CSI Shipping Guidelines

We aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience. To ensure your order arrives on time, please follow these guidelines:


Accurate Contact and Address Information
- Ensure Accuracy: Double-check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before finalizing your order. An accurate address helps avoid delivery delays.


Delivery Notifications
- Stay Informed: You will receive notifications via email or SMS when your order is dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered. Please monitor these notifications to track your order.


Mandatory Phone Pickup
Answer the Delivery Call: It is mandatory to pick up the phone when our delivery partner calls to confirm or complete the delivery. If you do not pick up the call, the delivery will not be attempted, and your order may be delayed.
Order Tracking
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use this to track your package and know exactly when it’s expected to arrive.


Missed Deliveries
- Multiple Attempts: If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will make up to two additional attempts. If all attempts fail, your package will be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin).


Safe Place Delivery
- Leave in a Safe Place: If you might not be home, consider selecting the "Leave in a Safe Place" option. Provide specific instructions to the delivery guy when they call for a secure spot where the package can be left.


Contactless Delivery
- Stay Safe: Our delivery partners are trained to conduct contactless deliveries. They’ll place the package at your doorstep and notify you immediately.


Customer Support
- Here to Help: If you experience any issues with your delivery, our customer support team is ready to assist. Contact us immediately if you need to reschedule or change your delivery details(before your order ships).


Return to Origin (RTO)
- Understanding RTO: If all delivery attempts fail or the address is incorrect, your order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our warehouse.


- Additional Costs: If your order is returned to us due to RTO, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent or for any applicable restocking fees.


- Reordering Process: Once we receive the returned package, you will be notified, and you can choose to either have it resent (with applicable fees) or processed for a refund according to our return policy.


Failed Deliveries and Returns
- What Happens Next: In the case of a failed delivery after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to cover additional shipping costs for RTO and re-delivery.
