.41, with the kilo currently sold out.

A kilo, measured in orders

Weeks are the wrong unit for a Ludhiana kilo. Orders are the right one, because the work arrives in lumps of one scent.

A retail candle maker measures a bottle in weeks of sales, and that is sensible when the year is a steady trickle of mixed scents. Ludhiana's candle work mostly is not. It arrives as discrete single-SKU jobs: a dealer list of ninety identical Diwali gifts, a wedding's hundred and fifty favours, a boutique's opening hampers, a January order for an office. Each of those consumes one scent in one go. So the question that decides a kilo is arithmetic about orders, not about weeks.

Single-scent orders of 100 g candles · 8% load
What each order size consumes, and where the kilo lands
Order size Oil needed Wax needed Cheapest listed route to the oil Verdict on the kilo
50 units 400 g 4.6 kg Four 100 g bottles, or one 500 g where listed No. You would be holding 600 g of one scent with no order behind it
100 units 800 g 9.2 kg One 500 g + three 100 g, or eight 100 g Borderline. Buy the kilo only if a second order in the same scent is already agreed
125 units 1,000 g 11.5 kg The kilo, or ten 100 g bottles — check which is cheaper on that listing Yes. The order empties the bottle, which is the only clean reason to buy one
200 units 1,600 g 18.4 kg One kilo + one 500 g + one 100 g Yes, and buy the second rung deliberately rather than a second kilo
300 units 2,400 g 27.6 kg Two kilos + four 100 g Yes — and this is the point to send the numbers on WhatsApp for a quote
500 units 4 kg 46 kg Four kilos, because there is no larger pack Yes, and the multiplication is now your ceiling, not your price
Worked out above: load is a share of the finished candle, so a 100 g candle at 8% is 92 g of wax and 8 g of oil. Oil needed = units × 8 g; wax needed = units × 92 g. The 11.5 kg for a 125-unit order is bought as one 10 kg pack plus two 1 kg packs of Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 — 12 kg for ₹6,088.80, with the extra 500 g a stated planning allowance for spills and top-ups. Routes are assembled from listed rungs only; not every listing offers all five, and 1 kg is the largest.
A range needs six small bottles. A kilo is the opposite purchase. A collection is several scents in small numbers; a kilo is one scent in large numbers. They are opposite purchases, and the maker who buys a kilo while planning a six-scent festive range ends up with 900 g of one thing and not enough of the other five. Write the order down first — how many units, of which scent, for whom, by when — and only then choose the rung. If you cannot name the order, buy 100 g and keep the ₹7,000.

What the kilo saves — and what it costs

Here is the comparison nobody does before clicking: the 1 kg bottle against ten 100 g bottles of the same oil, which is the same weight by a different route. Ten listings, sorted by what the kilo is worth. Three of them make the kilo a slightly expensive convenience rather than a saving.

1 kg against ten 100 g bottles · CSI live pricing, September 2026
The same kilogram, two routes, ten oils
Oil 1 kg bottle Ten 100 g bottles Difference What it means
Amber Oud Royal ₹11,640 ₹12,990 Kilo saves ₹1,350 10.4% — a genuine volume price. Buy the kilo if the order justifies it
Pumpkin Spice ₹5,310 ₹5,900 Kilo saves ₹590 10.0% — the clearest falling ladder among the oils in this city series
Ban Magnet ₹8,400 ₹8,990 Kilo saves ₹590 6.6%, and its 500 g rung at ₹8.60 a gram sits sensibly in between
Tobacco Vanilla ₹7,499 ₹7,990 Kilo saves ₹491 6.1% — worth having on a volume gifting scent
Pink Crush ₹8,899 ₹8,990 Kilo saves ₹91 1.0%. Not a reason to buy a kilo; buy it for the single bottle if at all
Lavender Oud ₹12,000 ₹12,000 Exactly level ₹12.00 a gram either way. Its 500 g rung is the dearer one at ₹12.40
Vanilla Orange Blossom ₹8,294 ₹8,290 Kilo costs ₹4 more No 500 g rung either, so the kilo is purely a packaging choice
Sultan's Smoke ₹7,999 ₹7,990 Kilo costs ₹9 more Pay the nine rupees for one bottle instead of ten, with your eyes open
Midnight Bakhoor Royale ₹7,999 ₹7,990 Kilo costs ₹9 more Same flat ladder. At production scale this is ₹1,643 across 4.8 kg
Grapefruit Oleo ₹3,407 · sold out ₹3,410 Kilo unavailable The cheapest gram here at ₹3.41 — and today only buyable in 100 g
Write the saving and the cash commitment on the same line
On Sultan's Smoke the kilo costs ₹9 more than ten 100 g bottles and commits ₹7,999 to one scent in one purchase. On Amber Oud Royal it saves ₹1,350 and commits ₹11,640. Those are completely different decisions, and the number that should move you is the commitment, not the saving — because the saving is at most a tenth of the bottle and the commitment is the whole of it. Write both figures on one line and the answer usually becomes obvious.

