Candle Business Guides · Guwahati
At production scale the supplier question turns into an arithmetic question. Here is a full Assamese year — Rongali Bihu, Durga Puja, Diwali and the winter weddings — converted into grams, kilos, bottles and rupees, with every place the CSI catalogue stops and a quote has to start named plainly.
25.28 kg
of fragrance oil for 1,800 candles across four peaks · 290.72 kg of wax alongside it · bought as 26 one-kilo bottles, because 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
How much fragrance oil does a production year need? For the 1,800-candle year below, 25,280 g — 25.28 kg. Split across six scents and rounded up for the allowance, that is 26 one-kilo bottles at ₹1,43,343.80, an average of ₹5,513.22 a kilo.

Can I buy 5 kg or 10 kg of one oil? No. 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists, so 5 kg of one scent is five bottles. Multiply the listed kilo for a ceiling, then ask the bulk line at +91 7397976926 for a quote. This page never predicts what a quote says.

And the wax? 290.72 kg, about 302 kg with a 4% allowance. The largest listed soy pack is 50 kg of Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹21,240; 25 kg and 100 kg packs are not listed. Six of those 50 kg packs is ₹1,27,440 for 300 kg.

What decides the reorder date here? Not a lead time, because none is published. The cure and the weather do. Diwali is 8 November 2026, a 14–21 day soy cure puts the last pour at 18–25 October, and the April Bihu block has to be poured before the pre-monsoon damp.
The short answer
Plan the year in grams before you plan it in money: candles × size × load. Four peaks at 300, 400, 700 and 400 candles come to 25.28 kg of oil and 290.72 kg of wax, and every purchasing decision follows from those two numbers.
Buy fragrance in kilos and wax in the largest listed pack: 26 one-kilo bottles of oil, and either six 50 kg packs of Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹1,27,440 or thirty 10 kg packs of Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at ₹1,79,970 — a ₹52,530 difference, with one important caveat on what each page states.
Set the reorder point on the calendar, not on the stock level: with no published transit time, the only safe trigger is a date that leaves room for the cure and for the wet weeks. Work every peak back from its pour date, not from its sale date.

One Assamese year, 1,800 candles, 25.28 kg of fragrance oil — where it goes Diwali · 8 Nov 2026 700 × 200 g · 11.2 kg of oil · 128.8 kg of wax Durga Puja 400 × 200 g · 6.4 kg · 73.6 kg of wax Winter weddings 400 × 150 g · 4.8 kg · 55.2 kg Rongali Bihu · April 300 × 120 g · 2.88 kg Bought as 26 × 1 kg bottles — there is no larger fragrance pack listed Bar length is kilograms of fragrance oil. Load counted as 8% of the finished candle throughout.
Diwali alone is 44% of the year's fragrance and the April Bihu block is 11% — but the Bihu block is the harder one to make, because it has to be poured in pre-monsoon air. The bottom bar is the constraint that shapes every purchase order: twenty-six separate kilo bottles, not five drums.
Straight answer
What does a Guwahati candle business actually have to buy for a full production year, and where does the catalogue run out?
Convert the year into grams first. Four peaks — 300 × 120 g for Rongali Bihu, 400 × 200 g for Durga Puja, 700 × 200 g for Diwali and 400 × 150 g of winter wedding favours — come to 1,800 candles, 25,280 g of fragrance oil and 290,720 g of wax at an 8% load. Six scents cover that comfortably: Spicy Cinnamon 5 kg at ₹32,495, Santal Noir 4 kg at ₹36,480, Royal Apricot 4 kg at ₹14,668, Lemongrass and Lime 5 kg at ₹26,000, Peach Melon Berry 4 kg at ₹16,708.80 and Fallen Leaves 4 kg at ₹16,992 — 26 kg for ₹1,43,343.80, an average of ₹5,513.22 a kilo or ₹88.21 of fragrance in a 200 g candle. The wax is the bigger line: 290.72 kg, about 302 kg with a 4% allowance, which is six 50 kg packs of Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹1,27,440 or thirty 10 kg packs of Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at ₹1,79,970. Add 2,000 Eco Candle Wicks at ₹11,800 and oil, wax and wick come to ₹2,82,583.80 — ₹156.99 a candle before the vessel. Then the honest boundaries: no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance bottle, no 25 kg or 100 kg soy pack, no published MOQ, no published transit time and no candle-making machinery. Everything past those lines is a WhatsApp quote, not a price you can look up.
One line: 1,800 candles is 25.28 kg of oil and 290.72 kg of wax — buy it as 26 kilo bottles and six 50 kg wax packs, and set every order date off the pour date rather than the sale date.
Costing a production year? Spicy Cinnamon 1 kg ₹6,499, Royal Apricot 1 kg ₹3,667 and Santal Noir 1 kg ₹9,120 — the cheap, mid and premium ends of a festive shortlist, all at the largest listed pack.

