Bulk fragrance buying is a sequence, not a single order: sample, burn test, buy kilos, then ask for a quote on the part that repeats. This page costs that whole sequence for a 300-candle festive run, gives you the six-line quote request that actually gets answered, and works the dates back from 8 November 2026.

the full staged path in listed prices — ₹532.42 of samples, ₹1,486.48 of burn-test bottles and ₹28,083.20 of production kilos for 300 candles across three scents · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
Where do I order fragrance oil in bulk from Patna? Online, at the same listed national prices as anywhere else, with bulk orders and quotes handled on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. There is no CSI shop, stockist or warehouse in Patna and no local price list — the catalogue and the prices are identical for every buyer in India.

How much oil does a bulk run need? At an 8% load a 200 g candle holds 16 g of oil, so 300 candles need 4.8 kg and 1,000 candles need 16 kg. Split across three scents, 300 candles is 1.6 kg per scent — which means two listed kilos of each, because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists.

What does the bulk order cost? In listed prices, ₹28,083.20 for six kilos across Sandalwood, Cinnamon Vanilla and Rajnigandha. Treat every multi-kilo multiplication as a ceiling — the most it can cost using packs anyone can buy today. What a standing order costs is a quote, and no blog should print it.

What should I send to get a quote? Six lines: the scents and kilos of each; one-off or repeating; the delivery city; whether you need a GST invoice; whether you need SDS or IFRA documentation; and your timeline. "8 kg Sandalwood and 4 kg Jasmine, repeating quarterly, delivering to Patna, GST invoice, SDS for both, first delivery by mid-October" gets a real answer.
The short answer
Stage the order, do not place it: ₹532.42 of 15 g bottles to shortlist, ₹1,486.48 of 100 g bottles to burn test, then kilos of the two or three that passed. Each stage is cheap relative to the one after it, which is the entire point.
Multiply, then ask: above 1 kg there is no listed pack, so the honest number is the multiplication — four kilos of Sandalwood is ₹20,107.20 — and that is a ceiling. A quote is a conversation about frequency, mix and invoicing, not a discount you are entitled to.
Order the wax in the same breath: 300 candles need 4.8 kg of oil and 55.2 kg of wax. Wax ladders reach 5 kg, 10 kg and on one wax 50 kg, so the wax half of a bulk order is combined packs, not a quote.
Working a bulk order backwards from Diwali, 8 November 2026 Samples ₹532.42 Burn test ₹1,486.48 Kilos ₹28,083.20 Pour 300 Cure 14–21 days 8 Nov 10+ weeks out 9–8 weeks out 7 weeks out · quote 5 weeks out 3 weeks out Chhath follows Five 15 g bottles · three 100 g bottles · six listed kilos across three scents · 4.8 kg of oil and 55.2 kg of wax for 300 candles of 200 g at 8%. Week positions are a planning schedule, not a delivery estimate — CSI publishes no delivery times, so add your own buffer to each gap.
Bar length is the stage, not the spend; the figures are listed prices. The only fixed point on the line is 8 November 2026, with Chhath in the days immediately after. Everything else is counted backwards from it, and the two gaps that cannot be compressed are the 14 to 21 day cure and whatever buffer you allow for the parcel — because no supplier publishes a delivery time and this page will not invent one.
Straight answer
How does a maker in Patna order candle fragrance oil in bulk, and in what order should the money go out?
You order online at listed national prices and take anything above the listed kilo to the WhatsApp bulk line; there is no CSI shop or stockist in Patna. The sequence matters more than the supplier. Stage one is five 15 g bottles — Rajnigandha ₹90, Sandalwood ₹93.22, Jasmine ₹103, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹106.20 and Gilli Mitti ₹140 — ₹532.42 to shortlist five genuinely different structures. Stage two is 100 g of the three survivors, ₹1,486.48, which pours ten 120 g test jars each at 8% and ends in a cured burn test. Stage three is the production kilos: 300 candles of 200 g at 8% need 4.8 kg of oil, so 1.6 kg per scent, which is two listed kilos each — ₹28,083.20 for six kilos. Stage four is the quote, for the part that repeats. The whole staged path is ₹30,102.10 in listed prices, and the first two stages are 6.7% of it, which is what you pay to avoid buying the wrong kilos. Order the wax in the same week: those 300 candles need 55.2 kg, and wax packs reach 5 kg, 10 kg and on one wax 50 kg, so that half is combined listed packs rather than a quote.
One line: spend ₹2,018.90 proving a recipe before you spend ₹28,083.20 producing from it, and send a six-line quote request for whatever repeats.
Starting the sequence? Rajnigandha 15 gm ₹90, Sandalwood 15 gm ₹93.22, Jasmine 15 gm ₹103, Cinnamon Vanilla 15 g ₹106.20 and Gilli Mitti 15 g ₹140 — five structures for ₹532.42.

