CSI does not sell a 10 kg drum, jerry can or pack of fragrance oil. Nothing above 1 kg exists in the catalogue. So 10 kg means ten 1 kg bottles, and the price is the multiplication — ₹45,548 at the cheap end of the vanilla family, ₹85,990 at the dear end. This page does that arithmetic, converts it into candles, prices the wax and glass that have to sit beside it, and then deals with the one thing that makes ten kilograms of vanilla specifically riskier than ten kilograms of anything else.
₹45,548 – ₹85,990
10 kg of vanilla fragrance oil, supplied as ten separate 1 kg bottles · there is no 10 kg SKU · CSI live pricing, September 2026 · the linked product page is always authoritative
Quick answers — read this first
Does CSI sell a 10 kg pack of vanilla fragrance oil? No. The fragrance-oil variant ladder stops at 1 kg — 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg. There is no 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg pack anywhere in the 92-oil range. Ten kilograms is ten 1 kg bottles.

What does 10 kg cost? Ten times the 1 kg price. Cinnamon Vanilla: 10 × ₹4,554.80 = ₹45,548. Dark Vanilla Oud: ₹56,910. Tobacco Vanilla: ₹74,990. Vanilla Bean: 10 × ₹7,646 = ₹76,460. Dark Vanilla: ₹76,460. Vanilla Orange Blossom: ₹82,940. Coffee Vanilla Tobacco: ₹85,990.

Does the price fall at 10 kg? Not automatically. The website charges ten times the 1 kg price. CSI publishes no volume slab, no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no credit term. A manufacturer buying at this weight should ask on WhatsApp for a quote. We are not promising one exists.

Which vanilla should a manufacturer buy? Read the ₹30,912 gap below before you decide. Cinnamon Vanilla is 40.4% cheaper per gram than Vanilla Bean and still reads as a vanilla on the shelf.
The short answer
No 10 kg pack exists. Ten kilograms is ten 1 kg bottles, delivered as ten bottles, invoiced as ten line items, and carrying up to ten different batch codes.
The cost spread is the whole decision: ₹45,548 for 10 kg of Cinnamon Vanilla against ₹76,460 for 10 kg of Vanilla Bean — ₹30,912 on the same weight. That is a choice of oil, not a negotiation.
10 kg at 8% in a 200 g candle makes 625 candles, which need 115 kg of wax. Full conversion table and the whole raw-material bill are below.
The cost of 10 kg, to scale — seven CSI vanillas, each as ten 1 kg bottles Cinnamon Vanilla ₹45,548 Dark Vanilla Oud ₹56,910 Tobacco Vanilla ₹74,990 Vanilla Bean ₹76,460 Dark Vanilla ₹76,460 Vanilla Orange Blossom ₹82,940 Coffee Vanilla Tobacco ₹85,990 ← cheapest 10 kg in the family · ₹30,912 below Vanilla Bean Bars are 10 × the 1 kg price. No 10 kg pack exists.
Seven vanillas, one weight, a ₹40,442 spread from the cheapest bar to the dearest. Every bar is ten times a real 1 kg variant price — CSI sells no pack above 1 kg, so these are multiplications, not SKUs. The dashed line marks Cinnamon Vanilla, which is the cheapest vanilla CSI stocks and still a legible vanilla on a label.
Straight answer
Can I buy 10 kg of vanilla fragrance oil from CSI, and what does it cost?
You can buy ten kilograms. You cannot buy a ten-kilogram pack, because no such pack exists — the fragrance-oil ladder runs 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg and stops. Ten kilograms is ten separate 1 kg bottles, and the price is the multiplication: 10 × ₹4,554.80 = ₹45,548 for Cinnamon Vanilla, ₹56,910 for Dark Vanilla Oud, ₹74,990 for Tobacco Vanilla, 10 × ₹7,646 = ₹76,460 for Vanilla Bean and the identically priced Dark Vanilla, ₹82,940 for Vanilla Orange Blossom and ₹85,990 for Coffee Vanilla Tobacco. The cart price does not fall automatically at ten kilograms. CSI publishes no slab, no bulk rate, no MOQ and no credit term, and this page will not invent one; at this weight, ask for a quote and see what comes back. Before you do, note the number that actually decides your cost base: ₹30,912 separates the cheapest vanilla from the dearest at the same weight. That gap is larger than anything a negotiation is likely to produce, and it is entirely in your hands.
One line: 10 kg = ten 1 kg bottles at ten times the bottle price, from ₹45,548 to ₹85,990 — and the ₹30,912 you save by choosing Cinnamon Vanilla over Vanilla Bean is bigger than any discount you are likely to be offered.
Not settled on the scent yet? Do not order ten bottles. Cinnamon Vanilla is ₹106.20 for 15 g and ₹483.80 for 100 g; Vanilla Bean is ₹130 for 15 g and ₹790 for 100 g. Two 100 g bottles and a week of test pours cost under ₹1,300 and will settle the question that ₹30,912 rides on.

