Candle Business Guides · Ranchi
One thousand 200 g candles at an 8% fragrance load need 16 kg of oil and 184 kg of wax. Since 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists, that is sixteen bottles — and this guide turns your run size into a purchase order, a reorder point and a quote you can actually send.
16 kg
of fragrance oil for 1,000 candles of 200 g at an 8% load — sixteen 1 kg bottles, alongside 184 kg of wax · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
How much fragrance oil does a 1,000-candle run need? 16 kg at an 8% load in 200 g candles — 16 g per candle — plus 184 kg of wax. At 10% it is 20 kg of oil and 180 kg of wax; at 13%, 26 kg and 174 kg. Halve the candle and you halve the oil, not the scent.

Can I order 16 kg of one oil? Only as sixteen 1 kg bottles, because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack listed on the store. Sixteen kilos of Zesty Lemon at listed pricing is ₹54,400 — that figure is your ceiling, not a quote. Send the requirement to the bulk line for the real number.

What does a 1,000-candle order cost? Built on three scents and a documented wax: ₹188,671 for 17 kg of oil, 194 kg of wax and 1,000 wicks, with ₹178.93 consumed per finished candle before the vessel. Swapping to the cheapest wax at scale cuts ₹33,865 but the page states no load — so prove it first.

When should a Ranchi business order for the festive run? Work backwards from the pour, not the festival. Diwali is 8 November 2026, so with a 14–21 day cure, production must be finished by 18 October comfortably or 25 October at the latest. A 1,000-candle hand pour is seven to ten working days, so the bench needs to be stocked by around 8 October.
The short answer
Convert the order book to grams first: candles × 16 g at 8%. Everything else — bottles, rupees, reorder points, the quote you send — falls out of that one number.
Sixteen bottles is not a failure of the supplier: 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack across all 107 listings. Multiply for your ceiling, then ask. Never plan against a discount nobody has published.
Set the reorder point in weeks of cover, not in bottles: a 1 kg bottle covers 62 candles of 200 g. At 200 candles a month in one scent that is under a fortnight — and no transit time is published, so the buffer has to be yours.

Bar length is kilograms of fragrance oil. The bottle count is the same number, because the largest fragrance pack listed anywhere on the store is 1 kg — a fact worth designing around rather than discovering in October. Split a run across three scents and each scent's bottle count falls, but the total does not.
Straight answer
How does a candle business in Ranchi buy fragrance oil in production quantities?
By converting the order book into grams, then into bottles, then into a dated purchase. At an 8% load a 200 g candle takes 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax, so a run of 1,000 needs 16 kg and 184 kg. Because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists — across all 107 fragrance-oil listings — 16 kg means sixteen bottles, and the listed multiplication is your ceiling: ₹54,400 for 16 kg of Zesty Lemon, ₹63,424 for Mango Coconut, ₹72,876.80 for Cinnamon Vanilla. A realistic three-scent run of 1,000 — 400 Zesty Lemon, 300 Cinnamon Vanilla, 300 Mango Coconut — buys 17 kg of oil for ₹66,394, 194 kg of Luxury Soy Wax Chunks for ₹116,377 and 1,000 Eco Candle Wicks for ₹5,900 — ₹188,671 in total, of which ₹178.93 is consumed per finished candle before the vessel. Two decisions dominate everything else. The load: Cinnamon Vanilla's page states up to 13% of total wax weight, and pouring at 13% instead of 8% moves 26 g of oil into every candle, taking a 1,000-candle requirement from 16 kg to 26 kg. And the wax: Natural Soy Pearl Wax is the only wax listed in a 50 kg pack and would cut ₹33,865 off the same order — but its page states no fragrance load and no temperatures, so it earns that place only after a burn test.
One line: candles × 16 g = kilos = bottles; multiply the listed kilo price for your ceiling, send the real requirement to the bulk line, and set the reorder point in weeks of cover rather than in bottles.
Pouring in the hundreds? Zesty Lemon 1 kg ₹3,400 is 62 candles of 200 g at ₹54.40 of oil each; Mango Coconut 1 kg ₹3,964 is ₹63.42; Cinnamon Vanilla 1 kg ₹4,554.80 is ₹72.88 at 8% and ₹118.42 at its stated 13% ceiling.