The four-stage bulk path, costed

A bulk order is not a big order. It is the last order in a short series, and the first three are cheap.

Here is the whole path for a 300-candle festive run built on three scents, priced from live listings. The rule behind it is simple: each stage should cost a small fraction of the next one, and each should answer a question the next one depends on. Stages one and two together are ₹2,018.90 — about 7% of the production order — and they are the difference between six kilos of proven recipe and six kilos of hope.

The staged bulk order · CSI live pricing, September 2026
What each stage buys, what it costs, and the question it answers
Stage What you buy Cost The question it answers
1 · Shortlist Five 15 g bottles across five structures: Rajnigandha ₹90, Sandalwood ₹93.22, Jasmine ₹103, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹106.20, Gilli Mitti ₹140 ₹532.42 Which three of these would a customer in this market actually pay for?
2 · Prove 100 g of the three survivors: Sandalwood ₹502.68, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹483.80, Rajnigandha ₹500 ₹1,486.48 Does each one burn cleanly at a load inside both stated ceilings, and does it discolour my glass?
3 · Produce Two 1 kg bottles of each proven scent — six kilos: Sandalwood ₹10,053.60, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹9,109.60, Rajnigandha ₹8,920 ₹28,083.20 Can I fill 300 candles without reordering mid-run?
4 · Repeat A quote for the part that recurs — kilos per quarter, GST invoicing, documentation on file Quote only What does this cost me every season, and who confirms it in writing?
Stages 1–3 total ₹30,102.10 Stages 1 and 2 are 6.7% of the total
Worked out above: 300 candles of 200 g at an 8% load need 300 × 16 g = 4,800 g of oil, so 1,600 g per scent across three scents. Because 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack, 1.6 kg becomes two listed kilos — 6 kg bought for 4.8 kg needed, a deliberate 1.2 kg of headroom that covers spills, top-ups and a fourth scent trial. Stage 3 = 2 × (₹5,026.80 + ₹4,554.80 + ₹4,460) = ₹28,083.20. Stages 1 + 2 = ₹532.42 + ₹1,486.48 = ₹2,018.90, and 2,018.90 ÷ 30,102.10 = 6.71%.
The mistake: skipping stage two because the 15 g bottles smelled good. A 15 g bottle tells you what an oil smells like cold, in a bottle, in your hand. It cannot tell you what it smells like at hour two of a burn, whether it browns your white glass by week three, or whether your wick can carry it at 10%. Fifteen grams at 8% does not even fill one 200 g candle. The 100 g rung exists precisely to answer those questions, and on most listings it costs almost nothing more per kilogram than the kilo does — a median of 1.01 times the kilo rate across the range. Skipping it saves ₹1,486.48 and risks ₹28,083.20.

What to test before you buy kilos

Stage two is the only stage that produces evidence, so it is worth running properly. The layout below changes one variable at a time and finishes with a number you can put on a purchase order. Everything else — wax, jar, wick size, add temperature, pour temperature — stays fixed and written down.