What 10 kg actually costs, and why there is no 10 kg pack

The search term assumes a drum. The catalogue has bottles. Once you accept that, the pricing question becomes a multiplication and the interesting question becomes which oil you multiply.

Across all 92 fragrance oils CSI lists, the variant ladder is at most 15 g / 50 g / 100 g / 500 g / 1 kg. There is no 2 kg pack, no 5 kg jerry can and no 10 kg drum. That is not a stock situation you can wait out; it is the catalogue. So when a manufacturer says “ten kilograms of vanilla”, what actually ships is ten 1 kg bottles of the same oil, and the website price is ten times the bottle price with nothing subtracted.

10 kg by multiplication · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Every vanilla CSI stocks, at 10 kg, with the per-candle fragrance cost that follows
Vanilla 1 kg 10 kg = 10 × 1 kg Per gram Oil cost in a 200 g candle at 8%
Cinnamon Vanilla ₹4,554.80 ₹45,548 ₹4.555 ₹72.88
Dark Vanilla Oud ₹5,691.00 ₹56,910 ₹5.691 ₹91.06
Tobacco Vanilla ₹7,499.00 ₹74,990 ₹7.499 ₹119.98

Coffee Vanilla Tobacco ₹8,599.00 ₹85,990 ₹8.599 ₹137.58

Read the first and fourth rows together, because that is the page. ₹76,460 for 10 kg of Vanilla Bean against ₹45,548 for 10 kg of Cinnamon Vanilla is a ₹30,912 difference on exactly the same weight of oil. Per gram, Cinnamon Vanilla is 40.4% cheaper. Per 200 g candle at an 8% load it is ₹72.88 of fragrance against ₹122.34 — ₹49.46 a candle, which across the 625 candles those ten kilograms produce is the same ₹30,912 arriving from the other direction.

Against our own interest, plainly. CSI would rather sell you the ₹7,646 kilogram than the ₹4,554.80 one; the margin on the dearer oil is better for us and the bill is ₹30,912 larger. We are still telling you that Cinnamon Vanilla is the cheapest vanilla in the range and still reads as a vanilla — a warm, spiced gourmand that customers identify as vanilla on the shelf and in the room. It has two verified reviews in our own review bank. If your range does not specifically need a clean, unspiced vanilla, the cinnamon-inflected one does the job for ₹30,912 less on a ten-kilogram order. Test both at 100 g before you commit; that is the whole point of stocking a 100 g size.
What CSI has not published, and will not be invented here
There is no published volume slab, bulk rate, minimum order quantity, credit term or price list above 1 kg. If you buy ten bottles through the website you pay ten bottle prices. A manufacturer at this weight is a reasonable person to ask for a quote, and the honest framing is exactly that: message +91 7397976926, state the oil, the weight and the frequency, and find out. Nothing on this page promises an answer, a percentage or a term.

625 candles — and the 115 kg of wax nobody budgets for

Ten kilograms of fragrance oil is 10,000 g. At an 8% load in a 200 g finished candle, each candle takes 16 g of oil, so 10,000 ÷ 16 = 625 candles. That is the number to hold in your head, because it is also the number that sets every other line in your purchase order. The rest of the table tells you how fast ten kilograms disappears at other sizes and loads.