Kilos per run: the production table

Every production problem in candle making starts as an arithmetic problem that nobody did in September.

The only figure a bulk buyer needs to be fluent in is grams of oil per candle. At an 8% load it is 8% of the finished candle weight — 16 g in a 200 g candle, 9.6 g in a 120 g jar, 5.6 g in a 70 g votive. Everything else is multiplication. The table below runs the three loads you are most likely to use against five run sizes, and the bottle column is the one that surprises people, because 1 kg is where the pack ladder ends.

Oil and wax per run · 200 g candles · three loads
What each run size consumes, and how many 1 kg bottles that is
Run Oil at 8% Oil at 10% Oil at 13% Wax at 8% 1 kg bottles at 8%
100 candles 1.6 kg 2 kg 2.6 kg 18.4 kg 2
250 candles 4 kg 5 kg 6.5 kg 46 kg 4
500 candles 8 kg 10 kg 13 kg 92 kg 8
1,000 candles 16 kg 20 kg 26 kg 184 kg 16
2,000 candles 32 kg 40 kg 52 kg 368 kg 32
Worked out above: on the series convention that fragrance load is a share of the finished candle, a 200 g candle at 8% is 184 g of wax + 16 g of oil, at 10% it is 180 g + 20 g, and at 13% it is 174 g + 26 g. Multiply by the run size and divide by 1,000 for kilos. Several product pages express load as a percentage of total wax weight instead — Cinnamon Vanilla and Mango Coconut both do — which at these percentages shifts the figure by a gram or two per candle; state on your batch sheet which convention you used. Bottle counts assume the 1 kg pack, the largest fragrance size listed. Add a planning allowance of three to five per cent for spills, wick failures and top-up pours before you place the order.
The mistake: budgeting the load you hope for instead of the load you pour. The gap is large at scale. A 1,000-candle run at 8% needs 16 kg; the same run at 13% needs 26 kg — ten kilos and ten more bottles. If you intend to pour at the top of an oil's stated range, budget it from the start, and remember that the working ceiling is the lower of the wax page's figure and the oil page's figure. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks state 8–13% with 10% recommended; Cinnamon Vanilla states up to 13% of total wax weight. Both permit 13%, so 13% is available — but CSI 464 states up to 10%, and on that wax 10% is your ceiling no matter what the oil page says. More oil past the ceiling does not bind: see can too much fragrance oil make a candle smell weaker.

What 16 kg looks like when 1 kg is the biggest pack

Here is the honest inventory of the top of the range, because a production buyer needs to know where the listings stop before planning around them. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance bottle on the store. Wax goes further — up to 10 kg on most soy waxes and 50 kg on exactly one — and Eco Candle Wicks are priced flat per piece all the way to 1,000 (though some other wicks in the range, such as the Performance Wooden Wicks, do step down). Everything beyond those points is a conversation, and this page will not put a number on it.

The wax decision is bigger than the oil decision at this scale
Across 1,000 candles, moving from Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at ₹599.88 a kilo to Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹425.32 saves ₹33,865 — about ₹33.87 a candle, which is more than the entire gap between the cheapest and dearest oil on this page. But read the two pages side by side before you do it. Chunks state a fragrance load of 8–13% with 10% recommended, fragrance in at 80–90°C, a pour at 70–80°C and a cure guideline. Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no load and no temperatures at all. At 194 kg that is not a risk to take on trust: buy one kilo, pour nine test jars, burn them after a full cure, and only then move the production order.

Three oils for a production shelf

A production shelf wants few scents, high turnover and a price per candle you can put in a quotation. These three cover a Ranchi festive and gifting year between them — a bright citrus that sells all year, a festive gourmand for Diwali and Christmas boxes, and a tropical fruity for the warm months and summer stalls. Each card shows the full ladder and the number of 120 g jars each pack pours at 8%.