1
Fix the working load from both product pages firstTake the lower of the oil's stated ceiling and your wax's. On CSI 464 (stated up to 10%) with Sandalwood (stated up to 10% for soy) the working ceiling is 10%, but pour the test at 8% so every scent is compared on the same footing. Write both source numbers on the sheet.
2
Pour ten 120 g jars per scentAt 8% each jar is 9.6 g of oil and 110.4 g of wax, so one 100 g bottle covers ten jars with a little spare. Thirty jars across three scents is enough for two wick sizes, two burn dates and a spare in each set — and it is the smallest batch that produces comparable data.
3
Pour half of each set in your actual retail glassThis is the step most makers skip and most regret. If your festive range is white or clear glass, pour five of the ten in it and keep an unscented jar alongside as a control. Vanilla, tonka, patchouli and amber notes are the usual culprits and several pages warn about them in writing — see why some vanilla fragrance oils turn wax yellow.
4
Cure 14 to 21 days, with lids onA soy container candle needs that cure on top of whatever the oil page states — 48 to 72 hours on many of them. Do not judge throw before it. This single gap is why a bulk order has to be placed weeks before the pour and the pour weeks before the sale.
5
Burn, score, and check the colour separatelyBurn each jar up to three hours in a closed room and record minutes to a full melt pool, flame height, soot and throw at 30 and 120 minutes. Then look at the retail-glass jars against the control in daylight. A scent can pass the burn and fail the glass; they are two different decisions. The scoring method is in how to test hot throw before launching a candle fragrance.
6
Convert the winners into a purchase order in gramsWrite it as "300 candles × 16 g = 4.8 kg; three scents × 1.6 kg; two listed kilos each; wax 300 × 184 g = 55.2 kg plus 5% = 57.96 kg". A purchase order in grams cannot be argued with, and it is also exactly the information a quote request needs.
Test in the season you will sell in, if you possibly can
A recipe proven in a cool January room and poured for sale in a Patna June is not the same candle. Soy cools slowly into hot air and sets soft; poured into cold glass in winter it contracts away from the vessel and shows wet spots. Neither is a fragrance fault, and neither is a reason to change oils — but both change what a customer sees. If your festive run is poured in October, run the burn test in September rather than in the previous spring, and keep one jar from every batch as a dated reference. Background: wet spots, sinkholes and the pouring-temperature truth.

The quote request, line by line

"Best price on fragrance oils?" is a question nobody can answer. Six lines make it answerable in one reply.

Above the listed 1 kg pack there is no published price, so what you are asking for is a calculation. A calculation needs inputs. The table is the six inputs, why each one changes the answer, and what a useless version of the same line looks like.

What to put in a bulk quote request
Six lines, why each matters, and the version that wastes a week
Line Write this Why it changes the answer
Scents and kilos "8 kg Sandalwood, 4 kg Jasmine, 4 kg Rajnigandha" Different oils sit at different price points; a mixed 16 kg is not the same as 16 kg of one scent. Not "about 15 kg of assorted"
One-off or repeating "Repeating each quarter from October" Frequency is the single biggest input into any bulk calculation. Not "maybe regular"
Delivery city "Delivering to Patna" It affects the logistics side of the calculation. Nothing about it is published, which is exactly why it has to be asked
GST invoicing "GST invoice required, GSTIN to follow" Business invoicing is arranged per order on the bulk line rather than through a portal
Documentation "SDS and IFRA documentation needed for Sandalwood and Jasmine" Supplied per named oil on request. "Send all your certificates" is not a request anyone can fulfil
Timeline "First delivery needed by mid-October for a Diwali run" It tells the supplier whether the conversation is urgent. It is not a delivery commitment and none is published

Put together, that is one message: "Hi CSI — 8 kg Sandalwood, 4 kg Jasmine and 4 kg Rajnigandha, repeating each quarter from October, delivering to Patna. GST invoice required and SDS plus IFRA documentation needed for Sandalwood and Jasmine. First delivery needed by mid-October for a Diwali run." It is answerable in a single reply, and it tells you something about the supplier either way — because how a supplier handles a precise question is the best available preview of how they will handle your reorder.