The Assamese year, in grams

Every purchasing mistake at this scale starts with a candle count instead of a gram count.

A Guwahati business has more peaks than the standard Indian festive plan allows for, because the Bihu cycle sits alongside Durga Puja, Diwali and the wedding season rather than inside them. That is commercially good — four peaks is a steadier year than two — and operationally harder, because one of the four falls in the wettest run-up of the year. The table below is a worked example, not a forecast for your business; change the candle counts and the arithmetic holds.

Four peaks · 1,800 candles · 8% load throughout
Candles, sizes, oil, wax and the pouring conditions each block is made in
Block Candles × size Oil Wax Poured in
Rongali Bihu · mid-April 300 × 120 g jars 2,880 g 33.12 kg Pre-monsoon damp — the hardest block of the four
Durga Puja · autumn 400 × 200 g candles 6,400 g 73.6 kg The monsoon easing; conditions improving week by week
Diwali · 8 November 2026 700 × 200 g candles 11,200 g 128.8 kg The dry window — the best pouring weeks of the year
Winter weddings · Nov–Feb 400 × 150 g favours 4,800 g 55.2 kg Mild, dry, stable; frosting more visible on soy
Year total 1,800 candles 25,280 g 290.72 kg Plus a 3–5% wax allowance for spills and top-ups
Worked out above: at an 8% load a 120 g jar is 110.4 g of wax and 9.6 g of oil, a 150 g favour 138 g and 12 g, and a 200 g candle 184 g and 16 g. So 300 × 9.6 = 2,880 g · 400 × 16 = 6,400 g · 700 × 16 = 11,200 g · 400 × 12 = 4,800 g, totalling 25,280 g of oil; and 300 × 110.4 + 400 × 184 + 700 × 184 + 400 × 138 = 290,720 g of wax. A 4% allowance takes the wax to about 302.35 kg.

Two observations worth acting on. Diwali is 44% of the year's fragrance in a single block, which means the November pour is where a scent decision either pays for itself or does not — so it is the last place to try something untested. And the Bihu block, at 11% of the fragrance, carries a disproportionate share of the risk: it is the only one of the four poured in heavy pre-monsoon air, so it wants your most forgiving recipe, your driest glass and a decision made months earlier while the winter weeks are still dry.

Don't plan the year off the sale date. Every one of those blocks has a pour date, and the pour date is what the order has to beat. A soy container candle wants 14 to 21 days of cure before it is worth selling, so a Diwali candle sold on 8 November was poured by 18–25 October at the latest, which means materials had to be in hand well before that — with a buffer you set yourself, because CSI publishes no transit time, courier or rate. Businesses that miss a festive block almost never miss it by days of shipping. They miss it by having started the calendar at the wrong end.

Three oils costed at production scale

Three price tiers for a festive shortlist, all costed at the 1 kg pack because that is what a production order buys. Per-candle figures are for a 200 g candle at 8%: 184 g of wax and 16 g of oil.