1
Citrus · the all-year volume line
Zesty Lemon Fragrance Oil
The cheapest of the three per candle and the one a production shelf leans on when a scent has to work in February and in August. Its page states up to 10% for soy wax with an explicit instruction to start at 8% for the first test batch, cure 48–72 hours, then assess and adjust, and up to 6% for paraffin with a 24–48 hour cure; it adds that the oil performs best at 8–10% in soy. It states 0% vanillin — zero discolouration risk, which matters for white and pastel production wax, and a pyramid opening on fresh lemon peel and citrus zest into a soft floral-citrus heart. On its flash point the page declines to give a number, saying it is available on request or via the SDS — so none is quoted here; ask for that oil specifically if you need it. It carries an IFRA line stating compliance with international safety standards.

Cinnamon Vanilla
The festive workhorse, and the only one of the three with a stated ceiling above 10%. Its page states a recommended load of up to 13% of total wax weight, describing it as a higher-capacity oil and advising a start at 8–10% before moving up, a measured flashpoint of 270°F (132°C) — the page gives both units — a vanillin content of 2.5% and phthalate-free status. The stated pyramid is cinnamon and clove on top, vanilla bean and sugar in the heart, cream and butter at the base, and the page itself names festive, Diwali, Christmas and winter collections as its market. The 2.5% vanillin figure is the number to plan around: vanillin is the component associated with colour change in wax, so if your production candle is white or pastel, test a cured jar for colour before you commit 5 kg.

Mango Coconut Fragrance Oil
The third scent a production shelf needs, because a Ranchi year is not all winter: this is the line that carries the pre-monsoon and monsoon months when a heavy gourmand stops selling. Its page states a candle usage rate of 6–10% of total wax weight and a wax-melt rate of 10–15%, and names summer and beach-inspired seasonal collections, tropical gifting ranges and monsoon-season collections among its uses. It carries an IFRA line stating suitability for candles, diffusers, room sprays and body products within recommended rates. It states no flash point and no vanillin figure, so neither is quoted here and a colour test on your production wax is your own job. Its ladder has a real step at the top: ₹5.00 a gram at 100 g falls to ₹3.964 at 500 g and 1 kg, a fall of 21%, which is unusual in this range and worth using.

Order total 17 kg oil · 194 kg wax ₹188,671
Consumed per finished candle 184 g wax + 16 g oil + 1 wick ₹178.93
Worked out above: 400 × 16 g = 6,400 g of Zesty Lemon, rounded up to seven 1 kg bottles at ₹3,400 = ₹23,800; 300 × 16 g = 4,800 g each of Cinnamon Vanilla (five bottles at ₹4,554.80 = ₹22,774) and Mango Coconut (five at ₹3,964 = ₹19,820); oils ₹66,394 for 17 kg. Wax: 1,000 × 184 g = 184 kg, taken to 194 kg for a 5% allowance, bought as 19 × 10 kg at ₹5,999 plus 4 × 1 kg at ₹599 = ₹116,377, or ₹599.88 a kilo and ₹0.59988 a gram, so 184 g = ₹110.38. Wicks 1,000 at ₹5.90 = ₹5,900. Order total ₹66,394 + ₹116,377 + ₹5,900 = ₹188,671, or ₹188.67 per candle. Oil consumed per candle is scent-specific: ₹54.40, ₹72.88 and ₹63.42, averaging ₹62.65 across the 400/300/300 split. So a finished candle consumes ₹110.38 + ₹62.65 + ₹5.90 = ₹178.93, and the gap to ₹188.67 is 1 kg of surplus oil and 10 kg of surplus wax carried into the next run. The Natural Soy Pearl alternative: 3 × 50 kg at ₹21,240 + 4 × 10 kg at ₹4,248 + 4 × 1 kg at ₹450 = ₹82,512 for 194 kg, or ₹425.32 a kilo — ₹33,865 less across the order.

The Ranchi production calendar, worked backwards

Work backwards from the pour, never forwards from the order. The cure is the part of the schedule nobody can compress.