The 13% column does not apply to every wax, and it does not apply to CSI 464. Fragrance ceilings are formulation limits set by the wax manufacturer — the maximum quantity of oil that specific wax has been formulated to hold in solution — not regulatory limits. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks are stated to hold up to 13%. Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 is stated to hold up to 10%. If you pour on CSI 464, the 13% column is not available to you at all, and the 10% column is your ceiling rather than your target.

Now the part that catches people. At 200 g and 8%, each candle is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax. Across 625 candles that is 625 × 184 = 115,000 g — 115 kg of wax. Ten kilograms of fragrance oil is not a fragrance purchase. It is the trigger for a wax purchase more than eleven times its own weight, plus 625 vessels, 625 wicks and 625 of everything else.

The whole raw-material commitment, in real pack sizes

Below is the same 625-candle run priced out of the live catalogue, using pack sizes that exist. Nothing here is a combination invented to make the arithmetic tidy; where a pack does not divide neatly into 625 the quantity overshoots and the spare units are shown. Wax is priced on CSI 464 at 10 kg and 5 kg because its stated 10% ceiling comfortably covers an 8% pour.

On that bill, fragrance is ₹45,548 of ₹129,335 — 35.2%. Swap Cinnamon Vanilla for Vanilla Bean and leave every other line untouched: fragrance becomes ₹76,460, the total becomes ₹160,247, and fragrance is now 47.7% of the bill. The oil choice alone moves your raw-material cost base up by ₹30,912, or 23.9%. Per candle, raw materials go from ₹206.94 to ₹256.40.

The CSI principle
At ten kilograms, the scent you choose is a bigger commercial decision than the discount you negotiate.
₹30,912 separates the cheapest vanilla from the dearest at the same weight. The best genuine volume break anywhere in the vanilla family is about ₹4,990 across ten kilograms. The oil decision is roughly six times larger than the pricing decision, and unlike the pricing decision it is entirely yours to make.

The vanillin problem: why ten bottles of vanilla is a technical risk, not just a financial one

This is the one scent family where holding ten kilograms carries a production risk on top of the working-capital risk, and it is the reason this page exists as a vanilla page rather than a generic bulk page.

Vanillin-containing fragrances are known to darken wax over time. It is formulation chemistry, not a defect, not a contamination and not a sign that the oil was stored badly — vanillin oxidises, and the wax it sits in goes from white towards cream, then towards ivory or tan. Every vanilla in the table above carries vanillin or vanillin-type material by definition of being a vanilla. A single candle that drifts a shade over eight weeks is a cosmetic matter most customers never notice.

At manufacturing scale the consequence stops being cosmetic and becomes commercial. Ten bottles poured over several months may not produce candles that match each other. A customer who reorders a line expects the same colour they bought before; a retailer who shelves your 200 g jar next to last quarter's stock will see two colours side by side and will ask about it. The problem is not that vanilla darkens. The problem is that vanilla darkens at a rate that depends on time since pour, so a ten-kilogram holding poured down over six months produces a colour gradient across your own inventory.

