Eighty-seven CSI fragrance oils have a 1 kg pack you can buy today, from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056. This page turns those kilo prices into the only two numbers a Ranchi buyer can act on: how many candles a fixed fragrance budget scents, and what share of your retail price the oil eats.
12 → 110
candles of 200 g that ₹5,000 of fragrance oil scents at an 8% load — 110 on the cheapest buyable kilo at ₹2,832, 12 on the dearest at ₹24,056 · 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
What does 1 kg of candle fragrance oil cost? At CSI in September 2026, between ₹2,832 and ₹24,056 across the 87 oils whose kilo is in stock. Divide by 1,000 and you have the number that actually matters: ₹2.832 to ₹24.06 a gram.

How do I turn a kilo price into a candle price? Multiply the price per gram by the grams your candle takes. At 8% that is 16 g in a 200 g candle, 9.6 g in a 120 g jar, 5.6 g in a 70 g votive — ₹45.31, ₹27.19 and ₹15.86 on the cheapest kilo.

What can my retail price carry? As a planning rule, keep the oil under about a tenth of retail and the rest of the candle still has room. A ₹420 hamper jar carries ₹32.62 of Honeydew Melon; a ₹300 favour in a ₹6,499 kilo does not.

Can I buy more than a kilo? Not as a listed pack — 1 kg is the largest fragrance size CSI lists. Multiply for your ceiling, then send the oils, kilos and dates to the bulk line. No page here guesses the quote.
The short answer
Fix the fragrance budget first, then read the table backwards: "₹5,000 of oil" is a decision you can make today. "Which kilo is best value" has no answer until you say what you are pouring it into.
The vessel moves the fragrance line more than the oil does: the same ₹4,460 kilo puts ₹71.36 into a 200 g candle and ₹24.98 into a 70 g votive. Changing the jar is a bigger lever than changing the scent.
Price tells you nothing about documentation: a ₹3,398.40 kilo states no load, no cure and no flash point; a ₹4,460 one states a candle load and a full pyramid. Read the page, not the price.

₹5,000 of fragrance oil, six different kilo prices — candles of 200 g at an 8% load ₹2,832 / kg 110 candles · ₹45.31 of oil each ₹3,398.40 / kg 91 candles · ₹54.37 each ₹3,964.80 / kg 78 candles · ₹63.44 each ₹4,460 / kg 70 candles · ₹71.36 each ₹6,499 / kg · the median 48 candles · ₹103.98 each ₹24,056 / kg 12 candles · ₹384.90 each 0 candles55 candles110 candles
Bar length is the number of 200 g candles a fixed ₹5,000 fragrance budget scents at an 8% load. The dearest buyable kilo does about a ninth of the work of the cheapest for the same money — so the question is never "which kilo is cheaper" but "how many candles does my fragrance budget have to produce this season".
Straight answer
What does a kilo of candle fragrance oil cost, and how do I decide which kilo my prices can carry?
The 87 CSI fragrance oils with a buyable 1 kg pack run from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056 in September 2026, median ₹6,499. That range is useless on its own, so convert it twice — into a gram rate (kilo price ÷ 1,000), then into your candle, which at an 8% load takes 16 g at 200 g, 9.6 g at 120 g and 5.6 g at 70 g. On Honeydew Melon at ₹3,398.40 that is ₹54.37, ₹32.62 and ₹19.03; on Chocolate Fudge at ₹3,964.80, ₹63.44, ₹38.06 and ₹22.20; on Rajnigandha (Tuberose) at ₹4,460, ₹71.36, ₹42.82 and ₹24.98; on Spicy Cinnamon at ₹6,499 — the median kilo — ₹103.98, ₹62.39 and ₹36.39. Then the rule: fix the fragrance budget, divide by the per-candle figure, and check the count against your order book. Five thousand rupees buys 91 candles of Honeydew Melon or 48 of Spicy Cinnamon; a 300-candle season in one scent at ₹6,499 a kilo is a ₹31,194 fragrance line before anything else. Because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists, the multiplied kilo is a ceiling, never a quote.
One line: divide the kilo price by 1,000, multiply by the grams your candle takes, and then divide your fragrance budget by that — the answer is a candle count, and a candle count is something you can check against orders.
Pricing a Ranchi festive range? Honeydew Melon 1 kg ₹3,398.40, Chocolate Fudge 1 kg ₹3,964.80, Rajnigandha (Tuberose) 1 kg ₹4,460 — ₹54.37, ₹63.44 and ₹71.36 of oil inside a 200 g candle at 8%.

