CSI does not sell a 10 kg drum, jerry can or bulk fragrance pack. Nothing above 1 kg exists in the catalogue. Ten kilograms means ten separate 1 kg bottles, and at manufacturing volume the two sandalwoods sit ₹278 apart — which is not where your decision is.
₹50,268
10 × ₹5,026.80 for Sandalwood, supplied as ten 1 kg bottles · Mint Sandalwood 10 × ₹4,999 = ₹49,990 · CSI live pricing, September 2026 · the linked product pages are authoritative
Quick answers — read this first
Does CSI sell a 10 kg pack of sandalwood fragrance oil? No. The variant ladder stops at 1 kg. There is no 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg SKU, no drum and no jerry can. Ten kilograms is ordered as ten 1 kg bottles.
What does 10 kg cost?Sandalwood: 10 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹50,268. Mint Sandalwood: 10 × ₹4,999 = ₹49,990. The price does not fall automatically at 10 kg, and CSI publishes no slab, rate, MOQ or credit term. Ask on WhatsApp for a quote — nothing is promised here.
So which of the two do I buy? Not on price — ₹278 across ten kilograms is 2.78 paise per gram, about 45 paise on a 200 g candle at 8%. Buy on profile: straight Sandalwood is a single-note classic wood; Mint Sandalwood is a blend with a mint top note. Not interchangeable.
How many candles does 10 kg make? At 8% in a 200 g candle, 625 — which also commits 115 kg of wax, 625 vessels and 625 wicks.
The short answer
The honest pack position: 15 g / 50 g / 100 g / 500 g / 1 kg is the whole ladder for Sandalwood, and 50 g / 100 g / 1 kg for Mint Sandalwood. Above 1 kg: multiples, or a quote.
The arithmetic: ₹50,268 versus ₹49,990 — a ₹278 gap on a ₹50,268 order. At that scale price is not the decision. The profile is, and so is whether a two-oil range can supply your line.
Before you commit: test 15 g of Sandalwood at ₹93.22 and 50 g of Mint Sandalwood at ₹299 — ₹392.22, under 0.8% of a 10 kg order — and burn them side by side first.
Bars drawn to scale from the bill in the 625-candle section. The ₹50,268 fragrance line is the number that stops people ordering, and it is smaller than the wax line beside it. The ₹278 that separates the two sandalwood oils is 0.21% of this total — two-tenths of one per cent of what the run actually costs you in raw material.
Can I buy 10 kg of sandalwood fragrance oil from CSI, and what does it cost?
You can buy ten kilograms. You cannot buy a ten-kilogram pack — no such SKU exists, and CSI's fragrance ladder tops out at 1 kg across all 92 oils in the fragrance oils collection. Ten kilograms of Sandalwood Fragrance Oil is 10 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹50,268, supplied as ten separate 1 kg bottles. Ten kilograms of Mint Sandalwood is 10 × ₹4,999 = ₹49,990. The cart price does not drop automatically above 1 kg, and CSI publishes no volume slab, no per-kilogram rate, no minimum order quantity and no credit term — so this page promises none. At this scale, message +91 7397976926 and ask; a quote is a conversation, not a published discount. The ₹278 between the two oils is 2.78 paise per gram and roughly 45 paise on a 200 g candle at 8%, so the decision is the profile — straight wood or a mint-topped blend — and whether a two-SKU range can keep a line supplied. Read buying fragrance oils in bulk and how much oil a business needs alongside this.
One line: 10 kg of sandalwood is ten 1 kg bottles at ₹50,268 (or ₹49,990 for the mint blend), no drum exists, no discount is published, and the ₹278 between the two oils is 2.78 paise a gram — buy on profile and on supply, not on price.
Before ten bottles, buy two small ones. 15 g of Sandalwood at ₹93.22 plus 50 g of Mint Sandalwood at ₹299 is ₹392.22 — under 0.8% of a 10 kg order, and the only way to find out which your customers reorder.