What CSI has not published, and what this page therefore will not state. CSI publishes no discolouration test, no shade chart, no timescale and no shelf-life figure for any fragrance oil, vanilla or otherwise. We are not going to tell you that a candle drifts one shade in four weeks or that an oil keeps for eighteen months, because we have not measured it and have not published it. What we can tell you is that the mechanism is real, that it applies to vanillas as a class, and that the controls below are the ones a production line can actually run without a laboratory. MSDS and IFRA documentation are supplied on request on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926; those are documents, not a colour-stability guarantee.
1
Pour one test candle from every bottle, before the bottle enters productionOpen bottle four, pour a single candle at your production load in your production vessel, and label it with the bottle number and the date. That candle is your evidence. If bottle four behaves differently from bottles one to three — in colour, in throw, in set — you find out on one candle rather than on a hundred and fifty. Ten test candles across ten kilograms is 10 × 16 g = 160 g of oil, about ₹728.77 of Cinnamon Vanilla or ₹1,223.36 of Vanilla Bean, which is 1.6% of your fragrance spend either way. It is the cheapest insurance on this page.
2
Keep one dated reference candle and never sell itThe first candle of the first batch, lidded, labelled with the date, the bottle number, the wax batch and the load, kept out of sunlight. Every subsequent batch is judged against it by eye. Without a reference you are comparing this month's candle against your memory of last month's candle, which is not a comparison. With one, a shade drift is visible in ten seconds and you can decide whether it matters before a customer decides for you.
3
Sequence your stock — finish a bottle before opening the nextDo not blend bottle two into bottle three to “average things out” mid-run. Work through the bottles in order, and let each batch be traceable to exactly one bottle. If you mix codes in the middle of a run you have destroyed the only variable that would let you explain a complaint. Sequencing costs nothing and takes no extra time; it is purely a matter of discipline at the bench.
4
Decide now whether the range is dyed or undyedThis is the decision that changes how much the vanillin question matters to you, and it has to be made before you buy ten kilograms rather than after. An undyed vanilla shows drift most, because the eye reads any movement away from white as a fault. A range dyed a warm cream, amber or brown absorbs the same drift almost invisibly, because the starting colour is already in the direction the wax is travelling. CSI liquid dyes start at ₹236 for 15 ml in every shade — Brown Candle Dye Liquid is the obvious candidate for a vanilla line. If you want the undyed white aesthetic, you can still have it; you just need to accept that you are choosing the presentation that makes the chemistry most visible, and price your reject allowance accordingly.
Vanilla does not fail. It drifts. A production line that cannot see the drift is the thing that fails.

Ten bottles, ten batch codes: the record-keeping that makes a complaint traceable

A ten-kilogram order can arrive as ten bottles carrying up to ten different batch codes, and that is normal for any fragrance house. At 1 kg it barely matters, because one bottle is one variable and you will remember it. At 10 kg it matters a great deal, because you now have up to ten variables moving through your production over months, and the only thing connecting a customer complaint in February to a bottle opened in October is a written record.

The record is not optional at this volume, and it is not paperwork for its own sake. It is the difference between two conversations. One is: “a customer says the December candles smell weaker, and I do not know which oil went into them.” The other is: “the December candles came from bottle six, batch code X, poured on these three dates at 8% on CSI 464 batch Y, and here is the reference candle.” The second conversation produces an answer. The first produces a guess and a refund.

The per-batch record · nine fields, filled at the bench
What to write down for every pour off a ten-kilogram holding
Field Record Why it matters at 10 kg
Bottle number 1 to 10, assigned by you on arrival Your own index; the supplier's code may not be sequential
Batch code Copied from the bottle label, exactly The only identifier a supplier can look up when you query something
Date opened The day the seal was broken Oxidation starts at opening, not at delivery
Wax and batch Product name, pack size, invoice date Stated ceilings differ — 13% on Chunks, 10% on CSI 464 — and so does colour
Load Percentage and the actual grams weighed 16 g in 200 g is 8%; write both so the arithmetic is auditable
Dye Shade, drops or grams, or “none” “None” is the entry that predicts a visible-drift complaint
Pour date and count Date, and how many candles came off that bottle Lets you scope a recall or a re-pour to a number instead of a guess
Reference candle Kept, yes or no, and where Without it there is nothing to compare a later batch against
Observations Colour, set, frosting, throw at day 14 Three words at the bench beat a reconstruction three months later

Weigh, do not estimate. A Candle Making Weighing Scale is ₹354 and is the instrument that makes every figure in your record sheet mean something. On a ₹129,335 raw-material commitment, a ₹354 scale is not a purchase to think about.

What bulk pricing does and does not do on vanilla

Because the only real pack step available to you is 500 g versus 1 kg, the honest test of “does buying bigger save money” is to compare twenty 500 g packs against ten 1 kg bottles. We ran it across the vanilla family. The results argue against the premise of bulk buying, so here they are in full.

