Wholesale Candle Fragrance Oils Delivered to Bhopal
Aktie
Where does the ladder actually pay? It depends entirely on the oil. On Citronella the 500 g bottle costs ₹2.95 a gram against ₹7.67 at 100 g. On Jasmine four 500 g bottles are ₹2 cheaper than two 1 kg bottles for the identical two kilos. On Honeydew Melon the 100 g bottle is fractionally dearer per gram than the 50 g.
What does a wholesale order look like? The costed order below is ₹23,774: four 500 g oils, 25 kg of Luxury Soy Wax Chunks as two 10 kg bags plus a 5 kg, and 150 Eco wicks. It makes 125 candles of 200 g at an 8% load, at ₹179.28 of wax, oil and wick per candle.
What about 25 kg of wax or 5 kg of oil? Neither is listed. 10 kg is the largest soy wax pack and 1 kg the largest fragrance pack, so larger volumes are built from combinations of listed packs — and the listed per-kg price is your ceiling, never a quote. Ask on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926.
What "wholesale" honestly means here
It deserves a specific answer rather than a reassurance. At CSI the answer is: nothing you cannot see. There is no trade tier, approval process, registered-business rate or volume schedule published anywhere on the store. Two buyers ordering the same 500 g bottle on the same day pay the same listed price, whether one runs a factory and the other pours in a Bhopal kitchen. The only lever is pack size, and it is printed on every listing.
That has one uncomfortable implication and one liberating one. Nobody will hand you a better number for saying the word "wholesale" — you earn it by buying a bigger pack and carrying the stock. But you also cannot be quietly overcharged for being small: the ladder is public, so the saving you are missing is calculable to the rupee before you order.
| You are asking for | Published? | What actually produces it |
|---|---|---|
| A wholesale or trade price list | No — none exists | The pack ladder. Buy the rung where the price per gram stops falling |
| A volume discount percentage | No schedule is published | Nothing on the site. Above 1 kg, a quote on WhatsApp — never an assumed percentage |
| A minimum order quantity | No MOQ is published | You set your own. The smallest listed pack is the floor |
| 5 kg or 10 kg of one fragrance oil | Not listed — 1 kg is the largest pack | Multiples of listed kilos give you a ceiling; the quote comes from WhatsApp |
| 25 kg or 50 kg of soy wax | Not listed on Luxury Soy Wax Chunks — 10 kg is the largest | Combine listed packs (2 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg = 25 kg). Natural Soy Pearl Wax is separately listed at 50 kg |
| A GST invoice and per-oil documentation | On request | Say so in your first WhatsApp message and name the oils |
| Delivery days or a freight rate to Bhopal | No | CSI ships across India; nothing else is published, so plan a buffer |
The ladder measured on eight oils
Eight in-stock listings, every rung, in price per gram. They are chosen because their ladders are shaped differently from one another — which is the single most useful thing to know before you assume a rule. Read the last column first: it tells you where to stop climbing.