₹50,268 or ₹49,990 — and why ₹278 is not the decision
In every other scent family on this store the price spread inside the family is the whole argument. In sandalwood it is a rounding error, which changes what the page has to be about.
Sandalwood is unusual in the CSI catalogue. The oud family runs from ₹4,531.20 to ₹12,000 per kilogram — a 2.65× spread inside one scent name. Coffee runs ₹3,738 to ₹12,800, which is 3.42×; vanilla ₹4,554.80 to ₹8,599. In each of those families a manufacturer can save tens of thousands of rupees on a 10 kg order by choosing carefully within the family. Sandalwood has two oils, and they are 0.56% apart. That is the fact this whole page is built on.
The full sandalwood range · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Two oils, every variant that exists, and the 10 kg multiple
Now run the gap down to the unit a factory thinks in. ₹50,268 − ₹49,990 = ₹278 across ten thousand grams is ₹0.0278 per gram, or 2.78 paise. A 200 g candle at 8% carries 16 g of oil, so the difference on one finished candle is 16 × 2.78 paise = 44.5 paise. Across the whole 625-candle run the difference is still ₹278 — it is the same ten kilograms. Against a raw-material bill of ₹1,34,963.60 for that run, ₹278 is 0.21%.
What this means in practice. Choosing between the two sandalwoods on cost optimises two-tenths of one per cent of your bill of materials while ignoring the two things that decide whether the run is profitable: whether the scent is the one your buyers want, and whether you can get a second bottle when you need one. Both are worth thousands of times ₹278. The rest of this page is about those two questions.
Say it plainly: no slab, no rate, no MOQ
CSI has not published a volume price schedule, a manufacturing rate card, a minimum order quantity or a credit term for fragrance oils, and this page will not invent one. At 10 kg you pay 10 × the listed 1 kg price unless you have agreed something else directly. Listed prices exclude tax and shipping; GST invoicing is available. To discuss a quote for a repeating requirement, message +91 7397976926 — whether anything changes as a result is a conversation, not a promise made in a blog post. How premium brands buy fragrance wholesale covers how those conversations usually go.
Two oils wide: supplying a line from a two-SKU range
This is the real risk in a 10 kg sandalwood commitment, and it has nothing to do with price.
A manufacturer building a sandalwood line at CSI depends on exactly two stock-keeping units. There is no third sandalwood, no alternate grade, no second code for the same profile. If one goes out of stock mid-run, your options are one alternative that smells different, or stopping. Compare oud, where seven oils share a family name, or coffee, where four do. Breadth is redundancy, and sandalwood at CSI has almost none.
Both oils were in stock on the 25 September 2026 pull, and CSI publishes no lead time, so this page states no delivery window — which is precisely why the mitigation has to be yours. Four things a production planner should do:
1
Hold cover, not just stockCover is what keeps the line running while a reorder is in transit. If your sandalwood line consumes 1.6 kg a month — 100 × 200 g candles at 8% — two months of cover is 3.2 kg, and you reorder at that level rather than when you run out. Treat the 10 kg as production stock plus cover, not one indivisible commitment. Buying 1 kg at a time and counting down costs nothing extra on straight Sandalwood, for reasons in the next section.
2
Confirm availability before you commit the run, not afterA 625-candle run also commits 115 kg of wax, 625 vessels and 625 wicks. Discover a fragrance gap after the jars are on the shelf and the whole commitment is stalled by the smallest line on the bill. Message +91 7397976926 and confirm the oil is available in the quantity you need before you release the wax and glass order.
3
Decide the fallback now, in writing, and price itThe nearest woody alternative is Woody Oud Fragrance Oil at ₹4,531.20 per kilogram, ₹4.5312 per gram — 9.9% cheaper per gram than Sandalwood: ₹72.50 of oil in a 200 g candle at 8% against ₹80.43, and ₹45,312 for ten kilograms instead of ₹50,268. It is warm, resinous and holds well in soy. It is not a sandalwood, and your label cannot pretend it is. A "Sandalwood" candle poured with oud is mislabelled, and the customer who reordered the first one will notice. Fallback means a second named SKU sold under its own name, not a silent substitution.