Kilogram versus two 500 g packs · the vanilla set
Twenty 500 g packs against ten 1 kg bottles, same 10 kg either way
Vanilla 20 × 500 g 10 × 1 kg Difference across 10 kg
Tobacco Vanilla ₹79,980 ₹74,990 Kilogram saves ₹4,990 · ₹499 per kg, the best real break in the vanilla set, about 6.7%
Coffee Vanilla Tobacco ₹87,980 ₹85,990 Kilogram saves ₹1,990 · ₹199 per kg
Cinnamon Vanilla ₹46,020 ₹45,548 Kilogram saves ₹472 · ₹47.20 per kg
Vanilla Bean / Dark Vanilla ₹76,800 ₹76,460 Kilogram saves ₹340 · ₹34 per kg, on a ₹76,460 order
Dark Vanilla Oud ₹56,900 ₹56,910 The kilogram is ₹1 dearer · 10 kg costs about ₹10 more than twenty 500 g packs
Vanilla Orange Blossom No 500 g variant ₹82,940 Cannot be tested at all — there is no 500 g pack to compare against

So: on most vanillas, bulk pricing is not the reason to order 10 kg. Vanilla Bean's kilogram saves you ₹34 against two 500 g packs — ₹340 across ten kilograms, or 0.44% of a ₹76,460 order. Dark Vanilla Oud's kilogram is actively one rupee dearer than two 500 g packs, so buying it as ten kilograms costs you about ten rupees more than buying it as twenty half-kilogram packs. Only Tobacco Vanilla offers a break worth naming, at ₹499 per kilogram or roughly ₹4,990 across ten.

The correct conclusion is not “buy 500 g packs instead”. It is that you should order ten kilograms for operational reasons, not pricing ones — because you know the formulation, you know the scent sells, and you would rather hold stock than reorder eight times. If your reason for ordering 10 kg is that you expect it to be cheaper per gram, the data above says it mostly is not, and the money you were hoping to find is sitting in the choice between Cinnamon Vanilla and Vanilla Bean instead. That comparison is worked through further in buying fragrance oils in bulk in India and premium versus cheap fragrance oils.

Storage, working capital, and whether you are actually ready for 10 kg

Ten one-kilogram bottles is a physical object in your workshop. Store them upright, closed, out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and away from the pouring bench where a splash of hot wax can find them. Keep them in one place, in bottle-number order, with the seals of unopened bottles intact — an opened bottle is oxidising, an unopened one is not. Do not decant into unlabelled containers; the batch code lives on the original label and the moment it leaves that bottle you have lost your traceability.

Then the money. On Cinnamon Vanilla, ten kilograms is ₹45,548 out of your working capital in one payment, sitting as stock until it is poured, cured and sold. On Vanilla Bean it is ₹76,460. Add the wax, glass and wicks that have to accompany it and you are committing ₹129,335 to ₹160,247 of raw materials before a single candle has been invoiced. That is the real question behind “should I buy 10 kg”, and it is a cash-flow question rather than a fragrance one. The cost-of-starting and pricing guides deal with the recovery side of it.

Editorial judgement, not CSI policy
The following is our editorial view and is not a CSI rule, term or recommendation of record. Buy ten kilograms of one scent only if you are already pouring through at least 1 kg of it a month. At that rate the ten bottles clear in about ten months, which is a defensible holding period for a fragrance oil. At 200 g and 8%, 1 kg a month is roughly 62 candles a month of that single scent; 100 candles a month of it is 1.6 kg and clears the ten bottles in about six and a quarter months, which is comfortable. If a scent is moving at 250 g a month, ten kilograms is more than three years of stock and you are buying a colour-drift problem rather than a discount.
Prerequisites · all seven, before you order ten bottles
If any line is missing, buy 1 kg and fix that line first
Prerequisite What “done” looks like
Locked formulation A written recipe at a stated load — not “around 8%” but 16 g in 200 g, weighed, with an add temperature and a stir time
A wax whose ceiling covers it The stated ceiling on the wax you actually buy is at or above your load. 10% on CSI 464, 13% on Luxury Soy Chunks
A tested wick One wick size chosen from side-by-side test burns in your production vessel, not a guess from a chart
A resuppliable vessel A jar you can buy 650 of today and 650 of again in four months. A one-off container is a range you cannot repeat
Storage A cool, dark, dry place for ten bottles that is not the pouring bench
A batch-record habit The nine fields above, already being filled in for your current 1 kg purchases. A habit you start at 10 kg is a habit you will not keep
A decision on dye Dyed or undyed, decided and written down, with the drift consequence understood