Three kilos: buy, don't bother, and one that isn't there

Three listings, three honest verdicts, chosen to cover the three situations a Ludhiana buyer actually meets at the kilo rung: a scent whose kilo is worth buying for the bottle count, a scent whose kilo has no advantage at all, and a scent whose kilo is listed but out of stock — which is far more common than people expect and changes the order rather than cancelling it.

Smoky-resinous · buy the kilo, for the bottle not the price
Sultan's Smoke
A dark smoky direction that suits men's gifting and the cold months, and a textbook flat ladder: ₹7.99 a gram at 100 g, ₹7.998 at 500 g, ₹7.999 at the kilo. The kilo is ₹9 dearer than ten 100 g bottles, and it is still the right buy for a 125-unit single-scent order, because one sealed bottle means one consistent oil across the whole run and nine fewer part-empties on the shelf in February. Be clear about the page, though: it states no candle percentage, no flash point and no IFRA wording. So pour at 8%, let the wax's stated ceiling govern — CSI 464 states up to 10% — and burn-test a 100 g bottle's worth before you commit the kilo.
Size Price Per 100g 100 g candles @ 8%
100g ₹799 ₹799 ≈12
500g ₹3,999 ₹799.80 ≈62

Warm gourmand-floral · don't bother with the kilo
Vanilla Orange Blossom
A warm vanilla-and-orange-blossom that hampers and gift boxes take easily — and the clearest case in this guide for not buying the kilo. It sells at three rungs only, 50 g ₹415, 100 g ₹829 and 1 kg ₹8,294, with no 500 g bottle, and the 100 g rung at ₹8.29 a gram is the cheapest of the three. Ten 100 g bottles are ₹8,290 against ₹8,294 for the kilo, so you gain nothing and lose the ability to stop halfway. Its page does state useful things: a recommended candle load of 7–10%, starting at 7%, a maximum usage rate of 10% for candles in soy, paraffin and blends, projection described as high-impact, warm and radiant, and that it will cause browning in white or light-coloured wax and soap bases over time — so pour it in amber, dark glass or tin.
Size Price Per 100g 100 g candles @ 8%
50g ₹415 ₹830 ≈6
100g ₹829 ₹829 ≈12

Bright grapefruit · the kilo is listed but not available
Grapefruit Oleo
The cheapest gram of the three by a wide margin and a useful lesson in reading stock rather than listings. Its 1 kg bottle is listed at ₹3,407 and is currently sold out; so is the 50 g. What is buyable today is the 100 g at ₹341 — ₹3.41 a gram, which means a kilogram of it costs ₹3,410 in ten bottles, ₹3 more than the unavailable kilo. That is not a problem, it is an instruction: buy the rung that exists. Its page states a recommended candle load of 7–10%, starting at 7%, a 10% candle maximum, projection as moderate-to-high and bright, and a flash point only as the shared "> 93°C" threshold — a threshold, not a measured value.
Size Price Per 100g 100 g candles @ 8%
50g (sold out) ₹170 ₹340 ≈6
100g ₹341 ₹341 ≈12
1kg (sold out) ₹3,407 ₹340.70 ≈125
₹27.28 of oil in a 100 g candle at 8% at the 100 g rung Buy Grapefruit Oleo
Don't buy a kilo of a different oil because the one you wanted is sold out at your rung. This is how most wrong kilos get bought. The 100 g of Grapefruit Oleo you planned on is available; the kilo is not — so the answer is ten 100 g bottles at ₹3,410, or a smaller order, or a wait. It is not a kilo of a substitute scent you have never burned, bought because it was the size that happened to be in stock. Stock availability is a fact about the shelf; it is not advice about your recipe.

