Candle Business Guides · Ranchi × bulk
Most bulk advice assumes the only question is how big the order should be. For a maker in Ranchi with one festive window and finite cash, the real question is how many payments it takes — and on CSI's fragrance ladders the answer turns out to be almost free. This guide prices a 600-candle run three ways and names the one rung where splitting starts to cost real money.
₹7
the entire extra cost of buying the same 9.6 kg of fragrance oil — 600 candles of 200 g at an 8% load — in two orders instead of one: ₹41,713.52 against ₹41,706.52 · three orders costs about ₹30 more per equivalent gram, five paise a candle · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
Where does a Ranchi maker order fragrance oil in bulk? Online, from a national supplier, because there is no candle-supplies counter to walk into here. CSI lists every fragrance oil from 15 g up to 1 kg, ships across India and takes bulk orders on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. There is no stockist, no branch and no local warehouse, and no delivery promise is published.

How much oil does a 600-candle run need? At 200 g and an 8% load, 16 g per candle — 9.6 kg of oil and 110.4 kg of wax. Across three scents that is 3.2 kg each, which is three 1 kg bottles plus two 100 g bottles per scent.

Does buying it all at once save money? Barely. The same 9.6 kg costs ₹41,706.52 in one order and ₹41,713.52 in two — a difference of ₹7. In three orders it costs ₹43,040.88 but buys 9.9 kg, so the penalty per usable gram is about ₹30 across the whole run. Cash flexibility is nearly free here.

Where does splitting actually cost you? Below 500 g. Buying 3.2 kg of Citrus Lemon in 50 g bottles costs ₹10,880 instead of ₹9,096, and in 15 gm bottles ₹17,423.88 — 92% above the kilo rate. Split the money as often as you like; never split the pack.
The short answer
Split the money, not the pack. Two or three tranches of whole kilos cost you a rupee or two. Dropping to 100 g bottles costs up to 5.9% more per gram, 50 g up to 20%, and 15 g bottles between 23% and 92%. The rung is the price; the number of orders is not.
Concentrate, then diversify. A 600-candle run in three scents buys kilos. The same run in twelve scents cannot — 800 g per scent means 500 g plus 100 g bottles, and now you are paying the small-rung premium on the whole order.
One kilo is the ceiling, not the floor. CSI lists nothing above 1 kg on any fragrance oil. Three kilos is three bottles at the listed rate, and that listed rate is the ceiling for a larger quantity — the quote is a separate conversation and we will not guess it here.

The rung is the price · 3.2 kg of Citrus Lemon bought five ways 3 × 1 kg + 2 × 100 g ₹9,096 · ₹2.842 / g 7 × 500 gm (3.5 kg) ₹9,940 · ₹2.840 / g — 300 g spare 32 × 100 gm ₹9,600 · ₹3.000 / g — 5.9% more 64 × 50 gm ₹10,880 · ₹3.400 / g — 20% more 214 × 15 gm ₹17,423.88 · ₹5.428 / g — 92% more Bar length is the price per gram. Number of orders changes almost nothing; the rung you buy changes everything. One order ₹41,706.52 · two orders ₹41,713.52 · three orders ₹43,040.88 for 9.9 kg — across three scents.
Citrus Lemon is the steepest ladder of the four oils used in this guide, so it shows the effect most clearly. On Apple Cinnamon the per-gram price is identical at 50 gm, 100 gm, 500 gm and 1 kg — which is exactly why you have to check each oil rather than trusting a rule.
Straight answer
How should a Ranchi maker order fragrance oil in bulk, and does ordering it all at once save money?
Order online from a national supplier — there is no candle-supplies counter in Ranchi, and CSI publishes no stockist, branch or delivery promise here, only that it ships across India and takes bulk orders on WhatsApp. Then do the arithmetic before the shopping. A 600-candle run at 200 g and an 8% load needs 9.6 kg of fragrance oil and 110.4 kg of wax; across three scents that is 3.2 kg each. Bought as three 1 kg bottles plus two 100 g bottles per scent, Citrus Lemon, Apple Cinnamon and Bergamot Amber come to ₹41,706.52. Now the useful finding: buying the identical 9.6 kg in two orders costs ₹41,713.52 — seven rupees more. In three orders it costs ₹43,040.88, but that buys 9.9 kg, so the penalty per usable gram is about ₹30 across the run, five paise a candle. On these ladders there is no price reason to commit all the cash in September. There is a price reason not to go below 500 g: the same 3.2 kg of Citrus Lemon in 50 gm bottles costs ₹10,880 and in 15 gm bottles ₹17,423.88. Above 1 kg nothing is listed — three kilos is three bottles, the listed rate is your ceiling, and larger or repeating volumes are quoted on WhatsApp.
One line: decide the kilos from the candle count, buy them in as many tranches as your cash needs, and never let a tranche drop below a 500 g bottle.
Costing a 600-candle run? Citrus Lemon 1 kg at ₹2,832, Apple Cinnamon 1 kg at ₹4,743.60, Bergamot Amber 1 kg at ₹5,437 and Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 10 kg at ₹5,999 — the whole run from one order.

600 candles into kilos and bottles

Every bulk order that goes wrong went wrong in a candle count, weeks before anybody opened a website.