| Oil | 15 g | 50 g | 100 g | 500 g | 1 kg | Where to stop climbing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Citronella | ₹9.44 | ₹7.67 | ₹7.67 | ₹2.95 | ₹2.89 | 500 g — a 61.5% fall in one rung, then 2% more |
| Mahogany Shea | ₹10.93 | ₹6.61 | ₹4.89 | ₹4.89 | ₹4.89 | 100 g — flat above it, so the kilo is storage only |
| Honeydew Melon | ₹7 | ₹4.34 | ₹4.35 | ₹3.40 | ₹3.40 | 500 g — and note the 100 g is a paise dearer than the 50 g |
| Mango Coconut | ₹6.21 | ₹5 | ₹5 | ₹3.96 | ₹3.96 | 500 g — two flat pairs, one real step |
| Jasmine | ₹6.87 | ₹4.60 | ₹4.30 | ₹3.92 | ₹3.92 | 500 g — fractionally cheaper per gram than the kilo |
| Japanese Cherry Blossom | ₹6.93 | ₹5.40 | ₹5 | ₹5 | ₹4.84 | 1 kg — but the 100 g and 500 g are priced the same |
| Verbena | ₹7.08 | ₹6.61 | ₹5.90 | ₹4.96 | ₹4.72 | 1 kg — the only true slope in this set |
| Eucalyptus Spearmint | ₹4.56 | ₹4.25 | ₹3.54 | ₹3.30 | ₹3.07 | 1 kg — falls at every rung, but only 33% in total |
Three patterns are worth carrying into every future order. Most of the total saving arrives before 500 g. Flat pairs are common — on five of these eight, two adjacent rungs are priced identically per gram, so the smaller one is simply better unless you need the volume. And the ladder occasionally rises: Honeydew Melon's 100 g bottle costs a hair more per gram than its 50 g. That is what happens when a hundred-odd listings are priced individually rather than by formula, and it is why "buy the biggest pack" is a worse rule than "read the two rungs either side of what you need".
Two kilos, three routes
Here is the same purchase — two kilograms of one oil, enough for 125 candles of 200 g at 8% — bought three different ways. The quantity is identical in every column. Only the pack size changes, and on one oil that changes the bill by ₹9,558.
| Oil | 20 × 100 g | 4 × 500 g | 2 × 1 kg | Worst to best | Best route |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Citronella | ₹15,340 | ₹5,900 | ₹5,782 | ₹9,558 (62.3%) | Two kilos, but four 500 g bottles get you 98% of the way |
| Verbena | ₹11,800 | ₹9,912 | ₹9,440 | ₹2,360 (20.0%) | Two kilos — this ladder rewards the top rung |
| Mango Coconut | ₹10,000 | ₹7,928 | ₹7,928 | ₹2,072 (20.7%) | Either — identical to the rupee, so buy the handier one |
| Jasmine | ₹8,600 | ₹7,844 | ₹7,846 | ₹756 (8.8%) | Four 500 g bottles — ₹2 cheaper than the kilos |
The Citronella row is the whole argument in one line: ₹15,340 or ₹5,782 for the same two kilos. Nobody is cheated in the first column — twenty 100 g bottles are priced exactly as listed — but a buyer who treats "wholesale" as something a supplier grants rather than something a pack size produces can easily spend the first number. The Mango Coconut row makes the opposite point: when two routes cost the same, choose on convenience, because four smaller bottles are easier to decant, store away from heat and keep sealed than two large ones.
Four oils where the rung decides the price
Each card shows the full ladder and how many 200 g candles at 8% each pack scents; the 15 g trial reads as zero because it holds less than one candle's worth of oil. They are chosen for four different ladder shapes — a cliff, two flat pairs, a 500 g that beats the kilo, and a genuine slope — so the tables teach the habit, not just the price.

A 125-candle wholesale order, costed
A wholesale order that only contains oil is not a wholesale order. Two kilos of fragrance at 8% commits you to 23 kg of wax and 125 wicks, and if either arrives short the oil sits unused. Here is the whole thing, built only from listed packs.
| Item | Packs | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Citronella | 1 × 500 gm | ₹1,475 | ₹2.95 a gram — the rung that matters on this oil |
| Jasmine | 1 × 500 gm | ₹1,961 | ₹3.92 a gram, marginally better than its kilo |
| Mango Coconut | 1 × 500 gm | ₹1,982 | ₹3.96 a gram — the kilo would not improve it |
| Verbena | 1 × 500 gm | ₹2,478 | ₹4.96 a gram; the kilo would save ₹0.24 a gram |
| Oil subtotal | 2,000 g | ₹7,896 | Scents 125 candles at 16 g each |
| Luxury Soy Wax Chunks | 2 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg | ₹14,993 | No 25 kg pack is listed — 10 kg is the largest, so this is a combination |
| Eco Candle Wicks · Thin (C1) | 100 + 50 | ₹885 | ₹5.90 each at every pack size — no ladder at all on this product |
| Order total | ₹23,774 | 125 candles of 200 g, plus 2 kg of wax as a spill allowance |
Per candle that is ₹110.22 of wax (184 g at ₹0.599), ₹63.17 of oil (16 g at the blended 500 g rate of ₹3.948 a gram) and ₹5.90 of wick — ₹179.28 before glass. Two things deserve attention. First, the wax is 61% of that figure, which is why the wholesale conversation on a soy candle is at least as much about wax as about fragrance. Second, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks list at ₹599 a kilo at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg alike, so there is no per-kilo reward for the bigger bag here — you buy 10 kg bags for continuity and fewer openings, not for a lower price. Recurring volumes above the listed packs are quoted on WhatsApp.