4
Keep a documented reference so you can tell what changedWith a two-oil range you cannot afford ambiguity about whether a complaint is the oil, the wax or the wick. Keep a dated reference candle from each bottle you open — the protocol is in the batch-code section — so a complaint is checked against a physical sample, not a memory.
The CSI principle
Range breadth is a form of supply security. A two-oil family gives you a scent, not a supply chain.
Sandalwood sells year-round in India, which makes it a good line to own. It is also the family where a stock gap has nowhere to go — so hold cover and name a fallback before the first 10 kg lands, not after.
Mint Sandalwood is a blend, not a cheaper sandalwood. The product is built around a mint top note over the wood, and that top note is the entire commercial difference: fresher, cooler, more contemporary, and a genuinely good oil for a spa, wellness or modern-home range. It is the wrong oil for a puja range, a meditation range or a classic-wood range, where the buyer expects sandalwood and nothing else. Do not substitute one for the other to save ₹278 — you will have changed the product to save 0.21% of your bill, and puja buyers are the least forgiving customers in this market about exactly this. Sell both categories, carry both oils, label them honestly.
Where the kilogram saves money, and where it saves nothing
Two oils, two entirely different volume structures. Get them the wrong way round and you will either overpay or convince yourself a discount exists where it does not.

₹50,268 either way — saves ₹0
₹54,900 vs ₹49,990 — saves ₹4,910
Mint Sandalwood has a real volume break, one of the few in this cluster. Its kilogram saves ₹491 against ten 100 g packs — 8.9% — and ₹981 against twenty 50 g packs, 16.4%. Scaled up, the kilogram route saves ₹4,910 across 10 kg. Pouring a mint-sandalwood line at volume, buy kilograms and not 100 g packs. Note also that Mint Sandalwood has no 500 g and no 15 g variant — its whole ladder is 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg, so never quote a 500 g or 15 g price for it.
Straight Sandalwood's kilogram saves you nothing, and we would rather you knew. ₹2,513.40 × 2 = ₹5,026.80, which is exactly the 1 kg price. ₹502.68 × 10 = ₹5,026.80, which is also exactly the 1 kg price. Sandalwood is flat at ₹5.0268 per gram from 100 g upwards, so ten kilograms as ten 1 kg bottles costs ₹50,268 and ten kilograms as twenty 500 g bottles costs ₹50,268 — the same number. There is no volume reward for the larger container on this oil. Buy the kilogram because one bottle handles better than two and fewer batch codes are easier to trace. Do not buy it thinking you are getting a discount. You are not, and a supplier that lets you believe otherwise is not worth having.
The consequence for a two-oil range
Because straight Sandalwood is flat per gram above 100 g, there is no financial penalty for buying it in stages. Four kilograms now and six later costs ₹50,268, identical to ten now. That turns the supply-concentration problem in the previous section into a manageable one: hold two months of cover and reorder against consumption without paying a premium. On Mint Sandalwood the kilogram is the efficient unit, so buy whole kilograms even when staging.
625 candles: the conversion table and the whole bill
Fragrance load at CSI is a percentage of total finished candle weight, not of the wax. A 200 g candle at 8% is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax, so ten kilograms divides into 10,000 ÷ 16 = 625 candles. Every other size and load runs the same way.

The 13% column does not apply to every wax
Fragrance ceilings are formulation limits set by the wax manufacturer, not regulatory limits. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks are rated up to 13%; Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 up to 10%, so the 13% column above is not available if CSI 464 is your wax. Work to the ceiling stated on the wax you bought, never above it. The wax verification guide covers what else to check before a 115 kg order.
Now the part most 10 kg enquiries have not costed. 625 candles at 200 g and 8% needs 625 × 184 g = 115 kg of wax, plus 625 vessels, wicks and wick stickers. Below is that bill built from real CSI pack sizes only — every line reconstructible from the packs named.
