Keeping month six's jars identical to month one's
A business buying 10 kg a month is really buying the same candle twelve times. The wax price is predictable: ₹5,074.00 for a 10 kg bag of CSI 464, ₹4,248.00 for Natural Soy Pearl Wax, and ₹5,990.00 for Luxury Soy Wax Chunks bought as two 5 kg bags. What needs managing is sameness.
A one-line log for every bag
Give every bag a line in a notebook or spreadsheet: the date it arrived, the product name as invoiced, the date you opened it and the candles poured from it. Beside that, note the fragrance oil and which bottle, the wick, the temperatures you added oil and poured at, and the room conditions that day. It takes two minutes a batch. It is the only way to answer “what changed?” when a regular customer says this month's candle is different.
A reference candle from every bag
Keep one candle from each bag, unsold, labelled with the bag's arrival date. When a new bag arrives, pour a few candles with the identical recipe and, after the cure, burn one beside last month's reference. If they match, pour the month. If they do not, you have found the problem before fifty-four jars carry it.
Resist the mid-year switch
A cheaper wax can look tempting halfway through a year. Moving from CSI 464 to Pearl lowers the wax in a 200 g jar from ₹93.36 to ₹78.16, but it restarts your testing of wick, load, surface and throw. Make that switch deliberately, with a trial bag, in a quiet month, and never in the weeks before Diwali.

Assumptions: Fragrance load 8% of total candle weight, so wax is 92% of the fill (a 200 g candle = 184 g wax + 16 g oil). Order plans add a 5% wastage allowance (10% where stated for festive buffers).