Do not ask for a number before you have a recipe. A quote built on "16 kg of assorted florals" has to be rewritten the moment your burn test changes the scent mix, and rewriting it costs you the week you were trying to save. Run stages one and two first, then quote the exact scents in the exact kilos. And treat the listed multiplication as your fallback: four kilos of Sandalwood is ₹20,107.20 and three kilos of Jasmine is ₹11,769 — prices anyone can buy at today, which means you never need a quote to place an order.

Three oils worth staging an order around

Chosen because each carries the full ladder from a 15 g trial to a 1 kg production bottle, so the whole four-stage path happens on one listing. Each card shows every size with the price per kilogram at that rung and how many 200 g candles at 8% each pack fills, at 16 g of oil per candle.

1
The cheapest entry in the guide · Indian floral
Rajnigandha (Tuberose) Fragrance Oil
A heady Indian white floral with the lowest trial price of any oil in this staged path — ₹90 for 15 g. Its page states a recommended fragrance load of 6-10% for candles and 10-15% for wax melts, and a pyramid of dewy greens and crisp apple over creamy tuberose, jasmine and ylang ylang, on soft musk and sandalwood; it describes it as ideal for bedrooms, prayer rooms, spas and evening candle collections, which is close to a description of the Indian festive gifting market. No flash point and no vanillin figure are published, so the glass-colour test in stage two is not optional. Its kilo at ₹4,460 is genuinely cheaper per kilogram than its 500 g rung at ₹4,600, so buy the kilo when it passes.

50 gm ₹250 ₹5,000 ≈3

2
Measured flash point · 0% vanillin
Jasmine Fragrance Oil
The safest floral to commit kilos to, because the page answers the questions a bulk buyer has to answer for a client. It states "Up to 10% for soy wax" with a 48-72 hour cure and up to 6% for paraffin, a measured flashpoint of 185°C, and "Vanillin content 0% - no discolouration or yellowing in wax" — which means white and cream glass stays white and cream, the single most useful fact for a hamper range. The profile is stated as "Sweet, floral, and exotic jasmine" with a "Subtle musk" undertone. Entry is 15 g at ₹103; the kilo is ₹3,923, and three kilos comes to ₹11,769 at the listed ceiling.

Publishes its own discolouration risk · three reviews
Roasted Coffee Fragrance Oil
A gourmand that tells you its downside before you find it. The page states "Vanillin content Present - test in white wax before full batch production", a load of "6-10% for soy wax candles, cure 48-72 hours" with 6-8% for paraffin, a measured flashpoint of ~191-193°C, and a pyramid of fresh coffee beans over dark chocolate and rich espresso, on vanilla and caramel. It carries three published reviews, which only 19 listings in the range do. At ₹3,738 a kilogram it is one of the cheapest gourmands with a live kilo, and it is the kind of scent that sells to a different customer from the florals — useful when a bulk run has to cover a mixed gifting list rather than one taste.

The CSI principle
Bulk is a sequence. The only order that should be large is the last one.
Every expensive fragrance mistake in this trade has the same shape: a large order placed before a cured burn test. The sequence costs ₹2,018.90 and about three weeks. The mistake costs ₹28,083.20 and a season.

The other half: wax, wicks and jars in bulk

Fragrance is the expensive half of a candle by the gram and the small half by the kilo. Those 300 candles need 4.8 kg of oil and 55.2 kg of wax, and the wax side behaves completely differently in bulk because the ladders go much further: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks list to 10 kg, CSI 464 to 10 kg, and Natural Soy Pearl Wax as far as 50 kg. So the wax half of a bulk order is a combination of listed packs, not a quote.

Wax for 300 candles of 200 g · combined listed packs · September 2026

Natural Soy Pearl Wax 1 × 50 kg at ₹21,240 + 2 × 5 kg at ₹2,124 60 kg ₹25,488
Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 5 × 10 kg at ₹6,370 + 1 × 5 kg at ₹3,185 + 3 × 1 kg at ₹650 58 kg ₹36,985
Worked out above: 300 candles × 184 g = 55,200 g = 55.2 kg; with a 5% planning allowance for spills and top-ups, 57.96 kg, rounded up to the nearest combination of listed packs. Natural Soy Pearl Wax lists a 50 kg pack at ₹21,240 and steps its per-kilo price down to ₹424.80 from 5 kg upward, which is why its combination is the cheapest here; its page states no fragrance load or temperatures, so it needs its own burn test before a 50 kg commitment. Wicks and vessels are additional: Eco Candle Wicks in Thin (C1) are ₹5.90 each in every listed pack from 10 to 1,000 wicks, so 300 wicks is ₹1,770 at a flat rate; the Thick (C2) sizes are ₹9.44 each on the same flat basis.