1
Warm spice · the festive anchor, 5 kg of it
Spicy Cinnamon Fragrance Oil
The scent that carries the Kati Bihu to Diwali to Christmas stretch, and the single largest line in the year's fragrance order at 5 kg for ₹32,495. The page gives it as cinnamon bark and pink pepper over clove, nutmeg and soft vanilla into amber, tonka bean and sandalwood, notes strong projection in the first hours and good longevity from the amber base, and positions it as warm spicy-amber rather than thin Christmas cinnamon. It states a perfume rate of 20–25% for eau de parfum and no candle load, so hold it at 8% and let your wax page set the ceiling — and burn-test before a 700-candle block, because a spice this bold reads differently at 6% and 10%. Its ladder steps down once, from ₹6.98 a gram at 50 g to ₹6.498 at 500 g, and then holds.

2
Fruity floral · the cheapest kilo in the order
Royal Apricot Fine Fragrance Oil
The line that protects the margin on a large gifting block. At ₹3,667 a kilo it is the least expensive fragrance in this order by a wide margin — ₹58.67 in a 200 g candle against ₹145.92 for Santal Noir, a gap of ₹87.25 on every single unit, or ₹61,075 across 700 Diwali candles. The page is a perfume-grade listing stating a candle rate of 7–10%, starting at 7%, with juicy apricot, peach nectar and mandarin over osmanthus, jasmine and apricot blossom into white musk, soft amber and vanilla, and moderate-to-high projection. Note the rungs: 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg only, no 15 g and no 500 g, so your step from testing to production is a big one — test on 100 g and commit properly.

100g ₹367 ₹3,670 ≈6

3
Creamy sandalwood · the premium end of the block
Santal Noir Fragrance Oil
The oil for the corporate gifting and hotel end of a Guwahati order book, where the candle is priced on presentation and a warm wood does the work. The page describes soft spice and a subtle green accord opening onto creamy sandalwood and light cedar, settling into warm amber, musk and dry woods, with moderate projection described as intimate but noticeable and a recommendation of 20–25% for eau de parfum. It states no candle load and no flash point, so pour at 8%, follow your wax page for the add temperature, and test. At ₹9,120 a kilo it is the most expensive line here, and 4 kg of it is ₹36,480 — the single largest fragrance line in the order, which is exactly why it should be the most thoroughly burn-tested.
Size Price Per kg 200g candles @ 8%

What 26 kilo bottles actually costs

Six scents, rounded up from 25.28 kg to 26 kg so that a spill or a re-pour does not stop a block. Every line is a listed 1 kg price.

The year's fragrance order · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Six scents, 26 one-kilo bottles, and what each contributes per candle
Oil Bottles 1 kg price Line total Per 200 g candle Which block
Spicy Cinnamon 5 ₹6,499 ₹32,495 ₹103.98 Diwali and Christmas
Santal Noir 4 ₹9,120 ₹36,480 ₹145.92 Corporate gifting, premium hampers
Royal Apricot 4 ₹3,667 ₹14,668 ₹58.67 Durga Puja gifting volume
Lemongrass and Lime 5 ₹5,200 ₹26,000 ₹83.20 Year-round and Bihu
Peach Melon Berry 4 ₹4,177.20 ₹16,708.80 ₹66.84 Bihu, fruity gifting
Fallen Leaves 4 ₹4,248 ₹16,992 ₹67.97 Autumn and wedding favours
Fragrance total 26 kg ₹5,513.22 average ₹1,43,343.80 ₹88.21 average Covers 25.28 kg of need plus allowance

The average of ₹5,513.22 a kilo is the number to carry into your pricing: it is ₹52.93 of fragrance in a 120 g jar, ₹66.16 in a 150 g favour and ₹88.21 in a 200 g candle. The spread inside that average is the interesting part, though. Swap one Santal Noir bottle for one Royal Apricot and the order falls by ₹5,453 without changing the candle count — which is why the mix, not the total, is where a production order is won or lost. Add the wax and wicks and the whole year's oil, wax and wick comes to ₹2,82,583.80, or ₹156.99 a candle before you have bought a single jar.

