Candle Business Guides · Soy Wax × Quantity
CSI does not list a 25 kg soy wax pack, so the honest wholesale price starts with a ceiling: the listed per-kilo price of the 5 kg and 10 kg bags that add up to 25 kg. This guide sets that ceiling for every soy wax, then shows exactly what to send for a quote and how to judge the answer.
₹399.20–₹637/kg
listed ceiling for 25 kg across six soy & coconut-soy waxes · ₹9,980 to ₹15,925 for 25 kg from listed bags · ≈135 × 200g candles · wholesale quotes on WhatsApp · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
What is the wholesale price of 25 kg soy wax? No 25 kg pack is listed, so start from the listed bags. 25 kg lists at ₹9,980 for Eco Soy CSI 400 (5 × 5 kg), ₹10,620 for Natural Soy Pearl Wax, ₹12,685 for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464, ₹14,975 for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks (5 × 5 kg), ₹15,000 for Soy Pillar Wax and ₹15,925 for Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468. That is the ceiling; a wholesale quote is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Is there a hidden wholesale tier on the website? No. On most CSI soy waxes the listed per-kilo price is the same from 1 kg to 10 kg. Any price below the listed figure comes from a quote for your specific order, not from picking a bigger pack.

What should I send to get a quote? The exact wax, the kilos, whether it is one-off or repeating (and how often), your delivery pincode, your GST number if you want a GST invoice, and anything else going on the same order.

How do I judge the quote? Convert it to a per-kilo figure on the same basis as the listed price, then to a per-candle figure. Every ₹10 per kilo on 25 kg is ₹250 — or ₹1.84 inside one 200g candle.
The short answer
Know your ceiling before you ask: 25 kg × the lowest listed per-kilo price for your wax. You should never need to pay more than that for the wax itself.
Send a complete request: wax, quantity, frequency, pincode, GST number and the rest of the basket — one message, all of it, so the reply can be a real number rather than a question.
Compare like with like: confirm what the quoted figure includes, convert it to per kilo and per candle, and weigh the rupees against the recipe you have already proven.

The quote is confirmed by CSI on WhatsApp. This guide never guesses the quote.
A 25 kg wholesale price has three parts you control: knowing the listed ceiling, sending a request complete enough to be priced, and converting the answer to per kilo and per candle so you can see what it is actually worth.
Straight answer
What is the wholesale price of 25 kg of soy wax in India, and how do I get it?
At CSI there is no listed 25 kg pack, so the wholesale conversation starts from a ceiling: 25 kg built from listed bags at listed prices. That is ₹9,980 for Eco Soy CSI 400 (₹399.20/kg), ₹10,620 for Natural Soy Pearl Wax (₹424.80/kg), ₹12,685 for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (₹507.40/kg), ₹14,975 for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks in five 5 kg bags (₹599/kg), ₹15,000 for Soy Pillar Wax and ₹15,925 for Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 (₹637/kg). Because the listed per-kilo price is flat across pack sizes on most of these waxes, there is no cheaper "wholesale tier" to unlock by choosing bigger bags. A price below the ceiling comes only from a quote, which CSI confirms on WhatsApp — and this guide will not guess it. To get a quote worth having, send the exact wax, 25 kg, whether it repeats and how often, your pincode, your GST number and the rest of the basket. Then judge the answer on the same basis as the ceiling: every ₹10 per kilo is ₹250 on 25 kg and ₹1.84 per 200g candle across the ≈135 candles it makes.
One line: the listed per-kilo price is your 25 kg ceiling; a complete WhatsApp request gets you a quote; per kilo and per candle tells you what the quote is worth.
Buying now rather than waiting on a quote? 25 kg of CSI 464 lists at ₹12,685 as two 10 kg bags and one 5 kg bag, and 25 kg of Luxury Soy Chunks at ₹14,975 as five 5 kg bags — every pack is on the product pages.

What "wholesale price" means at 25 kg

Most buyers imagine a hidden price list for people who order enough. At CSI the listed price is already public — the variable is your order.

"Wholesale price" gets used for two different things, and mixing them up is how buyers end up disappointed or overpaying. The first is a listed price: the price on the product page that anyone pays when they add a pack to the cart. The second is a quoted price: a figure a supplier confirms for a particular order — a particular wax, quantity, destination and frequency. A listed price is the same for everyone. A quote is specific to your order and only exists once it is confirmed in writing.