Two conclusions a bulk buyer should take from that table. First, the wax bill on a 300-candle run is the same order of magnitude as the fragrance bill and often larger — ₹25,488 to ₹36,985 against ₹28,083.20 of oil, and that is before jars. Second, the wax half genuinely rewards larger packs where the oil half does not: CSI 468 steps down from ₹650 to ₹637 a kilo at 5 kg, and Natural Soy Pearl from ₹450 to ₹424.80. On most fragrance oils the per-kilogram price is flat from 100 g upward. So the sensible bulk habit is buy wax by the biggest listed pack you will use, and buy oil by the recipe.

Ready for stage three? Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 10 kg ₹5,999, CSI 464 10 kg ₹5,074, Natural Soy Pearl Wax 50 kg ₹21,240 and Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) at ₹5.90 each — with fragrance kilos from ₹2,832. For anything above a listed pack, send the quote request.

Staging it against the Patna calendar

The only immovable date in this plan is the sale. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, with Chhath in the days immediately after it and the wedding weeks behind that, so a single festive stretch carries most of the year's gifting volume — and it arrives after a monsoon during which very little sells. That shape makes the ordering rhythm here unusually front-loaded compared with a city that sells evenly all year.

Counting backwards from 8 November 2026
What has to happen when, and which gaps cannot be compressed
Working back What happens Can it be compressed?
Ten weeks or more out Stage one: five 15 g bottles, shortlist to three Yes — but only if you already know the market you are selling to
Nine to eight weeks out Stage two: three 100 g bottles, thirty test jars poured No. The cure sits inside this window
Seven weeks out Burn test scored; stage three kilos ordered and the quote request sent for the repeating part Partly — the order can be placed sooner if the recipe was proven last season
Five weeks out The 300-candle pour, on a frozen recipe Yes, with more hands. This is the one genuinely elastic step
Three weeks to one week out Cure 14 to 21 days, lids on, away from light No. This is the hard constraint in the whole plan
The final week Labelling, boxing, delivery to customers; Chhath orders follow immediately after Diwali Yes, but it is also when everything else is happening

Two practical notes about the Patna weeks specifically. The Chhath orders arrive after Diwali and are often placed late, so hold back some finished stock of one restrained, traditional scent rather than selling out entirely into Diwali — a sandalwood or a composed floral rather than a novelty gourmand. And plan the pour around the weather you will actually have: candles poured into a warm October room cool slowly and should be left to set fully before they are boxed, because a candle boxed warm is a candle with a marked surface. How early candle brands should order fragrance oils for Diwali covers the runway in more detail, and how much fragrance oil 500 Diwali candles need scales the same arithmetic up.

Every bulk order is placed against a date. Find the date first, count backwards, and the order size stops being a guess.

Above a kilo: the ceiling and the conversation

One kilogram is the largest fragrance size CSI lists on any of the 107 listings. There is no 5 kg and no 10 kg bottle, and a page that invented one would be inventing a price. So above a kilo there are exactly two honest numbers: the ceiling, which is the listed kilo multiplied, and the quote, which depends on your kilos, your mix, your frequency and your invoicing. The ceiling is useful precisely because it is unconditional — it is a price you can build a costing on without speaking to anyone.