What ₹5,000 of fragrance oil buys

Nobody decides to spend ₹24,056 a kilo. They decide to spend about five thousand rupees on scent this month, and then discover what that bought.

Comparing kilo prices side by side is the wrong way round, because the kilo is neither the unit you buy in nor the unit you sell in. Fix instead the number you will put into fragrance for one production window and ask each oil how many finished candles it scents for that money. One division turns an abstract price into a production count you can hold against your order book; the middle columns below are the steps.

Candles per fragrance budget · 200 g candles at an 8% load · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Eight kilo prices, converted into candles for ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 of oil
Fragrance oil 1 kg price Per gram Oil per 200 g candle Candles for ₹5,000 Candles for ₹10,000
Citrus Lemon ₹2,832 ₹2.832 ₹45.31 110 220
Honeydew Melon ₹3,398.40 ₹3.3984 ₹54.37 91 183
Chocolate Fudge ₹3,964.80 ₹3.9648 ₹63.44 78 157
Rajnigandha (Tuberose) ₹4,460 ₹4.46 ₹71.36 70 140
Japanese Cherry Blossom ₹4,842 ₹4.842 ₹77.47 64 129
Spicy Cinnamon ₹6,499 ₹6.499 ₹103.98 48 96
Santal Noir ₹9,120 ₹9.12 ₹145.92 34 68
The dearest buyable kilo ₹24,056 ₹24.056 ₹384.90 12 25
Worked out above: price per gram = 1 kg price ÷ 1,000; oil per 200 g candle = per gram × 16 g, on the series convention that a 200 g candle at 8% is 184 g wax + 16 g oil. Candles for a budget = budget ÷ oil per candle, rounded down: ₹5,000 ÷ ₹45.31 = 110; ÷ ₹54.37 = 91; ÷ ₹63.44 = 78; ÷ ₹71.36 = 70; ÷ ₹103.98 = 48; ÷ ₹384.90 = 12.

The spread is the point — nine times as many candles from the same money. But notice the middle of the table too: between ₹3,398.40 and ₹4,842 a kilo, the band holding most of what a Ranchi gifting shelf wants, the candle count only moves from 91 to 64. Inside the working middle of the range, scent choice costs far less than you would guess, so choose there on what the page states and what your burn test says.

The mistake: comparing kilo prices without fixing the vessel. The same ₹4,460 kilo of Rajnigandha is ₹71.36 in a 200 g gift candle, ₹42.82 in a 120 g hamper jar and ₹24.98 in a 70 g votive — a 65% swing with no change of oil. Makers squeezed by fragrance cost usually have a vessel problem, not a scent problem. The weight arithmetic is in how much fragrance oil a candle business needs.

The share of your retail price

This is the test that settles a kilo purchase, and it takes the retail price as the fixed point rather than the oil. Work out the oil cost per candle, divide by the price you intend to charge, and look at the percentage. A candle carries wax, wick, vessel, lid, label, box, breakage and your hours out of the same money, so the fragrance line has a ceiling set by your price list, not by the product page. The retail prices below are this guide's planning assumptions — substitute your own; no CSI page publishes retail prices.

Four kilo prices against four candles a Ranchi shelf actually sells
Candle and assumed retail price Oil grams Honeydew Melon ₹3,398.40/kg Chocolate Fudge ₹3,964.80/kg Rajnigandha ₹4,460/kg Spicy Cinnamon ₹6,499/kg

Worked out above: oil cost = kilo price ÷ 1,000 × grams; share = oil cost ÷ assumed retail × 100. At 9.6 g and 16 g: Honeydew Melon ₹32.62 and ₹54.37; Chocolate Fudge ₹38.06 and ₹63.44; Rajnigandha ₹42.82 and ₹71.36; Spicy Cinnamon ₹62.39 and ₹103.98. The retail prices of ₹300, ₹420, ₹600 and ₹1,200 are this guide's stated assumptions, not CSI figures.

