One published price list for every buyer, per-kilogram price set by pack size, and quotes above the largest pack. There is no separate trade list for listed sizes.
The smallest pack that already gets you the wholesale price
The word wholesale makes people think of the biggest bag. On CSI's soy range, the more useful question runs the other way: what is the smallest pack at which each wax reaches its lowest listed price per kilogram? Past that point, a bigger bag buys you convenience, not a better rate.

Natural Soy Pearl Wax reaches ₹424.80 per kilogram at 5 kg. The 10 kg and 50 kg bags carry the same rate, so ₹2,124.00 is enough to pay the wholesale price on this wax.
Premium Coconut Soy Wax CSI 468 (flakes) also reaches its floor at 5 kg: ₹637.00, against ₹650.00 at 1 kg and 500 g.
Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (flakes) reaches ₹507.40 at 1 kg and stays there. Only the 500 g bag is dearer.
Soy Pillar Wax is ₹600.00 per kilogram at every size, 500 g included. There is no threshold to reach.

What this means for a mixed order
If you run two or three waxes, you can buy each at its best listed rate without buying 10 kg of anything. A 5 kg bag of Pearl, a 5 kg bag of CSI 468 and 1 kg bags of CSI 464 are all at the floor for their wax. The cash you do not lock into large bags can go to oils, jars and wicks, which have to be bought anyway.