At 25 kg of soy wax the distinction matters because CSI does not list a 25 kg pack. The largest listed soy wax packs are 10 kg bags (five waxes), 5 kg bags (Eco Soy CSI 400's largest) and a 50 kg pack (Natural Soy Pearl Wax only). So 25 kg at listed prices is always a combination — typically two 10 kg bags and one 5 kg bag — and the per-kilo price of that combination is the most you would pay for the wax.

Here is the fact that surprises most 25 kg buyers: on the majority of CSI soy waxes, the listed price per kilo does not fall as the pack gets bigger. Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 is ₹507.40 a kilo at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. Soy Pillar Wax is ₹600 at every size. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks are ₹599 at 1 kg and 5 kg and ₹599.90 in the 10 kg bag. Only Natural Soy Pearl Wax (₹450 → ₹424.80) and CSI 468 (₹650 → ₹637) step down, and both step down once, at 5 kg. There is no further listed step at 10 kg, 25 kg or 50 kg.

The mistake: hunting for a "wholesale rate" in the pack sizes. Buyers sometimes order a 10 kg bag expecting it to unlock a lower per-kilo price than five 1 kg packs, then find on several waxes it doesn't. That is not a hidden catch; it is a flat price list, which is the most transparent kind. The practical consequence is simple: at listed prices, buy the pack size that suits your storage and melt batch, and if you want to talk about price for a 25 kg or repeating order, talk about it directly on WhatsApp rather than trying to engineer it through the cart.

This guide deliberately does not predict what a quote will be. It would be easy to print a tempting "wholesale from ₹___" figure, and it would be invented. What it does is give you everything else: the exact ceiling for your wax, a request template that gets a real answer, and a way to judge that answer in rupees per candle.

The 25 kg ceiling, wax by wax

The table prices 25 kg of each soy and coconut-soy wax through each sensible combination of listed packs. The cheapest listed route gives the ceiling. 25 kg makes about 135 × 200g candles at 8% (25,000g ÷ 184g = 135.9).

Priced above: Eco Soy CSI 400 5 kg ₹1,996 × 5 = ₹9,980; 1 kg ₹399 × 25 = ₹9,975 · Natural Soy Pearl 10 kg ₹4,248 × 2 + 5 kg ₹2,124 = ₹10,620; 1 kg ₹450 × 25 = ₹11,250 · CSI 464 ₹5,074 × 2 + ₹2,537 = ₹12,685 (5 kg and 1 kg routes identical) · Luxury Soy Chunks ₹5,999 × 2 + ₹2,995 = ₹14,993; ₹2,995 × 5 = ₹14,975; ₹599 × 25 = ₹14,975 · Soy Pillar ₹6,000 × 2 + ₹3,000 = ₹15,000 · CSI 468 ₹6,370 × 2 + ₹3,185 = ₹15,925; ₹650 × 25 = ₹16,250. Eco Soy CSI 400 is ₹5 cheaper as 25 single kilos, but five 5 kg bags are the practical buy.

Three things are worth noticing. First, the ceiling barely depends on the route for most waxes; where it does, the difference is small (₹18 on Luxury Soy Chunks between the 10 kg route and five 5 kg bags) or clear-cut (₹630 on Natural Soy Pearl if you foolishly bought 25 single kilos). Second, the spread across waxes — ₹9,980 to ₹15,925 — is ₹5,945 on 25 kg, which is ₹43.76 per 200g candle. Third, the per-kilo ceiling for your wax is the one number to carry into a quote conversation, because it is the reference every quoted figure should be compared against.

CSI 464 and the "25 kg format" line
The CSI 464 product page describes the wax as "available in 1kg, 5kg, 25kg formats", while the packs you can order online are 500g, 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. If a single 25 kg sack would suit you better than three bags, ask on WhatsApp whether that format is available for your order and at what price. Until it is confirmed in writing, plan on the listed 2 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg combination at ₹12,685.

What to send for a 25 kg quote

The fastest way to get a quote you can act on is to answer, in your first message, every question a supplier would otherwise have to ask you. A message that says "bulk soy wax price?" can only be answered with questions. A message that carries the six details below can be answered with a number.