The wedding favour row is where costing goes wrong: the oil that is a comfortable tenth of a gift candle becomes a quarter to a third of a favour priced for volume, before the jar. For two hundred favours at ₹300 you buy from the left of the price table or drop to a 70 g votive. The premium gift row is the mirror image — at ₹1,200 even the median kilo is 8.7%, which is why the premium tier exists and is handled in premium candle fragrance oils for candle makers in Ranchi. The hamper jar row is the sweet spot.

The two-number costing line, written once
Put two numbers next to every oil on your costing sheet: price per gram and oil cost in your standard candle. Nothing else. When a new scent tempts you, one figure meets one figure. If you have no pricing method to hang it on, build one first — how to price candles in India 2026 and how much profit is in candle making set out the other lines.

Where the cheap kilos actually are

Fragrance prices are not random. The kilo price climbs as a listing moves from a single-note candle oil, through a blended candle fragrance with a three-tier pyramid, to a perfume-grade concentrate written for perfumery as well as candles. Read the table as a map of budgets rather than of quality: a single-note citrus is not a worse oil than a concentrate, it is a narrower one, and narrow is what a candle selling at ₹300 wants.

Read the page first; let the price break the tie.

Fruity · a cheap kilo with a real step
Honeydew Melon
One of the lowest live kilos in the range at ₹3,398.40, and a genuine ladder rather than a flat one: ₹7.0013 a gram at 15 g, ₹4.3424 at 50 g, ₹4.3542 at 100 g — fractionally dearer than the 50 g — then ₹3.3984 at both 500 g and 1 kg, a fall of 22% from the 100 g rate. The 500 g bottle is where the saving lands; the kilo adds cover, not a better rate. Be clear what you are buying, though: the listing states no load, no cure time, no flash point, no vanillin figure and no note pyramid. Pour at 8%, cure properly, and run a control tile in your production wax to watch the colour.

Gourmand · the flattest ladder on this page
Chocolate Fudge Fragrance Oil
A dessert gourmand at ₹3,964.80 a kilo whose ladder is dead level: ₹3.9648 a gram at 50 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg, with only the 15 g trial dearer at ₹6.2147. That flatness is useful — you test on a 50 g bottle at exactly the production rate, so the kilo is purely a cover decision. The page states 6–10% of total wax weight for candles and 10–15% for wax melts, and is direct about colour: chocolate and vanilla oils contain vanillin, which causes yellowing or browning in light wax over time. The pyramid is cocoa and caramel over creamy chocolate and toasted nuts, on vanilla bean and brown sugar. Its page carries an IFRA line for candles, diffusers, sprays and body products within recommended rates; no certificate number is published and none is claimed here.

Floral · Puja hampers and wedding favours
Rajnigandha (Tuberose)
The white floral an eastern Indian gifting shelf asks for by name, at ₹4,460 a kilo and in stock at all five pack sizes — which matters, because the obvious alternative, Mogra Fragrance Oil, is a single 100 g listing and currently sold out. The page states 6–10% for candles and 10–15% for wax melts, noting that a lower dose reads as a soft floral and a higher one as an immersive throw. The pyramid is dewy greens and crisp apple, creamy tuberose, jasmine and ylang ylang, soft musk and sandalwood. No flash point or vanillin figure appears, so a colour tile in white wax is your job. The ladder falls steadily: ₹6.00 a gram at 15 g, ₹5.00 at 50 g and 100 g, ₹4.60 at 500 g, ₹4.46 at the kilo.

Spice · the median kilo in the whole range
Spicy Cinnamon
Included because ₹6,499 is exactly the median of the 87 buyable kilos — half the range cheaper, half dearer — which makes it the yardstick for a Ranchi Diwali-to-Christmas run. At ₹6.499 a gram it puts ₹103.98 into a 200 g candle and ₹62.39 into a 120 g hamper jar. The pyramid is cinnamon bark and pink pepper, clove, nutmeg and soft vanilla, amber, tonka bean and sandalwood. It states no load, no cure time, no flash point and no vanillin figure, so hold it at 8% until a cured jar has burned. One oddity for a price page: the 100 g rung is ₹6.99 a gram against ₹6.98 at 50 g, and the 500 g rung ₹6.498 against ₹6.499 at the kilo — the rungs are priced individually, and here two cross over by paise.