The four tests before a kilo

A kilo is the first fragrance purchase where being wrong is expensive rather than educational. Four questions, and the bottle is only justified if all four are yes.

1
Has somebody paid you for it, in the size you are about to pour?Liked is not sold, and a scent that sells in a 200 g jar has not proved itself in an 85 g tin — the wick, the pool and the throw all change with the vessel. If the answer is "my family loved it", buy 100 g and sell twenty before you buy a kilo.
2
Has it survived a full cure in your own room?Fourteen to twenty-one days with lids on, then a three-hour burn scored in writing: minutes to a full melt pool, flame behaviour, soot, throw at 30 and 120 minutes. In Ludhiana, do at least one of those burns in a cold room, because that is the room your customer will light it in. The method is in how to test hot throw before launching a fragrance.
3
Is there an order that will finish the bottle?Name it. A 125-unit gifting list at 100 g, 147 × 85 g tins, 83 × 150 g favours, 62 × 200 g jars — or two smaller orders in the same scent already agreed. "It will get used eventually" is how a kilo becomes a shelf ornament. And check the wax side too: 125 candles of 100 g needs 11.5 kg of wax, which is its own purchase.
4
Is the kilo actually the cheaper rung on that page? Two divisions: kilo price ÷ 1,000, and 100 g price ÷ 100. On Amber Oud Royal that is ₹11.64 against ₹12.99 and the kilo wins by ₹1,350. On Sultan's Smoke it is ₹7.999 against ₹7.99 and the kilo loses by ₹9. Either answer can justify the purchase — but you should know which one you are making before you pay, not after.
The CSI principle
Ten bottles keep the decision open. One kilo closes it — so buy the closing only once the order is signed.
On a 125-unit single-scent job already sold, one sealed bottle is the whole point: one consistent oil across the run, one label, nothing part-empty in February. On a range you are still designing, the same bottle is ₹7,999 of a decision you have not made. The ladder almost never settles this; the order does.
Before the kilo: 100 g of the same oil, from ₹300, pours twelve 100 g candles at 8%. Cure the full 14 to 21 days, burn three — one of them in a cold room — and then spend the ₹7,999.
Ask which rung to buy

An open kilo through a Ludhiana winter

A kilo bottle gets opened forty times instead of four. In January, each of those forty times is slower and less accurate than you think.

No CSI fragrance page states a shelf life, a storage temperature or a storage instruction — zero of the 107 do — so nothing here is a published specification. What follows is ordinary handling practice for a workshop that goes from dry heat to monsoon damp to a properly cold winter, and every bit of it is checkable on your own bench.

Three things change in the cold and all three affect a kilo more than a 100 g bottle. Oil is thicker and pours more slowly, so a rushed weighing under-doses; a bottle brought from a cold store room into a warm workshop collects condensation on the outside and, if opened too soon, inside the neck; and the wax itself is setting faster, so the window between adding fragrance and pouring is shorter than it was in October. The practical answers are unglamorous: decant a working bottle of two or three hundred grams and keep the kilo capped and upright; bring the working bottle into the room hours before you weigh from it; and log the actual thermometer reading for each batch rather than the target, so that a January batch and an October batch can be compared later. One CSI customer describes the underlying problem precisely — Tanya Walia, reviewing the 1 litre melter in November 2025, writes that it changed her process because holding temperature by double-boiling was the part that nearly made her quit.

Don't judge the kilo's scent halfway through a cold January. A maker who buys a kilo in October, pours happily, then pours again in January and finds the candles quieter concludes the oil has gone off. Nothing on any product page supports that conclusion, and three ordinary explanations come first: the candle is being lit in a colder room and takes longer to reach a full melt pool; the batch was poured faster into colder glass, so the burn is not the same; and a shorter cure was allowed because the order was late. Re-score the scent once, properly, in the same conditions you scored it in the first time — then look at the oil. Why the same candle reads differently is set out in the weak-throw diagnosis guide.

When the kilo is the wrong pack

Four situations, and in each of them a smaller rung or a different oil is the better purchase. None of them is unusual; between them they cover most of the kilos that should not have been bought.

