For all orders, shipping amount to be PAID SEPARATELY ONCE THE ORDER IS PACKED AND WEIGHED. All options will be shared with the customers. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the day your supplies are shipped

**Processing Time:**
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

**Packaging:**

Need to modify your shipping details? Contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order is in the shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes.

**Damaged Items:**
If your supplies arrive damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll work on sending a replacement or offering a refund.