Do not let 26 bottles become 26 unlabelled bottles
At this scale the risk moves from price to traceability. Log every bottle on arrival — oil, size, price per gram, date, and which block it is allocated to — and write the same information on the working bottle when you decant. If a Diwali batch of 700 candles develops a problem, the difference between a costly investigation and a ten-minute one is that log. A weighing scale at ₹354 and a pen thermometer at ₹354 are what make the log mean anything.

The wax problem at 290 kilograms

Fragrance is the line everyone watches and wax is the line that actually moves the bill. 290.72 kg of wax against 25.28 kg of oil — eleven and a half times the weight — and here the pack ladder does matter, because two CSI waxes step down and one does not.

Buying about 300 kg of container wax · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Three routes, what each costs, and what each page actually states
Wax Largest listed pack 300 kg costs Effective per kg What the page states
Natural Soy Pearl Wax 50 kg · ₹21,240 ₹1,27,440 (6 packs) ₹424.80 No fragrance load and no temperatures stated — burn-test it yourself before a block
Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 10 kg · ₹5,999 ₹1,79,970 (30 packs) ₹599.90 8–13% load, 10% recommended; add 80–90°C, pour 70–80°C; cure minimum 48 hours, ideally 1–2 weeks
Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 10 kg · ₹6,370 ₹1,91,100 (30 packs) ₹637 Up to 13% load; melt 50–53°C, pour 58–60°C

The gap between the top and second rows is ₹52,530 on 300 kg, which is a serious number — and it comes with a genuine catch that a supplier ought to say out loud. The cheapest of the three publishes the least. Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no fragrance load and no working temperatures, so every number in your recipe would be yours to establish by testing, while Luxury Soy Wax Chunks hands you a stated 8–13% band, an add temperature, a pour temperature and a cure instruction. On a 1,800-candle year the saving is worth chasing; on the first year of a business it may not be, and the honest answer is to pour both and decide with the burn in front of you.

25 kg and 100 kg soy packs do not exist on the site. The largest listed soy pack anywhere in the wax collection is 50 kg of Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹21,240; everything else tops out at 10 kg. So 300 kg is six packs or thirty packs depending on the wax, and if you want it as fewer, larger units you are asking for something that is not listed — send the annual tonnage to the bulk line and ask. The same applies to paraffin above 1 kg, stearic acid above 200 g and vybar above 100 g. And CSI lists no candle moulding, filling or wicking machinery at all: the closest things are the imported 10 kg Electric Wax Melter at ₹21,240 and the 1 litre mini melter at ₹2,360, plus a pouring jug at ₹531. Plan the line around melting and pouring by hand, not around a filling machine.

Wicks and vessels finish the picture. 2,000 Eco Candle Wicks in Thin (C1) is ₹11,800 — two 1,000-packs at ₹5,900, a flat ₹5.90 each at every pack size, so there is nothing to gain by over-ordering. Performance Wooden Wicks behave differently and do step down, from ₹59 each in a pack of 10 to ₹41.30 each in a pack of 100. Jars step too: the 200 ml Salsa jar with a 63 mm lug cap is ₹40.12 each in fives and ₹29.50 each in hundreds — and its screw-on lug cap is worth considering on its own merits in a humid climate, because a sealed finished candle is easier to store and to ship than an open one.

Buying at this scale? Natural Soy Pearl Wax 50 kg ₹21,240 is the largest listed soy pack, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 10 kg ₹5,999, Eco Candle Wicks 1,000 for ₹5,900. For anything above the listed packs, a repeating volume or GST invoicing arranged in advance, send the annual figures.