1
Name the exact waxUse the product name from the page — "Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (flakes)", "Luxury Soy Wax Chunks", "Natural Soy Pearl Wax". "Soy wax" alone could mean six products listed between ₹399.20 and ₹637 a kilo in their larger packs.
2
State the quantity and the bag sizes you would like"25 kg — two 10 kg bags and one 5 kg bag" or "five 5 kg bags". Smaller bags are easier to store sealed; say which you prefer.
3
Say whether it repeats"One-off festive order" and "25 kg every month from October" are different requests. If it repeats, give the frequency and how confident you are in it.
4
Give the delivery pincodeDelivery cost and timing depend on where the wax is going. A pincode lets both be addressed in the same reply instead of a second round of messages.
5
Add your GST number if you want a GST invoiceIf your business is GST-registered, include your GSTIN and the billing name exactly as registered so the invoice can be raised correctly first time.
6
List the rest of the basketFragrance oils, wicks and jars going on the same order belong in the same request. A supplier quoting the whole order sees the whole order, and you receive one delivery and one invoice to check.
A request you can copy
"Hi CSI — wholesale quote please. Wax: Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 flakes. Quantity: 25 kg as 2 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg. Frequency: monthly from October, first order this month. Deliver to: pincode ______. GSTIN: ______ (billing name ______). Also on this order: 2 kg Sandalwood Fragrance Oil, 100 Eco Candle Wicks C1. Please confirm the total, what it includes, and delivery to my pincode." Send it to +91 7397976926 on WhatsApp.
The mistake: asking three suppliers "best price?" and comparing the replies. Without a named wax, quantity, pincode and frequency, the replies are not answering the same question, so they cannot be compared. Worse, the lowest number is often the one that left something out. Send the same complete request to anyone you are comparing, and compare only answers that state the same things — the wax, the kilos, what the figure includes and delivery to your pincode.

How to judge a quote against the ceiling

A quote in rupees tells you what you will pay. A quote in rupees per candle tells you whether it matters.

When a quote arrives, convert it before you react to it. Divide the wax figure by 25 to get a per-kilo price, on the same basis as the listed ceiling — then multiply by 0.184 to see it inside a 200g candle at 8%. The table below shows what a difference from the ceiling is worth at 25 kg. It is not a quote and not a promise of any discount; it is a ruler for measuring whatever number you are given.

What a per-kilo difference is worth on 25 kg · 200g candles at 8% · ≈135 candles
A ruler for any quote: rupees per kilo converted to rupees per order and per candle
Difference per kg vs your ceiling On 25 kg Per 200g candle What it is worth deciding on
₹5 ₹125 ₹0.92 Not worth changing anything in a proven recipe
₹10 ₹250 ₹1.84 Worth taking; not worth changing wax for
₹25 ₹625 ₹4.60 Meaningful on a repeating order; still smaller than one extra gram of oil per candle
₹50 ₹1,250 ₹9.20 Real money over a year of repeat orders — confirm it is the same wax and the same basis

The last column uses one comparison worth remembering: one gram of fragrance oil costs about ₹5 at 1 kg pricing — Sandalwood Fragrance Oil is ₹5,026.80 a kilo, so ₹5.03 a gram. A ₹25-a-kilo difference on wax is worth less inside a candle than a single gram of oil. That does not make wax price irrelevant; it tells you where it ranks.

What the per-kilo price does to your candle

A 25 kg order is big enough that wax feels like the main cost, and small enough that it usually is not. The table puts each wax's listed ceiling inside one 200g candle and across the 135 candles the order makes, and adds the fragrance oil those candles need so the wax figure sits in context.

25 kg ceiling inside the candle · 200g at 8% · Sandalwood Fragrance Oil at 1 kg pricing
Wax per candle and across 135 candles, beside the oil those same candles need
Wax (ceiling per kg) Wax per 200g candle Wax in 135 candles Oil in each (16g) Oil in 135 candles (2.16 kg)
Eco Soy CSI 400 (₹399.20) ₹73.45 ₹9,916.13 ₹80.43 ₹10,857.89
Natural Soy Pearl Wax (₹424.80) ₹78.16 ₹10,552.03 ₹80.43 ₹10,857.89
Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (₹507.40) ₹93.36 ₹12,603.82 ₹80.43 ₹10,857.89
Luxury Soy Wax Chunks (₹599) ₹110.22 ₹14,879.16 ₹80.43 ₹10,857.89
Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 (₹637) ₹117.21 ₹15,823.08 ₹80.43 ₹10,857.89

Working: wax per candle = ceiling per kg × 0.184; × 135 for the order. Oil = 16g × ₹5.0268 = ₹80.43 per candle; 135 × 16g = 2,160g, or ₹10,857.89 at the 1 kg price. On the cheaper waxes, the oil for 135 candles costs more than the 25 kg of wax; on Luxury Soy Chunks the two are within about ₹4,000 of each other. Buyers who spend a week negotiating the wax and five minutes choosing oil sizes have the effort the wrong way round. Oil pack maths are set out in how much fragrance oil a candle business needs.