Priced above: oil per 200 g candle at 8% = listed pack price ÷ pack grams × 16 g. Honeydew Melon ₹3.3984/g → ₹54.37 (₹4.3542/g at 100 g → ₹69.67). Chocolate Fudge ₹3.9648/g → ₹63.44. Rajnigandha ₹4.46/g → ₹71.36, and ₹5.00/g at 100 g → ₹80.00. Spicy Cinnamon ₹6.499/g → ₹103.98. Loads, pyramids and colour notes are quoted only where the product page states them; on Honeydew Melon and Spicy Cinnamon no load is stated, and the text says so instead of borrowing a figure from elsewhere.
The CSI principle
A kilo price is an input. A candle count is a decision. Never compare the first without converting it into the second.
₹3,398.40 and ₹6,499 look like a small gap until you turn them into 91 candles and 48 for the same ₹5,000 — then into 18.1% and 34.7% of a wedding favour's price. One division, and it is the only part of fragrance buying that is pure arithmetic.

The oil you paid for and never poured

On the plateau in January, the most expensive fragrance oil in your workroom is the film left in a cold bottle.

Every price on this page assumes you get every gram you paid for into a candle. You will not, and on the plateau the gap is bigger in some months than others: Ranchi's cold-season weeks run genuinely cooler than the plains cities at the same latitude, and fragrance oil is visibly thicker in a cold room. It clings to the bottle neck, the jug and the spoon, and a maker in a hurry pours, taps twice and moves on. That residue is a pricing problem rather than a technique one, because you paid for it at the rate above. If a cool-weather pour leaves 3% behind, that is 30 g of every kilo.

What residue costs · 3% and 5% of a kilo left in the bottle and the jug
The loss rates are this guide's planning assumptions; the kilo prices are CSI live pricing, September 2026
Fragrance oil 1 kg price 3% left behind 5% left behind Candles of 200 g that 5% would have scented
Honeydew Melon ₹3,398.40 ₹101.95 ₹169.92 3
Chocolate Fudge ₹3,964.80 ₹118.94 ₹198.24 3
Rajnigandha (Tuberose) ₹4,460 ₹133.80 ₹223 3
Spicy Cinnamon ₹6,499 ₹194.97 ₹324.95 3
Four kilos together ₹18,322.20 ₹549.67 ₹916.11 12
Worked out above: 3% and 5% of each listed kilo price. Four kilos = ₹3,398.40 + ₹3,964.80 + ₹4,460 + ₹6,499 = ₹18,322.20; 3% is ₹549.67 and 5% is ₹916.11. Candles foregone = 50 g of oil ÷ 16 g per 200 g candle at 8% = 3 per kilo, 12 across four. The 3% and 5% figures are planning assumptions for handling loss, not measurements — weigh your own empty bottles for your real number.

The fix costs nothing. Bring the bottle into the working room hours before you weigh, weigh into the melted wax rather than a cold jug, and drain the bottle properly instead of shaking it. In the monsoon the same discipline answers a different problem — wipe the neck and cap thread dry, because condensation is water you do not want near a wick. Keep a 3–5% allowance on the wax side too.

Do not buy a cheaper kilo to cover a handling loss. Moving from Rajnigandha at ₹4,460 to Honeydew Melon at ₹3,398.40 saves ₹16.99 a candle; warming the bottle and draining it properly recovers ₹133.80 to ₹223 a kilo without changing your product. Deal with the loss first and the scent you wanted may be affordable after all. The pour-temperature side of the same problem is in why candles get wet spots and sinkholes; one CSI reviewer in a cold region solved it with the 1 litre electric melter at ₹2,360.
Budget set? ₹5,000 of Honeydew Melon is 91 candles, ₹5,000 of Chocolate Fudge is 78, ₹5,000 of Spicy Cinnamon is 48. One kilogram is the largest listed fragrance pack — above it, bulk pricing, GST invoicing and per-oil documentation are handled on WhatsApp.