If any one of those seven is missing, buy one kilogram and fix it first. One kilogram of Cinnamon Vanilla is ₹4,554.80 and makes 62 candles at 200 g and 8% — enough to prove a formulation, test two wick sizes, settle the dye question and start a record sheet. And because the kilogram price is flat — one bottle or ten, you pay ₹4,554.80 each — buying one kilogram now and nine later costs exactly the same ₹45,548 as buying ten today. There is no penalty for starting small. That makes one kilogram the cheapest tuition in this business, and a great deal cheaper than discovering at bottle four that your wick was wrong.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, not finished candles. The commercially convenient version of this page would open with a 10 kg drum we do not sell and a bulk discount we have not published. Instead it opens with the fact that no pack above 1 kg exists in our catalogue, and then spends its longest section telling a manufacturer that our cheapest vanilla does the job our dearest vanilla does, for ₹30,912 less across ten kilograms. We would make more money if you ignored that paragraph.

Every price on this page is a live CSI variant price from September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing and specification always take precedence. All 10 kg figures are stated multiplications of a real 1 kg variant price; none of them is a pack you can add to a cart. Fragrance ceilings of 13% for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and 10% for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 are the wax manufacturers' stated formulation limits, not regulatory limits, and they are not interchangeable between waxes.

On discolouration we have stated the mechanism and stopped there, because CSI publishes no discolouration test, shade chart, timescale or shelf-life figure. Any specific number you see elsewhere did not come from us. For a quote at manufacturing weight, GST invoicing, or MSDS and IFRA documentation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926.

Frequently asked questions

Does CSI sell a 10 kg drum or jerry can of vanilla fragrance oil?
No. Across all 92 oils in the fragrance-oils collection the variant ladder is at most 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg. There is no 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg pack. Ten kilograms is supplied as ten separate 1 kg bottles of the same oil, at ten times the 1 kg price.
What is the cheapest way to buy 10 kg of a vanilla fragrance oil?
Choose the cheaper oil rather than chasing a volume break. 10 kg of Cinnamon Vanilla is ₹45,548 against ₹76,460 for Vanilla Bean — a ₹30,912 saving on the same weight, and Cinnamon Vanilla is 40.4% cheaper per gram. The largest genuine pack-size break in the whole vanilla family is Tobacco Vanilla's ₹499 per kilogram, about ₹4,990 across ten. The oil choice is worth roughly six times the best break.
How many candles does 10 kg of fragrance oil make?
At an 8% load in a 200 g candle, 625 candles — 16 g of oil each. At 10% in the same candle, 500. At 8% in a 100 g candle, 1,250. Those 625 candles also need 115 kg of wax (184 g each), 625 vessels and 625 wicks, which is why ten kilograms of fragrance triggers a far larger purchase order than its own price suggests.
Will 10 kg of vanilla oil darken my candles, and by how much?
Vanillin-containing fragrances are known to darken wax over time; that is formulation chemistry, not a defect, and it applies to vanillas as a class. How much and how fast, we cannot tell you, because CSI publishes no discolouration test, shade chart or timescale and this page will not invent one. What a manufacturer should do is practical: pour a test candle from each bottle, keep one dated reference candle to compare against, work through the bottles in sequence instead of mixing codes mid-run, and decide early whether the range is dyed — an undyed vanilla shows drift most, while a warm cream or brown dye absorbs it.
Is there a bulk discount, slab or MOQ at 10 kg?
CSI publishes none. No volume slab, no bulk rate, no minimum order quantity and no credit term appear anywhere on the store, and the cart charges ten times the 1 kg price. A manufacturer buying at this weight is a sensible person to ask, so ask on WhatsApp with the oil, the weight and your reorder frequency. This page does not promise a discount exists, and you should be sceptical of any page that does.
Which vanilla oils are priced the same, and which one has no 500 g size?
Vanilla Bean and Dark Vanilla are priced identically at every size — ₹130 / 15 g, ₹410 / 50 g, ₹790 / 100 g, ₹3,840 / 500 g, ₹7,646 / 1 kg — so 10 kg of either is ₹76,460. Vanilla Orange Blossom has no 500 g variant; it is stocked in 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg only, which means it cannot be assessed on the kilogram-versus-500 g test at all. Its 10 kg figure is 10 × ₹8,294 = ₹82,940.

