Small-batch candle making has a natural rhythm. A kitchen or a small workshop can melt, pour and cool ten to fifty candles in a session, depending on jar size and equipment. Buying fragrance by the batch means working out exactly how many grams one batch takes and then buying the listed packs that cover it. The maths starts with the load: at 8%, a candle of total weight W holds W × 0.08 grams of oil. What each batch costs per candle

Here is the full material cost of a Sandalwood batch in each size: oil at the cheapest fit, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at 184 g per candle plus 5%, Eco Candle Wicks Thin C1 at ₹5.90 each, and White Matte Glass Jars at ₹70.80 each (packs of five, ₹354.00).

The per-candle cost falls from ₹292.55 to ₹282.36, a difference of ₹10.20. Almost none of that is a bulk discount. Wax is priced flat per kilo (₹599.00 for 1 kg, ₹2,995.00 for 5 kg), wicks cost ₹5.90 each in every pack, and jars ₹70.80 each. The saving comes from pack fit: the ten-candle batch buys 180 g of oil for 168 g of need and pays tester prices for 30 g of it, while the fifty-candle batch wastes only 10 g and uses no testers.