Changing wax to chase a per-kilo difference. Moving 25 kg from Luxury Soy Chunks to CSI 464 lists as ₹2,290 cheaper (₹14,975 against ₹12,685), or ₹16.85 a candle. It also moves you from a stated ceiling of 13% to one of 10%, changes the stated temperatures, and probably changes your wick. If your recipe runs at 8–10% and passes a burn test in CSI 464, the switch is sound. If it doesn't, the ₹2,290 is the price of re-testing 135 candles' worth of recipe — and a wholesale quote on the wax you already use is the better conversation.
The CSI principle
The listed price is your ceiling. Your request decides everything below it.
Nobody needs a secret price list to buy 25 kg of soy wax well. You need the listed per-kilo figure for your wax, one complete message, and the discipline to judge the reply per candle rather than per bag. That turns "wholesale price" from a hope into a number you can plan a season around.

Four waxes to price at 25 kg

Each card lists every pack of the wax with its per-kilo price and 200g-candle count, and states the 25 kg ceiling in the footer. These are the four container waxes most 25 kg quote requests are about.

1
Container · flat price · page mentions 25 kg
Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (Flakes)
The wax whose listing makes the ceiling easiest to read: ₹507.40 a kilo at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg, so 25 kg lists at ₹12,685 whichever way you combine it. Stated for single-pour container candles, fragrance load up to 10%, melting point and pour temperature both stated as 80–90°C, and a 60-month shelf life in cool, dry storage — useful if a 25 kg order will be poured across several weeks. Its description is also the one that mentions a 25 kg format; ask whether it applies to your order.

The wax for recipes that need headroom: stated 8% to 13%, with 10% recommended, fragrance added at 80–90°C and poured at 70–80°C. For a 25 kg order note the listing detail: the 5 kg bag is ₹599 a kilo and the 10 kg bag ₹599.90, so five 5 kg bags (₹14,975) are the lowest listed route, ₹18 below two 10 kg bags plus one 5 kg bag. Its page describes it as suitable for a variety of container types and candle designs, but states no fragrance load or temperatures. If your quote request is for this wax, it should be for a recipe you have already tested; if it is not, buy a 1 kg pack first. The 50 kg question is covered in soy wax 50 kg bulk price.

Described on its page as an all-natural container wax, with fragrance added at 80–90°C (85°C), a gentle two-minute stir and a direct pour; Eco Wicks are recommended. Its largest listed pack is 5 kg, so 25 kg is five bags at ₹9,980. It states no maximum fragrance load, so request a quote only on a load your own burn tests have proven.

GST invoices, documents and repeat orders

A 25 kg order is usually a business purchase, and business purchases come with paperwork that is worth sorting out in the same conversation as the price. CSI handles GST invoicing, MSDS and IFRA documentation on request through WhatsApp. None of those should be an afterthought once the wax has arrived.

GST invoice. If you are GST-registered, send your GSTIN and registered billing name with the quote request, and check the invoice against both when it arrives. How GST registration applies to a candle business, and when you need it, is covered in do I need a licence to make and sell candles in India; for how input tax credit applies to your own purchases, ask your accountant rather than a supplier.

Documentation. Wholesale buyers and larger retail customers sometimes ask a candle brand for safety documentation on its materials. Ask for what your customers ask you for — MSDS for the wax and oils, IFRA documentation for fragrance — at the time you order, and file it with the invoice so every batch has its paperwork beside it.

Repeat orders. If 25 kg is going to become a monthly or seasonal order, say so in the first request and ask how long a quoted price stands. Then keep your side of the arrangement predictable: order on a regular date, in the same bag sizes, and give notice when a festive month will run higher. The ordering rhythm for larger monthly volumes is set out in buying 100 kg of soy wax a month.

One-off 25 kg vs repeating 25 kg · what changes in the request
The same kilos asked for in two different ways
Detail One-off 25 kg (e.g. a festive run) 25 kg every month
Quantity 25 kg, one delivery 25 kg per month, with any heavier months flagged
Timing A dispatch date that leaves a 14–21 day cure before your sale date A regular order date each month
What to ask Total for this order, what it includes, delivery to pincode The same, plus how long the quoted price stands
Listed ceiling (CSI 464) ₹12,685 ₹12,685 a month · ₹1,52,220 over 12 months
Where to plan it Buy 25 kg soy wax: the festive run The 12-month candle business calendar

A festive 25 kg order has one more constraint worth stating plainly. Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November, and soy container candles want a 14–21 day cure. Candles that must be on sale in the last week of October need to be poured by early October, which means the wax needs to be in your workshop before then. A quote that arrives after your pour date is not a saving.

