How much per candle? 11.2 g of lavender and 4.8 g of vanilla, 16 g in all, plus 184 g of wax. Not 16 g of each: that would be a 16% candle.

What does the blend cost per candle? At list rates (lavender at its 1 kg price, vanilla at its 500 g price), ₹95.34 of fragrance per candle: ₹58.48 of lavender and ₹36.86 of vanilla. Pure lavender would be ₹83.54 and pure vanilla ₹122.34.
Splitting one load between two oils
The load is a share of the finished candle. For a 200 g candle at 8% that is 16 g of fragrance and 184 g of wax. The blend ratio then divides the 16 g. Seventy per cent of 16 g is 11.2 g; thirty per cent is 4.8 g. The two add back to 16 g, and the candle still weighs 200 g. Written out:

The last column is worth a look. Lavender is 5.6% of the candle and vanilla 2.4%. Neither oil is "at 8%". If you ever need to report the fragrance components of a finished candle, for a client's documentation or your own records, these are the figures. The IFRA certificate for each oil is available from CSI on WhatsApp; this page does not state any oil's IFRA limit, because those are not in our published data.
From per candle to per batch
Scale the total fragrance to the batch, add the allowance to the total, then split. Doing it in that order means the allowance is shared in the same 70:30 ratio as the blend, which is what you want: any blend lost on the jug is lost in proportion.

The allowance applies to the wax as well, because pour loss takes whole candle mix, not just oil. Test candles, if you still need them, are a fixed quantity added before the allowance: two 200 g test candles at 70:30 add 22.4 g of lavender and 9.6 g of vanilla. Rounding each oil to its own packs
Round each component separately to real, in-stock CSI sizes. Rounding the blend total and then splitting it does not work, because you cannot buy "1.7 kg of blend". Here are the realistic options for each oil:

For lavender, 1 kg + 2 × 100 g is the practical choice: ₹6,301.00, 24 g spare. The five-bottle version saves ₹59.96 but leaves only 4 g of margin, which one heavy pour will use. For vanilla, 500 g on its own covers the 480 g net need but not the allowance, so a 15 g top-up at ₹130.00 completes it. If vanilla is going to be a regular part of your range, the kilo at ₹7,646.00 leaves 496 g for the next run; that is a stock decision rather than a price one, since the kilo is only 0.4% cheaper per gram than the 500 g. The 500 g or 1 kg decision works through it.

What the blend costs
A blend's price per gram is the weighted average of its components, at whatever pack rate you bought each at. With lavender at its 1 kg rate and vanilla at its 500 g rate, the blend costs ₹5.96 a gram. Here it is per candle, against the two oils on their own:

Material cost adds 184 g of wax at ₹599.00 a kilo (₹110.22), an Eco Thin C1 wick (₹5.90) and a White Matte Glass Jar (₹70.80), and excludes labour, packaging, freight and GST. What you actually spend on this run is the pack prices: ₹10,271.00 for the oil, which works out at ₹102.71 per candle because of the spare grams in each component. The spare is not lost; it carries into the next run.
Weighing and mixing the blend
There are two ways to get 11.2 g and 4.8 g into every candle. You can premix the whole blend once, or weigh the two oils separately into each pour. For a 100-candle run the premix is usually more consistent, because one large weighing is more accurate than a hundred small ones.

Wick size and fill weight for the White Matte Glass Jar are not published; confirm both with a weighed, burned test candle before the run. Two 10 kg bags of wax (₹11,998.00) would be simpler to handle than the mix of bags above but leave 500 g more spare wax; both work. For the same order split across more candles or a second scent, a 60:40 lavender-vanilla split across 2,000 candles handles a client's mixed order, and the 500 × 100 g lavender wedding order works a single-scent version.