Above a kilo: the ceiling and the quote
This is where supplier pages start inventing numbers, so here is exactly what is and is not there. Across all 107 fragrance-oil listings, 1 kg is the largest pack size listed. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance bottle, no published discount schedule, no published minimum order and no published lead time. On wax, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks stop at 10 kg; Natural Soy Pearl Wax is the one soy listing that carries a 50 kg pack, at ₹21,240, though its page states no fragrance load — a real trade-off if load headroom matters to your recipe.
So the method above a kilo never changes. Multiply the listed kilo by the quantity you want: three kilos of Verbena is ₹14,160 at listed pricing, four kilos of Citronella is ₹11,564. Those are ceilings, not quotes, and they are the right thing to bring to the conversation. Then message the bulk line on +91 7397976926 with the oils, quantities and timing. What that conversation produces depends on all three, and this page will not guess at it. CSI ships across India; nothing about transit is published, so keep your own buffer.
Holding a wholesale order in Bhopal
A wholesale rung means stock sitting in your workshop for weeks or months, and in central India those weeks are not all alike. Bhopal's year runs dry and hot before the monsoon, humid through it, mild and stable in October and November, then cool at night into January. None of what follows is a local statistic — it is general material behaviour, and a fortnight of attention will confirm all of it.
Two kilos of oil in four bottles and 25 kg of wax in three bags need three things: a shelf away from the wall that takes the afternoon heat, a floor that stays dry when the rain comes, and caps that are actually tight. No CSI page states a shelf life or storage specification for any fragrance oil, so nobody can tell you how long an open bottle keeps — which is why the sensible move is to remove the avoidable variables rather than rely on a number. Keep bottles upright and capped, decant into a working bottle if you draw from 500 g repeatedly, and label every decant with the oil, the date and the pack it came from.
Wax needs different care. Soy softens in a warm cupboard with no heat applied, and a part-opened 10 kg bag in a hot store room can fuse into a block — cosmetic rather than spoiled, but it changes how you weigh and melt it. In the monsoon the risk moves to glass and wicks: cool jars mist the moment they meet humid air, which is where wet spots come from, and loose wick takes up moisture from a damp room. Keep both boxed, and never judge a new scent in a wet week — re-score it in the dry stretch before committing the next rung.
CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, not finished candles, and does not blend the fragrance oils it sells. A wholesale page has an obvious incentive to tell you the biggest pack is always the best buy. This one tells you that on five of the eight oils measured above, two adjacent rungs are priced identically per gram, that on Jasmine the 500 g bottles are cheaper than the kilos, and that Honeydew Melon's 100 g bottle costs a paise more per gram than its 50 g — because the buyer who understands their own ladder orders again, and the buyer holding an unturned kilo does not.
Every price and pack here is live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing takes precedence. Stated loads, cure times, strengths, pyramids, flash points and vanillin figures are quoted only where the listing publishes them — Citronella states no load, and this guide says so rather than inventing one. No throw distance, room coverage, burn time, shelf life or storage specification appears here, because CSI publishes none. No trade tier, MOQ, discount percentage, delivery day, courier or freight rate appears here either: none of it is published. CSI ships across India and quotes larger volumes on WhatsApp, and that is the whole of the claim.