Listed ceilings above 1 kg · September 2026
What multi-kilo quantities cost at listed prices, and how many candles they fill at 8%
Quantity Listed ceiling 200 g candles at 8%
4 kg Sandalwood 4 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹20,107.20 250
6 kg Sandalwood 6 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹30,160.80 375
3 kg Jasmine 3 × ₹3,923 = ₹11,769 187
4 kg Rajnigandha 4 × ₹4,460 = ₹17,840 250
5 kg Citrus Lemon 5 × ₹2,832 = ₹14,160 312
16 kg mixed, for 1,000 candles Depends entirely on the mix — multiply each scent's kilo 1,000

A few commercial facts to hold alongside those numbers. CSI publishes no minimum order quantity — the floor is the smallest listed size, 15 g on 50 listings — so nothing stops a small Patna maker buying at exactly the same prices as a large one. No delivery time, courier arrangement or shipping rate is published anywhere, which is why every schedule on this page includes a buffer you set yourself. And sixteen listings currently show a sold-out 1 kg, so check that the kilo you are planning around is live before the label copy is written. Bulk pricing, GST invoicing and SDS or IFRA documentation on a named oil are all handled on the bulk line on +91 7397976926.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies candle raw materials — wax, fragrance oils, wicks, jars, moulds, dyes, additives and equipment — and does not sell finished candles. A supplier writing about bulk ordering has every incentive to shorten the path to the big order. This page does the opposite: it tells you to spend ₹2,018.90 on samples and burn-test bottles first, and it prints the multiplication ceiling above a kilo so you can place an order without ever asking us for a price. A maker whose first bulk order works reorders every season; one who buys six kilos of an untested recipe usually does not.

Every price, pack size and quoted specification here comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing and availability take precedence. Every computed figure shows its working. Loads, cure times, flash points and vanillin lines are quoted only where the product page states them; where a page states nothing, this guide says so. Seasonal descriptions are general material behaviour you can verify on your own bench, with no temperature or humidity statistics claimed for Patna.

CSI ships across India and takes bulk orders on WhatsApp. We publish no delivery times, courier arrangements, shipping rates or minimum order quantities, and there is no CSI shop, stockist or warehouse in Patna — orders are placed online and go to your address. The week-by-week schedule on this page is a planning framework, not a delivery commitment. For a quote above the listed packs, GST invoicing, or SDS and IFRA documentation on a named oil, message +91 7397976926.

What is the largest quantity of fragrance oil I can order?
1 kg is the largest listed pack on all 107 fragrance-oil listings. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg bottle. Above a kilo you order multiple kilos at the listed price and treat the total as a ceiling — four kilos of Sandalwood is ₹20,107.20, five of Citrus Lemon is ₹14,160. For a recurring requirement, send the scents, kilos, frequency and delivery city and ask for a quote.
How much fragrance oil and wax do 300 candles need?
At an 8% load a 200 g candle is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax, so 300 candles need 4.8 kg of oil and 55.2 kg of wax — 57.96 kg with a 5% allowance for spills and top-ups. Across three scents that is 1.6 kg of oil each, so two listed kilos per scent. In listed prices the oil comes to ₹28,083.20 for six kilos and the wax to between ₹25,488 and ₹36,985 depending on which wax and which pack combination you choose.
Is there a minimum order for bulk fragrance oil?
No — CSI publishes no minimum order quantity. The practical floor is the smallest listed size, which is 15 g on 50 listings, from ₹68.44. That means a maker pouring forty candles a month buys at exactly the same listed prices as one pouring four hundred. There is also no sample or discovery pack, so a trial bench is something you assemble from listed sizes — five 15 g bottles across five structures comes to ₹532.42.
What should I send to get a bulk quote?
Six lines: the scents and kilos of each, whether it repeats, the delivery city, whether you need a GST invoice, whether you need SDS or IFRA documentation, and your timeline. A message like "8 kg Sandalwood, 4 kg Jasmine, 4 kg Rajnigandha, repeating quarterly from October, delivering to Patna, GST invoice, SDS for both florals, first delivery by mid-October" is answerable in one reply. "Best price on fragrance oils?" is not, from anybody.
How far ahead of Diwali should the bulk order go in?
Count backwards from the sale. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, with Chhath in the days after, and the one gap you cannot compress is the 14 to 21 day cure that is standard practice for soy container candles — on top of the 48 to 72 hours several oil pages state. That puts a 300-candle pour around five weeks out and the kilo order around seven, with the samples and burn test before that. Since no delivery time is published anywhere, add your own buffer to each gap.
Stage it, then scale it