Total raw-material commitment behind 10 kg of sandalwood
625 × 200 g candles at 8% · real pack sizes only · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Fragrance is 37.2% of that bill. The ₹50,268 headline that makes a 10 kg order look frightening is smaller than the ₹58,351 of wax nobody worries about at all. Two honest refinements: 6 × 100 Pcs + 1 × 50 Pcs of jars gives 650 for ₹19,175 — ₹472 more for 25 spares against breakage, and better value per jar at ₹29.50 than the ₹40.12 five-packs. And the wick line halves to ₹3,776 for 640 Thin (C1) wicks at ₹5.90 each if C1 is what your jar tests to. Wick size is a test result, not a catalogue choice — the wick-by-diameter guide has the method.
Check the vessel capacity against your pour weight yourself. The 200 ml Salsa Glass Jar is listed by volume with a 63 mm lug cap; CSI publishes no wax fill weight in grams for it, and this page will not assert one. A millilitre figure is not a gram figure — soy is less dense than water, and headspace is a design decision. Before buying 625 of anything, pour one jar with your actual wax to your actual fill line, weigh it, and build the bill on that measured number. The same applies across the containers collection: where a stated capacity exists, check it against your pour weight rather than trusting it to mean what you assume.
A 10 kg fragrance decision is really a ₹1,34,963.60 raw-material decision. Before releasing it, confirm the oil is available, ask about GST invoicing, and request MSDS and IFRA documentation for both oils.
One 10 kg drum would have one batch code. Ten 1 kg bottles may have several, and that is a traceability problem you can either manage or discover during a complaint.
This is the one genuine operational cost of there being no large pack. When a single container supplies a whole run, any variation applies uniformly and a complaint points at one lot. When ten containers supply it, a subtle difference between codes can produce batches that are not quite the same — and if you have not recorded which bottle went into which batch, one complaint puts all 625 candles under suspicion instead of the sixty or so from one bottle. Four steps, no invented timescales.
1
Record every code on arrival, before anything is openedUnpack all ten bottles and write down the batch or lot code on each against the invoice, with the delivery date. Number the bottles 1 to 10 in permanent marker. Do this the day the consignment lands, not the day you first open a bottle — by then a bottle may have moved and the association is a guess. If bottles share a code, note that too: it tells you how many distinct lots you are actually working with.
2
Sequence the stock — never top up from two open bottlesWork bottle 1 to exhaustion, then bottle 2. The temptation on a line is to keep two bottles open and pour from whichever is nearest, and that single habit destroys the traceability step one just gave you, because every batch becomes a blend of unknown proportions. One bottle open at a time. If a batch needs more than the open bottle holds, finish it, record the changeover against the batch number, and mark that batch as mixed — it is the one boundary you cannot cleanly attribute.
3
Pour and date one reference candle per codeFrom each bottle, pour one extra candle in your standard vessel at your standard load, label it with the bottle number, batch code and pour date, and keep it unburned. That is your physical control sample: when a customer says the sandalwood smells different from the last one, you have something to open rather than an argument. Keep them together, lidded, out of sunlight. A weighing scale at ₹354 and a pen thermometer at ₹354 make them genuinely comparable, because a sample poured at a different load controls nothing.
4
Tie finished batches to codes, so a complaint isolates part of the runGive every pour a batch number and record which bottle it drew from, how many candles it made and where they went — which order, which stockist, which market. One bottle at 200 g and 8% makes about 62 candles, so ten bottles is ten traceable blocks. Print the batch number on the candle, on a candle care sticker at ₹0.83 a unit from the ₹413 roll of 500, or on your own label from the packaging materials range. That single printed number is what turns a recall of 625 candles into a recall of 62. It is the cheapest insurance on this entire page.
Ten bottles is not a worse purchase than one drum. It is the same oil with more places to write things down.

CSI supplies GST invoicing, and MSDS and IFRA documentation on request — ask on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926 and quote the product name. Request it for both oils if you carry both; they are different products with different documentation. CSI publishes no shelf-life figure for fragrance oils, and this page will not invent a duration. If storage life matters to your planning — and at ten kilograms it should — work from the batch information on the bottles you actually receive, not from a number someone repeated on the internet.