Reorder points when no lead time exists

Every inventory textbook sets a reorder point as consumption during the lead time plus a safety buffer. That formula needs a lead time, and CSI publishes none — no transit days, no courier, no rate, no surcharge. A business in the North-East therefore cannot set a reorder point off the supply side at all. It has to set it off the two things it can verify: the cure, and the weather.

1
Fix the pour date first, working back from the sale dateDiwali 2026 is 8 November. A 14–21 day soy cure makes the last useful pour date 18–25 October. Durga Puja sits a few weeks ahead of that, the wedding block runs from November, and Rongali Bihu in mid-April needs a pour in late March or the first days of April. Write the four pour dates down before anything else; they are the only dates that cannot move.
2
Set the order date a buffer ahead of the pour date, and make the buffer yoursNot a number this page can give you, because nobody publishes one. Choose it from your own delivery history, then add to it for the monsoon months, and treat it as fixed policy rather than a judgement you re-make each time. A buffer you shave once becomes a buffer you shave always.
3
Hold a floor on the two or three scents you cannot be out ofNot the whole range — the scents that appear in every block. A kilo of oil at 8% is 62 × 200 g candles or 104 × 120 g jars, so one kilo of each core scent is a meaningful floor for most small businesses. Reorder when you hit the floor, not when you run out, and never plan a block that needs a parcel to arrive mid-pour.
4
Decide the April block in FebruaryThis is the specifically Assamese rule. Rongali Bihu stock has to be poured in pre-monsoon air, and the dry weeks of winter are when you should be testing the recipe, ordering the jars and lids, and printing the label stock. By the time the first heavy showers arrive you want to be pouring a proven recipe, not choosing one.
The CSI principle
When a supplier publishes no lead time, the reorder point stops being a supply decision and becomes a calendar decision.
A business 1,500 kilometres from its supplier cannot buy speed and should not pretend to. What it can buy is margin — weeks of it, decided once, written into a policy, and defended when a block looks like it will be fine. Four pour dates and one honest buffer will do more for a Guwahati production year than any negotiation.

The quote request, and handling at scale

Above the listed packs there is nothing left to read, so the quality of the answer depends entirely on the quality of the message. One message, with everything in it, in this shape:

What to put in a production quote request
Every line the other side needs, and why it changes the answer
Include Example from this year's plan Why it matters
Oils and exact quantities in kilograms 5 kg Spicy Cinnamon, 4 kg Santal Noir, 4 kg Royal Apricot Above 1 kg there is no page to quote from — the number is the question
Your own ceiling from listed prices "26 kg comes to ₹1,43,343.80 at listed kilo prices" Shows you have read the pages, and protects you if a quote comes back higher
Wax, in packs and in total Six 50 kg Natural Soy Pearl, or thirty 10 kg Luxury Soy Chunks — about 302 kg The biggest line by weight, and the one with real pack steps
Wicks, vessels and any instrument 2,000 Eco C1 wicks, 1,800 jars, one 10 kg melter One conversation instead of four, and one invoice
Whether it repeats, and how often "This shape every year; the Diwali block is the largest" A recurring volume is a different question from a one-off
The documents you need GST invoice; SDS and IFRA documentation for each named oil Documentation is per oil, on request — name them, don't say "all of them"

Then the handling side, which at 1,800 candles stops being a detail. A production year in Guwahati puts several hundred kilograms of wax, twenty-six bottles of oil, thousands of wicks and a great deal of label stock and cardboard into a store room that spends months in heavy air. No CSI listing states a shelf life or a storage specification for any fragrance oil, so nobody can tell you what a wet year does to a sealed bottle. What is observable is everything around it: corrugated cartons lose stiffness and tall stacks lean, self-adhesive label sheets curl at the edges, cotton wick braid takes up moisture and lights poorly, and a floor that takes water in July is the worst place in the building for stock.