A Ranchi business has four selling windows between October and February, and they overlap in a way that rewards one big purchase and punishes four small ones. The dating below works backwards from each handover using a 14 to 21 day cure, which is standard practice for soy containers and deliberately longer than the 48–72 hour minimum most fragrance pages state. Two Ranchi-specific things push you towards the longer end. The plateau's cool-season rooms slow cure down — a jar that would be finished in ten days in a warm coastal city may still be improving at day eighteen here in January. And cold glass makes wax shrink away from the wall, so a December pour needs warmed jars and a top-up pour, both of which cost you bench time you should have planned for.

Four windows, worked backwards · Ranchi, October 2026 to February 2027
The last safe pour date for each handover, and what the run looks like
Window Handover Pour complete by Bench stocked by What the run looks like
Durga Puja The weeks before Diwali Late September for a comfortable cure Mid-September Hamper sets and stall stock. High variety, moderate volume — the year's first real test
Diwali 8 November 2026 18 October comfortably · 25 October at the latest Around 8 October The peak. Gift boxes and corporate sets, few scents, high volume
Christmas 25 December 2026 4 December comfortably · 11 December at the latest Late November A substantial gifting season here. Cinnamon, orange, vanilla and warm woods
Weddings and Makar Sankranti January into February Rolling — pour three weeks ahead of each handover December, in one purchase Favours in the hundreds, one or two scents, repeat orders from decorators
Do not buy for these four windows in four purchases. Three costs stack up if you do. You pay the small-pack premium repeatedly — a 100 g bottle is dearer per gram than a kilo on 45 of the 86 oils stocked in both sizes. You expose yourself four times to a scent being out of stock when you return; ten of the 106 oils are fully sold out today, and that set changes. And because no transit time is published, four purchases means four unknowns instead of one. Choose two or three scents that carry across all four windows — a warm spice, a vanilla-gourmand and a citrus will serve a Durga Puja hamper, a Diwali box, a Christmas set and a January favour — and buy the whole October-to-February requirement once. The planning method is in how to plan fragrance inventory before the festive season.

Reorder points and safety stock

A reorder point set in bottles is a reorder point that will fail, because a bottle means a different number of days at every output level. Set it in weeks of cover instead. One 1 kg bottle scents 62 candles of 200 g or 104 jars of 120 g at 8%, and the table converts that into the only question that matters: how long does what is on my shelf last at the rate I am actually pouring?

Weeks of cover from one 1 kg bottle · one scent · 200 g candles at 8%
And the floor to reorder at, on a four-week planning assumption
Candles a month in that scent Oil used a month Cover from one bottle Four weeks of cover What the reorder rule becomes
50 0.8 kg 5.4 weeks 0.74 kg One bottle on the shelf is enough. Reorder when it is half gone
100 1.6 kg 2.7 weeks 1.48 kg Hold two bottles. Reorder at one
200 3.2 kg 1.35 weeks 2.96 kg Hold four. Reorder at three — a bottle is under ten days
400 6.4 kg 0.68 weeks 5.91 kg Hold seven. A bottle is under five days of pouring
1,000 16 kg 0.27 weeks 14.78 kg Hold fifteen, and talk to the bulk line about a standing requirement
Worked out above: one kilo at 8% scents 1,000 ÷ 16 = 62.5 candles of 200 g, or 1,000 ÷ 9.6 = 104 jars of 120 g. Monthly oil = candles × 16 g. Cover in weeks = 62.5 ÷ (monthly candles ÷ 4.33 weeks). Four weeks of cover = monthly oil ÷ 4.33 × 4. The four-week figure is this guide's planning assumption, not a published lead time — CSI publishes no transit time, courier or shipping rate, so choose a buffer that matches the longest gap you have actually experienced and hold it in writing on your own stock sheet.
Never let a proven scent run to zero mid-run. A part-poured batch that finishes on a second bottle is fine; a part-poured batch that finishes on a different oil is a batch you cannot sell as one product. Two practical rules follow. Hold your two best-selling scents above the four-week floor at all times, even out of season. And keep the batch sheet — oil name, exact pack size, load, add temperature, pour temperature, wick, pour date — so that when a bottle changes mid-run you can see it in the record rather than guess at it later. The equipment side of scale matters too: reviewers pouring at volume point at the melters, one writing that "10 kgs of wax melts in mere 20-30 minutes" on the imported wax melter, listed at ₹21,240 for 10 kg capacity and ₹25,960 for 20 kg.