Are you ready for 10 kg? The checklist and the ₹392.22 test
Sandalwood is a good line to hold ten kilograms of, for one commercial reason: in India it sells across the year rather than in a festive spike. Puja and daily-ritual use, gifting, wedding and housewarming hampers, hotel and spa supply and the general classic-wood preference all run continuously. A seasonal scent at 10 kg is a bet on one selling window; sandalwood at 10 kg is inventory against steady demand — an easier position to justify to whoever finances your stock.

That table is our editorial judgement and nothing more. It is not CSI policy, not a stock-rotation rule and not a shelf-life statement — CSI publishes none of those. It is arithmetic — 10 kg divided by your consumption — plus an opinion about how long a small manufacturer should be comfortable holding one line's fragrance. Your own view may differ. Scaling to 1,000 orders a month and how to price candles in India in 2026 are the two pages to read alongside it.
Prerequisites · all seven, before ten kilograms
If any line reads "no", buy 1 kg, fix that line, and come back
Prerequisite
What "ready" looks like
A locked formulation at a stated load
You pour sandalwood at one written percentage — 6, 8 or 10 — and you have not changed it in the last several batches
Full melt pool to the vessel wall, no soot, no mushrooming — established by burn test in your actual jar, not chosen from a table
A vessel you can resupply
In stock in the pack sizes you need, with a capacity you have verified against your own pour weight
Storage you have actually looked at
Ten litres of oil, sealed, upright, out of sunlight, away from heat, on a surface that will not be damaged by a spill
A batch-record habit that already exists
You are writing batch numbers down now, on smaller runs. A 10 kg order is a poor moment to start
A decided fallback oil
Woody Oud at ₹4,531.20/kg is the nearest woody alternative — named, priced and sold under its own name, never as sandalwood
The advice that costs us ₹49,875.78: do not order 10 kg today. Order 15 g of Sandalwood at ₹93.22 and 50 g of Mint Sandalwood at ₹299 — Mint Sandalwood has no 15 g variant, so 50 g is its smallest pack. That is ₹392.22, or 0.78% of a ₹50,268 order. Pour both into your own wax, at your own load, in your own jar, with your own wick, and burn them side by side with a blind label. The mint top note either works for your range or it does not, and no description here substitutes for smelling it in your own candle. Get this wrong at 10 kg and you have bought ₹50,268 of the wrong scent. Get it wrong at ₹392.22 and you have bought two small bottles and learned something. We would rather sell you ₹392.22 today and ₹50,268 when you are certain.
The CSI principle
At manufacturing volume the fragrance decision is a profile decision and a supply decision. Price is the smallest of the three.
₹278 separates the two sandalwood oils across ten kilograms. Your scent choice, load, wax and vessel move the per-candle cost by tens of rupees. Spend your attention accordingly.
Why trust this guide
CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, not finished candles. On a page titled "buy 10 kg", the commercially convenient thing would be to describe a 10 kg pack and imply a bulk rate behind it. There is no 10 kg pack. There is no published slab, rate, MOQ or credit term. Ten kilograms is ten 1 kg bottles at ten times the listed price, and we said so in the first screen, not the last paragraph. We have also told you that straight Sandalwood's kilogram saves exactly ₹0 against two 500 g packs, and to spend ₹392.22 on samples before ₹50,268 — both against our own interest, both true.
Every price here is a live CSI variant price pulled on 25 September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing and specification always take precedence. Prices exclude tax and shipping; GST invoicing is available. The ceilings of up to 13% for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and up to 10% for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 are the wax manufacturers' stated formulation limits — not regulatory limits, and not interchangeable between waxes. CSI publishes no lead time and no shelf-life figure, so none is stated here.
For a quote on a repeating requirement, stock confirmation before you commit a run, GST invoicing, or MSDS and IFRA documentation on either oil, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. We stock 92 fragrance oils, of which two are sandalwoods — a number we would rather state than imply is larger.