Stage the delivery, don't stage the year. At this scale the temptation is to buy the whole year at once for one set of parcels and one invoice. Resist it in one specific respect: bring the label stock, wick stock and cartons in close to each block rather than in one annual load, because those three are the materials that visibly degrade in a long monsoon, and they are also the cheapest lines to reorder. Wax and sealed oil are far more robust and are the right things to buy ahead. That split — durable goods early, paper and braid late — is the whole of warehouse management for a small candle business in the North-East.
Twenty-six bottles is not a bigger order than one. It is a different job, and the job is record-keeping.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, does not sell finished candles, and does not manufacture the wax or blend the fragrance oils it stocks. A page written to close a large order would not point out that the cheapest wax in the comparison publishes no fragrance load and no temperatures, or that the largest listed soy pack is 50 kg and 25 kg and 100 kg packs do not exist. Both are said here, because a business that costs its year correctly comes back every year, and one that was oversold a volume it could not use does not.

Every price and pack comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing takes precedence. Loads, temperatures and cures are quoted only where the page states them. CSI publishes no MOQ, no volume-discount schedule, no transit time, courier, shipping rate or surcharge, no shelf life and no storage specification, and no fragrance pack larger than 1 kg — so no figure of that kind appears here and no quote is predicted. Candle counts in the worked year are an illustrative plan, not a claim about any business. Climate notes describe general material behaviour; no temperature or humidity figure is claimed for Guwahati.

Frequently asked questions

How much fragrance oil does an 1,800-candle year need?
25,280 g — 25.28 kg at an 8% load, made up of 300 × 120 g jars (2,880 g), 400 × 200 g candles (6,400 g), 700 × 200 g candles (11,200 g) and 400 × 150 g favours (4,800 g). Round up to 26 kg so a spill or a re-pour cannot stop a block. Across six scents that is 26 one-kilo bottles at ₹1,43,343.80, an average of ₹5,513.22 a kilo or ₹88.21 of fragrance in a 200 g candle.
Does CSI supply fragrance oil in 5 kg or 10 kg packs?
No. 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack listed anywhere in the range, on 87 of the 107 listings, so 5 kg of one scent is five bottles and 26 kg is twenty-six. Use the listed kilo price as your ceiling, multiply it out, and send that figure to the bulk line on WhatsApp for a quote. Nothing about pricing above the listed packs is published, so this guide states no percentage, tier or threshold.
Can I get 25 kg or 100 kg of soy wax for a production run?
Not as a listed pack. The largest listed soy pack is 50 kg of Natural Soy Pearl Wax at ₹21,240; Luxury Soy Wax Chunks, CSI 464 and CSI 468 top out at 10 kg. So about 300 kg is six 50 kg packs (₹1,27,440) or thirty 10 kg packs (₹1,79,970 in Chunks, ₹1,91,100 in CSI 468). Note that Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no fragrance load and no temperatures — the saving comes with more testing on your side.
What does a production year cost in materials?
Oil, wax and wick for the 1,800-candle year come to ₹2,82,583.80: ₹1,43,343.80 of fragrance (26 kg), ₹1,27,440 of wax (six 50 kg Natural Soy Pearl packs) and ₹11,800 of wicks (2,000 Eco C1 at a flat ₹5.90 each). That is ₹156.99 a candle before the vessel, and vessels vary widely — the 200 ml Salsa jar is ₹40.12 each in fives and ₹29.50 each in hundreds, so the jar decision can move the per-candle figure by more than a scent swap.
How do I set a reorder point with no published lead time?
Off the calendar, not off the supply chain. CSI publishes no transit time, courier or rate, so fix the pour date first — Diwali 2026 is 8 November, and a 14–21 day soy cure makes 18–25 October the last useful pour — then set the order date a buffer ahead of it, using your own delivery history and widening it for the monsoon. Hold a floor of one kilo on each core scent, which is 62 × 200 g candles or 104 × 120 g jars of cover.
Does CSI sell candle-making machines for scaling up?
No. No moulding, filling or wicking machinery is listed. What is listed is melting and pouring equipment: the imported Electric Wax Melter at ₹21,240 for 10 kg capacity and ₹25,960 for 20 kg, the 1 litre mini melter at ₹2,360, a pouring jug at ₹531, a hot air gun at ₹531 and a wax pouring funnel at ₹1,888. Plan a Guwahati production line around hand pouring with a melter, and ask the bulk line about materials rather than machinery.