Ranchi's price points, window by window

A price table becomes a buying plan when it meets a calendar, because each selling window in Ranchi has its own vessel, price point and therefore affordable band of the range. The rhythm runs from Sarhul and the spring craft weeks through Durga Puja, into Diwali on 8 November 2026, on to Christmas, the wedding season and Makar Sankranti in January. The table matches each to the oil cost it can carry.

The Ranchi selling year against the price table · assumed price points are this guide's, not CSI's
What each window buys, and the band of the fragrance range it can afford
Window When Typical vessel and volume Oil budget per candle it can carry Where to shop the price table
Sarhul and spring craft weeks Spring 70 g votives, low volume, high variety ₹15–₹30 Single-note florals; buy 15 g and 50 g, not kilos
Durga Puja The weeks before Diwali 120 g hamper jars and stall stock ₹30–₹50 Florals at ₹3,923–₹4,842 a kilo, in 500 g bottles
Diwali 8 November 2026 200 g gift candles and corporate sets, high volume ₹55–₹105 Spice and gourmand at ₹4,743.60–₹6,499, in full kilos
Christmas 25 December 2026 200 g hampers; a substantial season here ₹55–₹105 The same kilos as Diwali — one purchase, two windows
Wedding favours Roughly November to February 70 g votives or 200 g favours in the hundreds ₹15–₹55 The left of the table, or a 70 g vessel
Makar Sankranti and winter fairs January Tealights and small jars ₹15–₹25 What is left of the festive kilos — plan the overlap early

The wedding and Sankranti windows discipline your kilo choice, because they hold the lowest price points and the highest volumes: buy a ₹6,499 kilo for Diwali gift candles, use the remainder in January tealights, and the oil is a fifth or more of a small candle's price. Choose the Diwali scent so its votive version still works. And Diwali and Christmas are six weeks apart and want the same warm profiles, so they are one purchase — buying twice pays the small-pack premium twice.

Cure is the part of the calendar you cannot compress
Standard practice for soy containers is a 14 to 21 day cure, and many CSI oil pages state their own 48–72 hour minimum on top of the pour. Working back from 8 November 2026, production wants to be poured by 18 October comfortably and 25 October at the very latest; for a 25 December handover, by 4 to 11 December. A cool plateau room develops scent more slowly, so take the long end rather than the short one. See why your candle needs a 14-day cure and how early to order fragrance oils for Diwali.

Because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack listed anywhere on the store — no 5 kg or 10 kg bottle on any of the 107 listings — everything above a kilo works in two steps. Step one is arithmetic you can hold anyone to. Step two is a conversation, and this page will not print its outcome, because CSI publishes no bulk discount schedule, no minimum order quantity and no lead time.

1
Turn the order book into grams, per oilCandles × grams per candle. Three hundred 200 g Diwali candles at 8% is 4.8 kg; two hundred 70 g wedding votives is 1.12 kg. Add a 3–5% allowance for residue, spills and top-ups, then round up to whole packs.
2
Price your ceiling from the listed kiloFive kilos of Rajnigandha is ₹22,300; four of Chocolate Fudge, ₹15,859.20; three of Spicy Cinnamon, ₹19,497. Ceilings at listed pricing — numbers you can budget against before anyone replies.
3
Check the rung at your quantityRungs are priced individually, so the cheapest route is not always the biggest pack. On Honeydew Melon the 500 g and 1 kg rates are identical at ₹3.3984 a gram, so 1.5 kg is a kilo plus a 500 g bottle at no penalty.
4
Send four facts, not a questionThe oils by exact listing name and the kilos of each; one-off or repeating; the date you need it on the bench; and whether you need GST invoicing in advance and an SDS or IFRA request on named oils. "5 kg Rajnigandha and 3 kg Spicy Cinnamon, on the bench by 8 October, one-off, GST invoice, SDS on both, ceiling ₹41,797 at listed pricing" is answerable. "Best price on fragrance oil?" is not. And never let the quantity decide the recipe: test at 50 g or 100 g and burn a cured jar first — see how to compare two fragrance oils using a controlled burn test.