Frequently asked questions
Does CSI sell a 10 kg drum or jerry can of sandalwood fragrance oil?
No. Across all 92 fragrance oils the variant ladder is at most 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg. There is no 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance-oil SKU, no drum and no jerry can. Ten kilograms is supplied as ten separate 1 kg bottles: 10 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹50,268 for Sandalwood Fragrance Oil, or 10 × ₹4,999 = ₹49,990 for Mint Sandalwood.
Is there a bulk discount at 10 kg?
The website price does not fall automatically above 1 kg, and CSI publishes no volume slab, no per-kilogram rate, no minimum order quantity and no credit term. At 10 kg you pay ten times the listed 1 kg price unless something else has been agreed directly. At manufacturing volume, message +91 7397976926 and ask for a quote — this page promises no outcome from it.
Which is better for a factory, Sandalwood or Mint Sandalwood?
Neither, on price: ₹278 across ten kilograms is 2.78 paise per gram, about 45 paise on a 200 g candle at 8%. Choose on profile. Sandalwood is the single-note classic wood — right for puja, meditation and traditional ranges. Mint Sandalwood is a blend with a mint top note — cooler, more contemporary, good for spa and modern-home ranges, wrong for a classic-wood range. Never substitute one for the other to save ₹278.
How many candles will 10 kg of fragrance oil make?
At 8% of finished candle weight in a 200 g candle — 16 g of oil — 10 kg makes 625 candles. At 6% in a 200 g candle it makes 833; at 10%, 500. A 100 g candle at 8% needs 8 g, so 1,250 candles. Remember that 625 × 200 g candles also commits 115 kg of wax, 625 vessels and 625 wicks — a raw-material bill of ₹1,34,963.60 on the build in the 625-candle section, of which fragrance is 37.2%.
Is the 1 kg bottle cheaper per gram than the 500 g bottles?
On Sandalwood, no — it is identical. Two 500 g packs cost ₹2,513.40 × 2 = ₹5,026.80, exactly the 1 kg price, and ten 100 g packs come to the same ₹5,026.80. Sandalwood is flat at ₹5.0268 per gram from 100 g upwards, so ten kilograms costs ₹50,268 however you assemble it. On Mint Sandalwood, yes: the kilogram saves ₹491 (8.9%) against ten 100 g packs — ₹4,910 across 10 kg. Mint Sandalwood has no 500 g and no 15 g variant — its ladder is 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg only.
What happens if sandalwood goes out of stock during my production run?
This is the real risk in a two-oil family, and the mitigation is yours to plan. Hold cover rather than running to zero; confirm availability on WhatsApp before releasing the wax and vessel order for a 625-candle run; and decide the fallback in advance. The nearest woody alternative is Woody Oud at ₹4,531.20/kg, which is 9.9% cheaper per gram — but it is not a sandalwood and must be sold under its own name, never substituted into a sandalwood label.
How long can I store 10 kg of fragrance oil?
CSI publishes no shelf-life figure for fragrance oils, so this page states none. Request MSDS and IFRA documentation on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926 and work from the batch information on the bottles you receive. Record every bottle's batch code on arrival, sequence the stock one bottle at a time, and keep a dated reference candle per code — the protocol is in the batch-code section. Store sealed, upright, out of sunlight and away from heat.

About this guide: Written by the CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA team. Customer reviews: The six reviews at the top of this page are genuine, published Judge.me reviews left by CSI customers on their product pages, and all six are recorded by Judge.me as verified buyers. The products named are the products each review was actually left on: Reena Bagal (5★, Oct 2025) on Sandalwood Fragrance Oil — the only published Sandalwood Fragrance Oil review; Payal Patel (5★, Mar 2026) and Renam Dhoundiyal (4★, Apr 2026) on Woody Oud Fragrance Oil; Jaya Sawlani (5★, Nov 2025) on Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464; Monika Deep (4★, Oct 2025) on Eco Candle Wicks; Dipali Sable (5★, Aug 2024) on Soy Pillar Wax. No published review exists for Mint Sandalwood, and none of these six reviews describes a 10 kg purchase — they are reviews of the products, not of buying at manufacturing volume. Wording is verbatim and unedited. Judge.me stores no reviewer locations, so none is shown.