What to send for a quote

Above the 1 kg listed pack there is no printed price, no discount schedule, no minimum order quantity and no stated lead time — so the quote depends entirely on what you tell the bulk line. A vague message gets a vague answer. Six lines get you a real one.

1
Name the oils exactly, with the listing handle if you have it"Lemon" is three different listings. Write Zesty Lemon, Citrus Lemon or whichever you actually tested, and say which pack size you have already bought and proved. If you have not tested yet, say that too — it changes the advice you get.
2
Give the quantity in kilograms, per oilNot "bulk", not "a big order". 16 kg of Zesty Lemon, 5 kg of Cinnamon Vanilla, 5 kg of Mango Coconut. Add your listed-price ceiling if you have worked it out — ₹54,400, ₹22,774 and ₹19,820 in that example — so the conversation starts from the same arithmetic.
3
State the date you need it on the bench, not the date of the festival"On the bench by 8 October" is actionable. "For Diwali" is not, because Diwali is 8 November and your real deadline is three weeks before that. Give the pour window and say how many pouring days the run takes.
4
Say whether it is one-off or recurringA single festive run and a standing monthly requirement are different conversations. If you expect to repeat this every month through the wedding season, say so in the first message — a recurring requirement is exactly the kind of thing the bulk line is for.
5
Ask for the paperwork you need, by nameGST invoicing arranged in advance, and an SDS or IFRA documentation for the specific oils. Do not assume a document exists before you have asked for that oil — no CSI fragrance page publishes an SDS or an IFRA certificate for download, and only two pages mention an SDS at all.
6
Add the wax and wicks to the same messageWax is the bigger line at this scale — ₹116,377 against ₹66,394 of oil in the worked order above. If your requirement needs 25 kg or 100 kg of a wax that is only listed to 10 kg, say the tonnage and let the quote cover the whole bench. Message +91 7397976926.
The CSI principle
At production scale the supplier stops being a shop and becomes a line item. Give it a number, a date and a document list.
Nobody can quote "bulk". Sixteen kilos of a named oil, on the bench by the eighth of October, with a GST invoice and an SDS for that oil, is a question with an answer — and it is the same question whether you are pouring in Ranchi or anywhere else.
Ceilings at listed pricing, so you can start the conversation with arithmetic: 16 kg Zesty Lemon ₹54,400, 16 kg Mango Coconut ₹63,424, 16 kg Cinnamon Vanilla ₹72,876.80, 26 kg Cinnamon Vanilla at its 13% ceiling ₹118,424.80. Ceilings, not quotes — send the requirement for the real figure.
Send a bulk requirement
A thousand candles is not a bigger hobby. It is sixteen kilos, sixteen bottles and one date you cannot move.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA is a supplier of candle raw materials. It does not sell finished candles, blend the fragrance oils or manufacture the wax on its shelves. A page written to close a large order would have implied a bulk rate. This one tells you that 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack, that no discount schedule, minimum order or lead time is published, and that the cheapest wax at 194 kg is also the one whose page states no fragrance load. There is no CSI shop, warehouse, dealer or office in Ranchi, no published transit time, courier or shipping rate, and no regional pricing — CSI ships across India and takes bulk orders on WhatsApp, and that is the whole claim. No production capacity, private-label service or contract-manufacturing offer is claimed here, because none is published.

Every price and pack size is live CSI stock as at September 2026, linked to the product page, which always takes precedence on the current figure. Every multiplication is set out above. Stated loads, cure times, vanillin figures and flash points are quoted only where a page publishes them — flash points only where a measured value is given, which is 18 of the 107 fragrance-oil listings, and Zesty Lemon's page is one that declines to state one. No shelf life, storage specification, throw distance, room coverage or lab result appears here, because none appears on any CSI fragrance-oil page. The four-week cover figure is this guide's planning assumption, not a published lead time, and the seasonal notes describe general material behaviour rather than Ranchi weather statistics.