Three absences belong on a price page: no fragrance pack above 1 kg; no published minimum order quantity, the practical floor being the smallest listed size, with 55 listings carrying a 15 g bottle and 50 buyable; and no sample-pack product, so a bench of trial bottles is something you assemble yourself. CSI ships across India and takes bulk orders on WhatsApp; there is no counter in Ranchi, no local stockist and no published delivery time, courier or shipping rate.

Ask what the fragrance costs inside the candle you actually sell. Every other fragrance price is trivia.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies candle raw materials and does not sell finished candles, blend the fragrance oils or manufacture the wax on its shelves. A supplier writing a price page has an obvious reason to point you at the dearest kilo your budget will stretch to. This one shows that the fragrance line on a ₹300 favour is 34.7% of the price on the median kilo, that a ₹3,398.40 kilo publishes no load while a ₹4,460 one publishes a full band, and that warming a cold bottle recovers more than switching scents does.

Every price, pack size and quoted specification comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where the current price takes precedence. Every computed figure shows its working. Loads, cure times, pyramids, vanillin notes and flash points are quoted only where a page publishes them, and flash points only where a measured value is given — 18 of the 107 listings. No page states a shelf life, expiry date or storage specification, so this guide claims none, and no throw distance, room-coverage figure or lab result appears for the same reason. The retail price points and residue rates are this guide's stated planning assumptions, and the seasonal notes describe general material behaviour, not Ranchi weather statistics.

For pricing above the 1 kg listed pack, recurring orders, GST invoicing, or SDS and IFRA documentation on a named oil, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. We do not publish prices for quantities that are not on a product page, and we do not publish delivery timelines.

Frequently asked questions

What is the 1 kg price of candle fragrance oil for a buyer in Ranchi?
The same as anywhere in India — there is no regional pricing and no city price list. In September 2026 the 87 CSI oils with a buyable kilo run from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056, median ₹6,499: ₹2.832 to ₹24.06 a gram, or ₹45.31 to ₹384.90 of oil inside a 200 g candle at 8%. CSI ships across India and handles bulk enquiries on WhatsApp; the linked pages show the current price.
How do I work out the fragrance cost of one candle from a 1 kg price?
Two steps. Divide the kilo price by 1,000 for the price per gram, then multiply by the grams in your candle. At 8% that is 16 g in a 200 g candle, 9.6 g in a 120 g jar, 5.6 g in a 70 g votive, 40 g in a 500 g candle. A ₹4,460 kilo is ₹4.46 a gram and puts ₹71.36, ₹42.82, ₹24.98 and ₹178.40 into those four. At a 10% load a 200 g candle takes 20 g, which adds 25% to the fragrance line.
How many candles will ₹5,000 of fragrance oil make?
Between 12 and 110 candles of 200 g at an 8% load, depending on the kilo — 110 at ₹2,832, 91 on Honeydew Melon, 78 on Chocolate Fudge, 48 on the median kilo at ₹6,499 and 12 on the dearest at ₹24,056. In 120 g jars the counts are about 1.67 times higher, since each jar takes 9.6 g. Allow 3–5% for residue and spills.
What percentage of a candle's price should the fragrance oil be?
There is no published rule, and CSI publishes no retail prices — but as a planning figure, keeping the oil under about a tenth of retail leaves room for wax, wick, vessel, lid, label, box, breakage and your hours. On this guide's assumptions a 120 g hamper jar at ₹420 keeps all four featured oils between 7.8% and 14.9%, while a 200 g favour at ₹300 pushes the median kilo to 34.7%. When the share looks wrong, change the vessel first — it is the bigger lever.
Does a cheaper 1 kg fragrance oil mean a lower-quality oil?
Price and published specification are unrelated on this range. Honeydew Melon at ₹3,398.40 states no load, no cure, no flash point and no vanillin figure; Rajnigandha at ₹4,460 states a 6–10% candle load and a full pyramid; Sandalwood at ₹5,026.80 publishes a measured 203°C flashpoint and 0% vanillin. Nobody publishes throw in square metres, so "quality" is settled by your own cured burn test.
Can I buy 3 kg or 5 kg of one fragrance oil, and what would it cost?
Not as a listed pack — 1 kg is the largest fragrance size across all 107 listings, so 3 kg is three bottles. Multiply for your ceiling: 3 kg of Spicy Cinnamon is ₹19,497, 5 kg of Rajnigandha ₹22,300, 4 kg of Chocolate Fudge ₹15,859.20. Then send the oils, kilos, bench date and paperwork needs to +91 7397976926. No bulk schedule, minimum order or lead time is published, so treat any figure not on a product page as unverified.
Fix the budget, read the table backwards
₹5,000 of fragrance oil is 110 candles or 12. The kilo price only tells you which — your vessel and your retail price decide the rest.
Honeydew Melon 500 g ₹1,699.20 · 1 kg ₹3,398.40 at ₹3.3984 a gram, no load stated. Chocolate Fudge 1 kg ₹3,964.80, flat at ₹3.9648 a gram from 50 g, stated 6–10% of total wax weight. Rajnigandha (Tuberose) 1 kg ₹4,460, stated 6–10% for candles. Spicy Cinnamon 1 kg ₹6,499, the median kilo. One kilogram is the largest listed fragrance pack — message us for quotes above it, GST invoicing and per-oil documentation.