Figures verified September 2026: Stage 1 — 15 g bottles of Rajnigandha ₹90, Sandalwood ₹93.22, Jasmine ₹103, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹106.20 and Gilli Mitti ₹140 = ₹532.42. Stage 2 — 100 g bottles of Sandalwood ₹502.68, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹483.80 and Rajnigandha ₹500 = ₹1,486.48. Stage 3 — two 1 kg bottles each of Sandalwood ₹5,026.80, Cinnamon Vanilla ₹4,554.80 and Rajnigandha ₹4,460, so 2 × ₹14,041.60 = ₹28,083.20. Stages 1–3 = ₹30,102.10, and stages 1 + 2 = ₹2,018.90, which is 6.71% of the total. Candle maths: load is a share of finished candle weight, so a 200 g candle at 8% is 184 g of wax and 16 g of oil (some product pages phrase their percentage as a share of total wax weight instead); 300 candles need 4,800 g of oil and 55,200 g of wax, or 57.96 kg of wax with a 5% planning allowance; ten 120 g test jars at 8% take 9.6 g of oil and 110.4 g of wax each, so a 100 g bottle covers ten with a little spare. Wax pack combinations: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 5 × 10 kg ₹5,999 + 500 g ₹299 = 55.5 kg for ₹30,294, or 5 × 10 kg + 5 kg ₹2,995 + 3 × 1 kg ₹599 = 58 kg for ₹34,787; CSI 464 5 × 10 kg ₹5,074 + 5 kg ₹2,537 + 3 × 1 kg ₹507.40 = 58 kg for ₹29,429.20; Natural Soy Pearl Wax 50 kg ₹21,240 + 2 × 5 kg ₹2,124 = 60 kg for ₹25,488; Premium Coconut Soy CSI 468 5 × 10 kg ₹6,370 + 5 kg ₹3,185 + 3 × 1 kg ₹650 = 58 kg for ₹36,985. Natural Soy Pearl Wax steps to ₹424.80 per kg from 5 kg upward and CSI 468 to ₹637 from 5 kg upward; its page states melt 50–53°C and pour 58–60°C, while Natural Soy Pearl Wax states no load or temperatures. Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) are ₹5.90 each in every listed pack from 10 to 1,000 wicks, so 300 wicks is ₹1,770; Thick (C2) is ₹9.44 each on the same flat basis. Listed multi-kilo ceilings: Sandalwood 4 × ₹5,026.80 = ₹20,107.20 and 6 × = ₹30,160.80; Jasmine 3 × ₹3,923 = ₹11,769; Rajnigandha 4 × ₹4,460 = ₹17,840; Citrus Lemon 5 × ₹2,832 = ₹14,160. Candle counts per quantity are the oil weight ÷ 16 g, rounded down. Quoted page text: Rajnigandha "Recommended fragrance load is 6-10% for candles and 10-15% for wax melts"; Jasmine "Up to 10% for soy wax", "Flashpoint 185°C", "Vanillin content 0% - no discolouration or yellowing in wax"; Roasted Coffee "6-10% for soy wax candles, cure 48-72 hours", "Flashpoint ~191-193°C", "Vanillin content Present - test in white wax before full batch production"; Sandalwood "Up to 10% for soy wax, cure 48-72 hours". Rajnigandha's 500 gm rung is ₹2,300, which is ₹4,600 per kg against ₹4,460 for its kilo. Across the range 1 kg is the largest listed fragrance pack, 16 listings currently show a sold-out 1 kg, 19 listings carry published reviews, and the median 100 g rung costs 1.01 times the kilo rate. A 14–21 day cure for soy container candles is standard practice; Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November 2026 and Chhath follows in the days after it. The week-by-week schedule is a planning framework, not a delivery estimate; CSI publishes no delivery times, courier arrangements, shipping rates or minimum order quantities.