Figures verified 25 September 2026 (CSI live pricing): Sandalwood Fragrance Oil — 15 g ₹93.22, 50 g ₹271.40, 100 g ₹502.68, 500 g ₹2,513.40, 1 kg ₹5,026.80 (₹5.0268/g); 10 kg = 10 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹50,268. Mint Sandalwood — 50 g ₹299.00, 100 g ₹549.00, 1 kg ₹4,999.00 (₹4.999/g), with no 15 g and no 500 g variant; 10 kg = 10 × ₹4,999 = ₹49,990. Difference ₹278 = ₹0.0278/g = 44.5 paise on a 200 g candle at 8% (16 g). Woody Oud 1 kg ₹4,531.20 (₹4.5312/g), 9.9% cheaper per gram than Sandalwood; 10 kg = ₹45,312. Kilogram-versus-pack arithmetic: Sandalwood 2 × 500 g = ₹5,026.80 and 10 × 100 g = ₹5,026.80, both equal to the 1 kg price, so the kilogram saves ₹0; 20 × 50 g = ₹5,428.00, so the kilogram saves ₹401.20 (7.4%). Mint Sandalwood 10 × 100 g = ₹5,490.00 against ₹4,999, saving ₹491 (8.9%), and 20 × 50 g = ₹5,980.00, saving ₹981 (16.4%). Production conversions assume fragrance load as a percentage of total finished candle weight: a 200 g candle at 8% is 16 g oil and 184 g wax, so 10 kg makes 625 candles requiring 115 kg of wax. Bill of materials: Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 at ₹5,074 per 10 kg and ₹2,537 per 5 kg (₹507.40/kg) — 11 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg = 115 kg = ₹58,351.00; 200 ml Salsa Glass Jar (Golden Lid) at ₹2,950 per 100 Pcs (₹29.50 each) and ₹200.60 per 5 Pcs (₹40.12 each) — 6 × 100 + 5 × 5 = 625 jars = ₹18,703.00, with 6 × 100 + 1 × 50 Pcs (₹1,475) = 650 jars = ₹19,175.00 as the better-value alternative; Eco Candle Wicks Thick (C2) at ₹9.44 each — 500 (₹4,720) + 100 (₹944) + 2 × 20 (₹188.80) = 640 wicks = ₹6,041.60, against 640 Thin (C1) at ₹5.90 each = ₹3,776.00; Candle Wick Stickers at ₹100 per sheet of 40 (₹2.50 each) — 16 sheets = 640 = ₹1,600.00. Total ₹1,34,963.60, or ₹215.94 per candle, with fragrance at 37.2%, wax 43.2%, vessels 13.9%, wicks 4.5% and wick stickers 1.2%. Sample test: 15 g Sandalwood ₹93.22 + 50 g Mint Sandalwood ₹299.00 = ₹392.22 = 0.78% of ₹50,268. Candle Care Stickers Roll ₹413 per 500 (₹0.83 each). Candle Making Weighing Scale ₹354; Pen Thermometer ₹354. Cross-family spreads cited: oud ₹4,531.20–₹12,000/kg, coffee ₹3,738–₹12,800/kg, vanilla ₹4,554.80–₹8,599/kg. Fragrance ceilings are the wax manufacturers' stated formulation limits, not regulatory limits: up to 13% for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks, up to 10% for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 — so the 13% column in the conversion table is not available on CSI 464. CSI sells no fragrance-oil pack above 1 kg, and publishes no volume slab, rate, MOQ, credit term, lead time or shelf-life figure; none is stated on this page. Listed prices exclude tax and shipping; GST invoicing is available and MSDS and IFRA documentation are supplied on request. The 200 ml Salsa Glass Jar is listed by volume and CSI publishes no wax fill weight for it — check the stated capacity against your own pour weight.