About this guide: Written by the CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA team. Product recommendations reflect the CSI range; the conversion arithmetic, batch-record framework and vanillin controls apply to any supplier.

Customer reviews: The six reviews at the top of this page are genuine, published Judge.me reviews left by CSI customers on their product pages. Names, star ratings, dates and products are as recorded by Judge.me, and only reviews Judge.me recorded as verified are badged “Verified buyer”. Four are vanilla-family reviews — Sneha Tamang and Punam Sarma on Cinnamon Vanilla, Anonymous on Dark Vanilla Fragrance, Suman Bisht on Dark Vanilla Oud — and the remaining two, Renu on Gilli Mitti (Patchouli) and Jaya Sawlani on Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464, are included because this page prices that wax and that order pattern. None of the six is a review of Vanilla Bean, and none of them describes a 10 kg purchase. Three longer reviews are shortened with an ellipsis and are otherwise unedited.

Pack sizes: CSI's fragrance-oil variant ladder is at most 15 g / 50 g / 100 g / 500 g / 1 kg. No 2 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance-oil pack exists in the catalogue. Every 10 kg figure on this page is stated as ten times a real 1 kg variant price and is supplied as ten separate 1 kg bottles. CSI publishes no volume slab, bulk rate, minimum order quantity or credit term above 1 kg, and none is implied here.

Figures verified September 2026: 1 kg fragrance prices — Cinnamon Vanilla ₹4,554.80, Dark Vanilla Oud ₹5,691, Tobacco Vanilla ₹7,499, Vanilla Bean ₹7,646, Dark Vanilla ₹7,646, Vanilla Orange Blossom ₹8,294, Coffee Vanilla Tobacco ₹8,599; × 10 gives ₹45,548 / ₹56,910 / ₹74,990 / ₹76,460 / ₹76,460 / ₹82,940 / ₹85,990. 500 g prices used in the pack-step comparison — Cinnamon Vanilla ₹2,301, Dark Vanilla Oud ₹2,845, Tobacco Vanilla ₹3,999, Vanilla Bean and Dark Vanilla ₹3,840, Coffee Vanilla Tobacco ₹4,399; Vanilla Orange Blossom has no 500 g variant. Candle counts assume the stated finished weight and load, rounded down. The 625-candle case is 200 g at 8% (16 g oil, 184 g wax), giving 115 kg of wax priced as 11 × 10 kg (₹5,074) + 1 × 5 kg (₹2,537) of Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 = ₹58,351, or ₹68,984 on Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at ₹5,999 / 10 kg and ₹2,995 / 5 kg; 650 × 200 ml Salsa Glass Jars as 6 × 100 Pcs (₹2,950) + 1 × 50 Pcs (₹1,475) = ₹19,175; 650 Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) as 500 + 100 + 50 (₹2,950 + ₹590 + ₹295) = ₹3,835, or ₹6,136 in Thick (C2); 640 Candle Wick Stickers as 16 sheets of 40 at ₹100 = ₹1,600; 1,000 Candle Care Stickers as 2 packs of 500 at ₹413 = ₹826. Raw-material total ₹129,335 with Cinnamon Vanilla (fragrance 35.2%) and ₹160,247 with Vanilla Bean (fragrance 47.7%), a ₹30,912 or 23.9% increase, being ₹206.94 and ₹256.40 per candle. Liquid candle dye is ₹236 for 15 ml in every shade; Candle Making Weighing Scale ₹354. Fragrance load ceilings are wax manufacturers' stated formulation limits, not regulatory limits — up to 13% for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and up to 10% for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464, so the 13% column does not apply to CSI 464. CSI publishes no discolouration test, shade chart, timescale or shelf-life figure for any fragrance oil; the monthly consumption guidance is this page's editorial judgement and not CSI policy.