Figures verified September 2026: CSI lists a 1 kg size on 104 of its 107 fragrance-oil listings and 87 of those kilos are in stock, from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056, median ₹6,499. Every 1 kg price in the tables is the listed price on the linked product page; the dearest buyable kilo, ₹24,056, is a perfume-inspired concentrate named without its third-party brand. Ladders quoted at 15/50/100/500 gm and 1 kg: Honeydew Melon ₹105.02, ₹217.12, ₹435.42, ₹1,699.20, ₹3,398.40 (₹7.0013, ₹4.3424, ₹4.3542, ₹3.3984, ₹3.3984 a gram — a 22% fall from the 100 g rate); Chocolate Fudge ₹93.22, ₹198.24, ₹396.48, ₹1,982.40, ₹3,964.80 (₹6.2147 then ₹3.9648 from 50 g up); Rajnigandha ₹90, ₹250, ₹500, ₹2,300, ₹4,460 (₹6.00, ₹5.00, ₹5.00, ₹4.60, ₹4.46); Spicy Cinnamon ₹116, ₹349, ₹699, ₹3,249, ₹6,499 (₹7.7333, ₹6.98, ₹6.99, ₹6.498, ₹6.499). Candle arithmetic uses the series convention that load is a share of the finished candle: 200 g at 8% = 184 g wax + 16 g oil; 120 g jar 110.4 + 9.6; 70 g votive 64.4 + 5.6; 500 g candle 460 + 40; 200 g at 10% 180 + 20. Several pages, Chocolate Fudge among them, express load as a percentage of total wax weight instead. Oil per candle = kilo price ÷ 1,000 × grams; candles per budget = budget ÷ oil per candle, rounded down. The retail prices of ₹300, ₹420, ₹600 and ₹1,200, the 3% and 5% residue rates and the 3–5% wax-loss allowance are this guide's planning assumptions, not CSI figures; 50 g ÷ 16 g = 3 candles per kilo. Stated specifications as published: Chocolate Fudge 6–10% of total wax weight for candles and 10–15% for wax melts, vanillin present with yellowing in light wax over time; Rajnigandha 6–10% for candles and 10–15% for wax melts, no flash point or vanillin figure; Honeydew Melon and Spicy Cinnamon state no load, cure, flash point or vanillin figure; Sandalwood flashpoint 203°C and 0% vanillin. Loads are formulation limits, not regulatory limits. Mogra Fragrance Oil is a single 100 g listing, currently sold out; 10 of the 106 oils are sold out in every size; 55 listings carry a 15 g size and 50 are buyable. Ceilings at listed pricing: 3 kg Spicy Cinnamon ₹19,497; 4 kg Chocolate Fudge ₹15,859.20; 5 kg Rajnigandha ₹22,300; combined ₹41,797. Also referenced: 1 litre Mini Electric Wax Melter ₹2,360. The 14–21 day soy cure is standard practice, not a product-page figure. Diwali 2026 is 8 November and Christmas 25 December; 18 and 25 October are 21 and 14 days before Diwali, 4 and 11 December the same before Christmas. Other festivals are named without dates.