About this guide: Written by the CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA team. Product recommendations reflect the CSI range; the four-peak arithmetic, the wax comparison and the calendar-based reorder method apply to any supplier. The 1,800-candle year is an illustrative plan, not a claim about any business. CSI supplies raw materials, does not sell finished candles, and does not manufacture wax or blend fragrance oil.

Customer reviews: The six reviews at the top of this page are genuine, published Judge.me reviews left by CSI customers on their product pages. Names, star ratings, dates and products are as recorded by Judge.me; one longer review is shortened with an ellipsis and otherwise unedited.

Figures verified September 2026: load is treated as a percentage of the finished candle — a 120 g jar at 8% is 110.4 g wax + 9.6 g oil, a 150 g candle 138 g + 12 g, a 200 g candle 184 g + 16 g; some product pages express load as a percentage of wax weight instead. Blocks: 300 × 120 g = 2,880 g oil and 33.12 kg wax; 400 × 200 g = 6,400 g and 73.6 kg; 700 × 200 g = 11,200 g and 128.8 kg; 400 × 150 g = 4,800 g and 55.2 kg — totalling 1,800 candles, 25,280 g of oil and 290.72 kg of wax, about 302.35 kg with a 4% allowance. The 3–5% wax allowance for spills and top-ups is a planning figure, not a product specification. Fragrance order: Spicy Cinnamon 1 kg ₹6,499 × 5 = ₹32,495; Santal Noir 1 kg ₹9,120 × 4 = ₹36,480; Royal Apricot 1 kg ₹3,667 × 4 = ₹14,668; Lemongrass and Lime 1000 gm ₹5,200 × 5 = ₹26,000; Peach Melon Berry 1 kg ₹4,177.20 × 4 = ₹16,708.80; Fallen Leaves 1 kg ₹4,248 × 4 = ₹16,992 — 26 kg for ₹1,43,343.80, an average ₹5,513.22 a kilo (₹5.51322 a gram), giving ₹52.93 per 120 g jar, ₹66.16 per 150 g favour and ₹88.21 per 200 g candle. Wicks: Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) 1,000 ₹5,900 × 2 = ₹11,800, a flat ₹5.90 each at every pack size; Performance Wooden Wicks ₹59 each in 10s, ₹47.20 in 50s, ₹41.30 in 100s. Oil + wax + wick = ₹2,82,583.80, or ₹156.99 per candle across 1,800. Stated specifications as published: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 8–13% load, 10% recommended, add 80–90°C, pour 70–80°C, cure minimum 48 hours ideally 1–2 weeks; Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 up to 13%, melt 50–53°C, pour 58–60°C; Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no load and no temperatures; Royal Apricot candles 7–10% starting at 7%; Spicy Cinnamon and Santal Noir state a perfume rate of 20–25% and no candle load; Peach Melon Berry 8–10% per weight of wax; Fallen Leaves 6–10% for candles and 8–12% for wax melts; Lemongrass and Lime 6–10% for candles. Loads are formulation limits, not regulatory limits. Cure of 14–21 days for soy containers is standard practice. CSI publishes no MOQ, no volume-discount schedule, no shelf life, no storage specification and no transit time, courier, shipping rate or surcharge — none appears on this page. Diwali 2026 is 8 November; a 14–21 day cure gives a last useful pour date of 18–25 October. Bihu, Durga Puja, Christmas and the winter wedding season are named without dates because CSI cannot verify them. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