Ask for a price with a wax name, a kilo count and a pincode, and you get a number you can plan with. Ask for "best price" and you get a question back.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, not finished candles. A wholesale price page is where suppliers are most tempted to print a teaser figure — "wholesale from ₹___ per kg" — that turns out to apply to someone else's order. We have not done that. The only prices on this page are listed prices and arithmetic on them; the quote for your 25 kg is confirmed on WhatsApp, and we tell you how to judge it rather than what it will be.

Every price, pack size and specification on this page comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing always takes precedence. Fragrance loads and temperatures are quoted only where the product page states them — up to 13% for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468, up to 10% for Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 — and they are wax formulation limits, not regulatory limits. The per-kilo differences in the judging table are a measuring tool, not offered discounts.

What is the wholesale price of 25 kg soy wax in India?
At CSI no 25 kg pack is listed, so the listed ceiling is built from 5 kg and 10 kg bags: Eco Soy CSI 400 ₹9,980, Natural Soy Pearl Wax ₹10,620, Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 ₹12,685, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks ₹14,975, Soy Pillar Wax ₹15,000 and Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 ₹15,925 (September 2026). That is ₹399.20 to ₹637 a kilo. A wholesale quote for your order is confirmed separately on WhatsApp.
Does CSI sell soy wax in a 25 kg bag?
Not as an online listing. The orderable soy wax packs go up to 10 kg bags, plus a 50 kg pack of Natural Soy Pearl Wax. The Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 product page does mention "1kg, 5kg, 25kg formats", so if a single 25 kg sack suits you, ask on WhatsApp whether it is available for your order. Until confirmed, plan on two 10 kg bags and one 5 kg bag (₹12,685 for CSI 464).
How do I get a wholesale quote for soy wax?
Send one complete WhatsApp message to +91 7397976926 with the exact wax name, the quantity and bag sizes, whether the order repeats and how often, your delivery pincode, your GSTIN and billing name if you need a GST invoice, and any oils, wicks or jars for the same order. Ask for the total, what it includes and delivery to your pincode. A complete request gets a number; a vague one gets questions.
Do bigger soy wax packs come with a wholesale discount?
At listed prices, usually not. CSI 464 is ₹507.40 a kilo at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg; Soy Pillar Wax is ₹600 at every size; Luxury Soy Chunks are ₹599 at 1 kg and 5 kg. Only Natural Soy Pearl Wax (₹450 → ₹424.80) and CSI 468 (₹650 → ₹637) step down, once, at 5 kg. Anything lower than the listed per-kilo price comes from a quote, not a pack size.
How many candles does 25 kg of soy wax make?
At an 8% fragrance load a 200g candle uses 184g of wax, so 25 kg makes about 135 candles; at 10% (180g of wax each) about 138. Those candles need about 2.16 kg of fragrance oil at 8%, which at Sandalwood's 1 kg price of ₹5,026.80 is ₹10,857.89 — more than 25 kg of Eco Soy CSI 400 or Natural Soy Pearl Wax. Allow a few percent for spills and top-ups.
Will I get a GST invoice on a wholesale soy wax order?
CSI provides GST invoicing on request through WhatsApp. Include your GSTIN and your registered billing name in the quote request, and confirm whether the quoted figure is inclusive of GST so you can compare it with the listed ceiling on the same basis. MSDS and IFRA documentation can be requested in the same conversation.

No 25 kg soy wax pack is listed; 25 kg totals are listed-pack combinations and represent a ceiling, not a quote. The CSI 464 description states "Available in 1kg, 5kg, 25kg formats"; online variants are 500g, 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. Stated on product pages: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 8–13% (10% recommended), add 80–90°C, pour 70–80°C; CSI 464 up to 10%, melting point and pour 80–90°C, shelf life 60 months (cool, dry storage); CSI 468 up to 13%; Eco Soy CSI 400 add fragrance at 80–90°C (85°C), stir 2 minutes; Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no load or temperatures. Loads are formulation limits, not regulatory limits. Candle maths: 200g candle at 8% = 184g wax + 16g oil; 25,000g ÷ 184g = 135.9 (135 candles); per-candle wax = per-kg price × 0.184; per-kilo differences in the judging table (₹5, ₹10, ₹25, ₹50) are illustrative measuring points, not discounts or quotes; 12-month CSI 464 ceiling ₹12,685 × 12 = ₹1,52,220. Diwali 2026 is 8 November; 14–21 day cure is standard practice for soy container candles. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