Figures verified September 2026: listed prices, with price per gram (price ÷ pack grams) as tabled above — Citronella 15 gm ₹141.60, 50 gm ₹383.50, 100 gm ₹767, 500 gm ₹1,475, 1 kg ₹2,891; Mahogany Shea ₹164.02 / ₹330.40 / ₹488.52 / ₹2,442.60 / ₹4,885.20; Honeydew Melon ₹105.02 / ₹217.12 / ₹435.42 / ₹1,699.20 / ₹3,398.40; Mango Coconut ₹93.22 / ₹250 / ₹500 / ₹1,982 / ₹3,964; Jasmine ₹103 / ₹230 / ₹430 / ₹1,961 / ₹3,923; Japanese Cherry Blossom ₹104 / ₹270 / ₹500 / ₹2,500 / ₹4,842; Verbena ₹106.20 / ₹330.40 / ₹590 / ₹2,478 / ₹4,720; Eucalyptus Spearmint ₹68.44 / ₹212.40 / ₹354 / ₹1,652 / ₹3,068, each at 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg. Single-rung fall on Citronella 1 − 2.95 ÷ 7.67 = 61.5%; trial-to-kilo falls run from 30.2% (Japanese Cherry Blossom) to 69.4% (Citronella), with Eucalyptus Spearmint at 32.8%. Two-kilo routes: Citronella 20 × ₹767 = ₹15,340, 4 × ₹1,475 = ₹5,900, 2 × ₹2,891 = ₹5,782; Verbena ₹11,800 / ₹9,912 / ₹9,440; Mango Coconut ₹10,000 / ₹7,928 / ₹7,928; Jasmine ₹8,600 / ₹7,844 / ₹7,846. Candle maths: a 200 g candle at an 8% load is 184 g of wax and 16 g of oil (the series convention; some product pages express load as a percentage of wax weight instead), so 2,000 g of oil scents 125 candles needing 23,000 g of wax. Order: four 500 gm bottles ₹7,896 + Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 2 × 10 kg ₹5,999 and 1 × 5 kg ₹2,995 = ₹14,993 for 25 kg + Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) 100 ₹590 and 50 ₹295 = ₹885; total ₹23,774. Per candle: wax ₹110.22 (184 g × ₹0.599) + oil ₹63.17 (16 g × ₹3.948, the blended 500 g rate ₹7,896 ÷ 2,000) + wick ₹5.90 = ₹179.28. Ceilings at listed pricing: three kilos of Verbena ₹14,160, four kilos of Citronella ₹11,564, five kilos of Citronella ₹14,455. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks list at ₹599/kg at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg; Natural Soy Pearl Wax is listed at 50 kg for ₹21,240 and its page states no fragrance load. Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) are ₹5.90 each at every listed pack size. Stated specifications as published: Citronella "Flash Point: 270°F", vanillin 0%, phthalate-free, notes "Top: Lemon, Lemongrass- Middle: Citronella, Green Herb- Base: Wood", no load or cure stated; Mango Coconut strength "Strong - bold, room-filling tropical throw", candle usage rate 6–10% of total wax weight, 10–15% for wax melts, no flash point; Jasmine strength "Strong - excellent cold and hot throw", up to 10% soy with a 48–72 hour cure, up to 6% paraffin, flashpoint 185°C, vanillin 0%; Verbena "Fragrance Strength: Strong in both cold and hot throw", up to 10% soy, up to 6% paraffin, 48–72 hour soy cure, flashpoint 200°C, vanillin 0%; Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 8–13% load with 10% recommended, add 80–90°C, pour 70–80°C. Only 18 of 107 fragrance listings state a measured flash point. Loads are formulation limits, not regulatory limits. Diwali 2026 is 8 November. No trade tier, MOQ, discount schedule, transit time, courier or freight rate is published by CSI, and none is stated on this page. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