Four reasons to walk past the kilo
The situation, why the kilo fails, and what to buy instead
Situation Why the kilo fails Buy instead
You are building a multi-scent festive range A kilo is 125 candles of one scent; a range needs 30 or 40 of each of six 100 g or 500 g of each, whichever rung is cheaper per gram on that listing
The ladder is flat on that oil You pay the same gram, or a few rupees more, and lose the option to stop Ten 100 g bottles if the flexibility matters; the kilo only if the single bottle does
The page states no candle load and you have not burned it A kilo of an untested oil is the most expensive way to discover a discolouration or a wicking problem 100 g, twelve test candles, a full cure, then decide
The kilo rung is sold out It is not a choice you have The rung that is in stock, or a scent whose kilo is available — never a substitute kilo you have not tested

Above a kilo

Past one kilogram of a single scent, the page stops. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance pack anywhere in the range, so the route is arithmetic followed by a message. Multiply the listed kilo first: four kilograms of Sultan's Smoke at ₹7,999 is ₹31,996, and that is your ceiling because it is what four separate listed bottles cost today. Then send the numbers rather than a question — exact listing names and sizes, kilograms per oil, the wax and wicks in the same message, the date it must be on your bench rather than the date of the festival, whether it repeats, and the paperwork you need named. Bulk pricing, GST invoicing and MSDS or IFRA documentation are handled on WhatsApp, and no quoted figure is published — so do not price a customer's job on the assumption that the quote will improve on your ceiling. If it does, that is upside you were not relying on.

On three of these ten listings the kilo is nine rupees dearer than ten small bottles — and it can still be the right buy, for reasons that have nothing to do with rupees.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials and does not sell finished candles, and a page that talks you out of a ₹7,999 bottle is not the obvious way to run a shop. It is the honest way, because on three of the ten listings compared here the kilo genuinely costs more than ten 100 g bottles, and a maker who finds that out after buying stops trusting everything else on the page. Where the kilo does pay — ₹1,350 a kilogram on Amber Oud Royal, ₹590 on Pumpkin Spice and Ban Magnet, ₹491 on Tobacco Vanilla — the numbers are there too.

Every price and pack size comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing always takes precedence. Stated loads, projections and discolouration lines are quoted only from the pages that state them — Vanilla Orange Blossom and Grapefruit Oleo both state 7–10% starting at 7% with a 10% candle maximum, Vanilla Orange Blossom states browning in pale wax, Grapefruit Oleo states a flash point only as the shared "> 93°C" threshold, and Sultan's Smoke states no percentage, no flash point and no IFRA wording at all. No page in the range states a shelf life, an expiry or a storage instruction, so none is given here; the cold-weather handling advice is ordinary practice, not a specification. No delivery day, courier, shipping rate, lead time or MOQ appears here because none is published.