Frequently asked questions

How much fragrance oil does a candle business need for 1,000 candles?
16 kg at an 8% load in 200 g candles — 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax each, so 16 kg of oil and 184 kg of wax. At a 10% load it is 20 kg of oil and 180 kg of wax; at 13%, 26 kg and 174 kg. Add a planning allowance of three to five per cent for spills, wick failures and top-up pours. Smaller candles stretch it: 1,000 jars of 120 g need 9.6 kg of oil. Because 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack, 16 kg is sixteen bottles.
Does CSI supply fragrance oil in 5 kg or 10 kg packs?
No. Across all 107 fragrance-oil listings, 1 kg is the largest pack size listed — there is no 5 kg or 10 kg bottle. For more than a kilo of one oil, multiply the listed kilo price to get your ceiling: 16 kg of Zesty Lemon is ₹54,400, 16 kg of Cinnamon Vanilla is ₹72,876.80. Then send the requirement — oils, kilograms, the date you need it on the bench — to the bulk line on WhatsApp. No bulk discount schedule and no minimum order quantity are published anywhere on the store, so a figure you have not read on a product page is a figure nobody has stood behind.
What does a 1,000-candle production order actually cost?
On the worked example above — 400 Zesty Lemon, 300 Cinnamon Vanilla, 300 Mango Coconut at 8% — the oils come to ₹66,394 for 17 kg, 194 kg of Luxury Soy Wax Chunks to ₹116,377 and 1,000 Eco Candle Wicks to ₹5,900: ₹188,671, excluding vessels, labels and packaging. A finished candle consumes ₹178.93 of wax, oil and wick. Switching to Natural Soy Pearl Wax saves ₹33,865, but its page states no load or temperatures — test it before you scale.
When should a Ranchi business order for Diwali and Christmas?
Work backwards from the pour. Diwali 2026 is 8 November, so with a 14–21 day cure, production must finish by 18 October comfortably or 25 October at the latest; a 1,000-candle hand pour is seven to ten working days, so the bench wants stocking by around 8 October. For a 25 December handover, pour by 4 to 11 December. Ranchi's cool-season rooms make cure slower, not faster, so take the long end — and buy for Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas and the January wedding weeks in one purchase.
How do I set a reorder point for fragrance oil?
In weeks of cover, never in bottles. One kilo scents 62 candles of 200 g at 8%, so at 200 candles a month in that scent a bottle is under ten days of pouring and four weeks of cover is 2.96 kg — hold four bottles and reorder at three. At 400 candles a month, four weeks is 5.91 kg. The four-week figure is a planning assumption, not a published lead time: CSI publishes no transit time, so set your buffer from the longest gap you have actually experienced and keep your two best sellers above it all year.
Does CSI sell candle-making machines for scaling up?
No — no moulding, filling or wicking machinery is listed, and this page will not imply otherwise. What is listed is melting equipment: the 1 litre electric melter at ₹2,360 and the imported wax melter at ₹21,240 for 10 kg capacity and ₹25,960 for 20 kg, both of which reviewers pouring at volume single out. CSI is a supplier of raw materials and equipment, not a manufacturer, so for anything beyond the listed range the honest answer is to ask on WhatsApp rather than assume.

About this guide: Written by the CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA team. Product recommendations reflect the CSI range; the run arithmetic, the reorder method and the quote checklist apply to any supplier. CSI supplies raw materials and does not manufacture fragrance oil or wax.