Frequently asked questions

How many candles will 1 kg of fragrance oil make?
At an 8% load, 125 candles of 100 g — 8 g of oil each, because load is a share of the finished candle. The same kilo gives 147 × 85 g gift tins, 104 × 120 g jars, 83 × 150 g favours or 62 × 200 g candles. Remember the other side of the arithmetic: 125 candles of 100 g also need 11.5 kg of wax and 125 wicks, which is ₹6,088.80 and ₹737.50 at listed prices.
What is the price range for a 1 kg bottle at CSI?
At CSI in September 2026, 1 kg is in stock on 87 of the 106 fragrance oils, from ₹2,832 at the cheapest in-stock listing, and it is the largest pack in the range. The oils in this guide run from ₹3,407 to ₹12,000 a kilogram. Inside a 100 g candle at 8% that is ₹27.28 of oil at the cheapest end of this shortlist and ₹63.99 to ₹66.35 in the middle of it — the linked product pages always show the current price.
On which oils does the kilo actually cost less?
On five of the ten compared here, and by less than people expect. Of those ten listings, the kilo saves ₹1,350 on Amber Oud Royal, ₹590 on Pumpkin Spice and Ban Magnet, ₹491 on Tobacco Vanilla and ₹91 on Pink Crush; it is exactly level on Lavender Oud; and it costs ₹4 more on Vanilla Orange Blossom and ₹9 more on Sultan's Smoke and Midnight Bakhoor Royale. Divide the kilo price by 1,000 and the 100 g price by 100 before every purchase.
How do I know a scent has earned a kilo?
When there is a named single-scent order behind it — and preferably a ladder that falls too. A 125-unit gifting list, 147 × 85 g tins or 83 × 150 g favours all clear a kilo. If the ladder also pays — as on Amber Oud Royal at ₹11.64 a gram against ₹12.99, or Pumpkin Spice at ₹5.31 against ₹5.90 — that is a bonus. Never buy a kilo of an oil whose page states no candle load until you have burned a cured candle made from a 100 g bottle.
Does CSI publish a shelf life or a storage rule for a kilo bottle?
No CSI page states a storage instruction, a temperature or a shelf life — none of the 107 fragrance pages does — so treat what follows as ordinary practice rather than a specification. Keep the bottle capped, upright and out of direct sun and off outer walls in the hot months; keep it off the floor and in a closed carton through the monsoon; and in the cold months decant a working bottle and bring it into the workshop hours before weighing, because cold oil pours slowly and weighs inaccurately when rushed.
What if one order needs four kilos of the same scent?
You buy four separate kilo bottles, because 1 kg is the largest listed pack — there is no 5 kg or 10 kg bottle and no price for one. Multiply the listed kilo to get your ceiling: four kilos of Sultan's Smoke at ₹7,999 is ₹31,996. Then send the numbers on WhatsApp — kilograms per oil, the date it must be on your bench, whether it repeats, and the paperwork you need — and ask for a quote at that volume. No quoted figure is published, so nobody can tell you it in advance.
Ludhiana · buy the kilo for the order, not the rate
One hundred and twenty-five candles of one scent. Name the order first, then click the rung.
Sultan's Smoke 100 g ₹799, 500 g ₹3,999, 1 kg ₹7,999 — a flat ladder, so the kilo is a convenience. Vanilla Orange Blossom 50 g ₹415, 100 g ₹829, 1 kg ₹8,294, stated 7–10% for candles with a browning warning. Grapefruit Oleo 100 g ₹341 at ₹3.41 a gram, kilo currently sold out. Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 10 kg ₹5,074; Eco Candle Wicks ₹5.90 each at every pack size. 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack — above that, send your numbers.

Figures verified September 2026: 1 kg is listed on 104 of the 106 fragrance-oil listings and in stock on 87, from ₹2,832 at the cheapest in-stock listing (Citrus Lemon) to ₹24,056 at the dearest; 1 kg is the largest pack in the range. Candles per kilo of oil at an 8% load — 62 × 200 g (16 g each), 83 × 150 g (12 g), 104 × 120 g (9.6 g), 125 × 100 g (8 g), 147 × 85 g (6.8 g). A 100 g candle at 8% is 92 g wax + 8 g oil, so 125 candles need 11.5 kg of wax, bought as one 10 kg pack ₹5,074 plus two 1 kg packs ₹507.40 each = ₹6,088.80 for 12 kg, the extra 500 g being a stated planning allowance; 125 Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) at ₹5.90 each = ₹737.50; four sheets of 40 Candle Wick Stickers at ₹100 = ₹400; total ₹15,225.30 with a ₹7,999 kilo, or ₹119.07 of materials per candle before glass. Stated specifications as published: Vanilla Orange Blossom and Grapefruit Oleo "7-10% in soy, paraffin, or blended wax", "Start at 7%", "Candles (Soy / Paraffin / Blends) 10%"; Vanilla Orange Blossom projection "High-impact - warm, radiant" and browning in white or light-coloured wax and soap bases over time; Grapefruit Oleo projection "Moderate-to-high - bright" and flash point stated only as "Flash point > 93°C (suitable for alcohol-based products)", a threshold rather than a measured value; Sultan's Smoke states no candle percentage, no flash point and no IFRA wording; Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 up to 10% with melt and pour stated as 80–90°C. Loads are formulation guidance, not regulatory limits. No fragrance page in the range states a shelf life, expiry, storage temperature or storage instruction — zero of 107 — so the cold-weather handling advice here is ordinary practice, not a published specification. Cure of 14–21 days is standard practice. Seasonal effects are general material behaviour you can verify on your own bench; no temperature or humidity statistic for Ludhiana is published or implied. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