Figures verified September 2026: all maths uses the series convention that fragrance load is a share of the finished candle — a 200 g candle at 8% is 184 g wax + 16 g oil, at 10% 180 g + 20 g, at 13% 174 g + 26 g; a 120 g jar at 8% is 110.4 g + 9.6 g. Cinnamon Vanilla and Mango Coconut both express their load as a percentage of total wax weight instead; state your convention on the batch sheet. Run requirements: 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 candles of 200 g need 1.6 / 4 / 8 / 16 / 32 kg of oil at 8%, 2 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 40 kg at 10%, 2.6 / 6.5 / 13 / 26 / 52 kg at 13%, and 18.4 / 46 / 92 / 184 / 368 kg of wax at 8%. Listed 1 kg prices: Zesty Lemon ₹3,400 (₹3.40/g → ₹54.40 per candle at 8%), Mango Coconut ₹3,964 (₹3.964/g → ₹63.42), Cinnamon Vanilla ₹4,554.80 (₹4.5548/g → ₹72.88 at 8% and ₹118.42 at 13%). Ceilings at listed pricing: 16 kg Zesty Lemon ₹54,400; 16 kg Mango Coconut ₹63,424; 16 kg Cinnamon Vanilla ₹72,876.80; 26 kg Cinnamon Vanilla ₹118,424.80 — ceilings, not quotes. Worked order: 400 × 16 g = 6.4 kg Zesty Lemon as 7 × ₹3,400 = ₹23,800; 300 × 16 g = 4.8 kg Cinnamon Vanilla as 5 × ₹4,554.80 = ₹22,774; 4.8 kg Mango Coconut as 5 × ₹3,964 = ₹19,820; oils ₹66,394 for 17 kg. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 19 × 10 kg ₹5,999 + 4 × 1 kg ₹599 = ₹116,377 for 194 kg (₹599.88/kg, ₹0.59988/g, 184 g = ₹110.38). Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) 1,000 ₹5,900, and ₹5.90 each at every listed pack from 10 to 1,000; the 50-pack is ₹295. Order total ₹188,671, or ₹188.67 per candle over 1,000; consumed per candle ₹110.38 wax + ₹62.65 oil (the average of ₹54.40, ₹72.88 and ₹63.42 across the 400/300/300 split) + ₹5.90 wick = ₹178.93, the gap being 1 kg of surplus oil and 10 kg of surplus wax. Alternative wax: Natural Soy Pearl Wax 3 × 50 kg ₹21,240 + 4 × 10 kg ₹4,248 + 4 × 1 kg ₹450 = ₹82,512 for 194 kg (₹425.32/kg), ₹33,865 less across the order and about ₹33.87 a candle. Cover arithmetic: one kilo at 8% scents 62.5 candles of 200 g or 104 jars of 120 g; cover in weeks = 62.5 ÷ (monthly candles ÷ 4.33); four weeks of cover = monthly kilos ÷ 4.33 × 4, giving 0.74 / 1.48 / 2.96 / 5.91 / 14.78 kg at 50 / 100 / 200 / 400 / 1,000 candles a month. The four-week buffer is this guide's planning assumption, not a published lead time. Stated specifications as published: Zesty Lemon up to 10% for soy with a 48–72 hour cure, start at 8%, up to 6% paraffin with a 24–48 hour cure, best at 8–10% in soy, 0% vanillin, flash point "available on request / SDS" and therefore not quoted; Cinnamon Vanilla up to 13% of total wax weight, start 8–10%, flashpoint 270°F (132°C), vanillin 2.5%, phthalate-free, notes cinnamon and clove / vanilla bean and sugar / cream and butter; Mango Coconut candle usage rate 6–10% of total wax weight and wax melts 10–15%, no flash point or vanillin figure stated; Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 8–13% with 10% recommended, add 80–90°C, pour 70–80°C; Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 up to 10%; Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no load and no temperatures. Loads are formulation limits, not regulatory limits. Range facts: 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack across all 107 listings; 87 oils have a 1 kg size in stock; 10 of the 106 oils are fully sold out; of the 86 oils stocked in both 100 g and 1 kg, 45 are cheaper per gram at 1 kg. Also listed: 1 litre Mini Electric Wax Melter ₹2,360; imported Electric Wax Melter ₹21,240 for 10 kg capacity and ₹25,960 for 20 kg. No candle-making machinery is listed. The 14–21 day soy cure and the 3–5% loss allowance are standard practice, not product-page figures. Diwali 2026 is 8 November 2026; 18 and 25 October are 21 and 14 days before it, and 4 and 11 December are 21 and 14 days before 25 December. Other festivals are named without dates.