Bulk is not a size of order; it is the point at which you stop buying bottles and start buying quantities. So the first number is never a price. It is the candle count, then the grams, then the packs. Fragrance load here is calculated as a share of the finished candle, the convention used across this series: a 200 g candle at 8% is 184 g of wax and 16 g of oil.

Run size into raw material · 200 g candles at an 8% load
Five run sizes, the oil and wax they consume, and how many 1 kg bottles that is
Run Oil needed Oil with a 5% allowance 1 kg bottles (3 scents) Wax needed Wax packs (Luxury Soy Wax Chunks)
200 candles 3.2 kg 3.36 kg 3 bottles + 3 × 100 g 36.8 kg 3 × 10 kg + 1 × 5 kg + 2 × 1 kg
400 candles 6.4 kg 6.72 kg 6 bottles + 6 × 100 g 73.6 kg 7 × 10 kg + 4 × 1 kg
600 candles 9.6 kg 10.08 kg 9 bottles + 6 × 100 g 110.4 kg 11 × 10 kg + 1 × 500 g
1,000 candles 16 kg 16.8 kg 15 bottles + 3 × 500 g 184 kg 18 × 10 kg + 4 × 1 kg
1,500 candles 24 kg 25.2 kg 24 bottles, no top-ups needed 276 kg 27 × 10 kg + 6 × 1 kg
Worked out above: oil = candles × 16 g; wax = candles × 184 g. 600 × 16 g = 9,600 g and 600 × 184 g = 110,400 g. The 5% allowance is this guide's planning figure for spills, jug residue and top-ups, not a CSI specification. Wax packs use Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at 1 kg ₹599, 5 kg ₹2,995 and 10 kg ₹5,999 — 11 × 10 kg plus one 500 g pack comes to ₹66,288 for 110.5 kg. The same wax weight in Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 at ₹5,074 per 10 kg comes to ₹56,074, which is ₹10,214 less across the run — a reminder that on a 600-candle order the wax decision is larger in rupees than any single fragrance decision.
The mistake: budgeting the load you intend to pour rather than the load you will actually pour. Almost every maker who plans a run at 8% ends up pouring some of it at 9% or 10%, because the first burn test was quiet and there is a deadline. Oil at 10% in a 200 g candle is 20 g, not 16 — a 25% jump, which on 600 candles is 2.4 extra kilos and, on Bergamot Amber, ₹13,048.80 of unbudgeted fragrance. Fix the load before you fix the order, and if the number is genuinely uncertain, budget the top of the range and be pleasantly surprised. Why a higher load does not reliably mean a stronger candle: why more fragrance oil doesn't always mean stronger candles.

The same order, funded three ways

Here is the question nobody costs. You need 9.6 kg for the run. You could buy it in one payment, in two, or in three — and the received wisdom is that the first is cheapest because bulk is cheaper. On CSI's fragrance ladders that wisdom is wrong by a margin so small it is almost funny.

9.6 kg across three scents, three funding plans · CSI live pricing, September 2026
What each plan costs, what it commits per payment, and the penalty per usable gram
Plan Packs per scent Oil bought Total Committed per payment Per gram
A — one order 3 × 1 kg + 2 × 100 g 9.6 kg ₹41,706.52 ₹41,706.52 ₹4.3444
B — two orders 1 kg + 500 g + 100 g, twice 9.6 kg ₹41,713.52 ₹20,856.76 ₹4.3452
C — three orders 1 kg + 100 g, three times 9.9 kg ₹43,040.88 ₹14,346.96 ₹4.3476
B against A Identical quantity Same 9.6 kg +₹7 Half the exposure +₹0.0008
C against A 300 g more oil +0.3 kg +₹1,334.36 of cash A third of the exposure +₹0.0032, about ₹30 on 9.6 kg

Read the last two rows carefully, because they say different things. Plan B buys exactly the same 9.6 kg as Plan A and costs ₹7 more in total — less than a 15 gm bottle of anything. Plan C spends ₹1,334.36 more cash, but it also brings home 300 g of extra oil you did not need; measured per usable gram the penalty is about ₹30 across the whole run, or five paise a candle. One oddity worth noticing: on Bergamot Amber, Plan B is actually one rupee cheaper than Plan A, because the 500 g rung is fractionally better per gram than a 100 g top-up.

What that means in practice is that the argument for a single large order is not price. It is administration — one payment, one invoice, one thing to track, one set of bottles arriving together so your labelling and decanting happen once. Those are good reasons. "It is cheaper in bulk" is not one of them, at these quantities, on these ladders. If your cash is tight in September and better in October, split it, and stop feeling that you are paying a premium for prudence.

Check it on your own three scents before you rely on it
The ₹7 figure belongs to these three oils at these quantities. Ladders differ: the per-gram price is identical from 50 gm to 1 kg on Apple Cinnamon, falls all the way down the ladder on Citrus Lemon, and has a 500 g rung slightly better than the kilo on Bergamot Amber and Dark Vanilla Oud. Two divisions per rung — pack price ÷ grams — and you will know your own answer in five minutes. The full per-oil ladder across the range is in wholesale candle fragrance oils delivered to Ranchi.

The rung floor: where splitting gets expensive

Splitting an order is cheap. Splitting a pack is not. The table below buys the same 3.2 kg of each of four oils five different ways: kilos with 100 g top-ups, then nothing but 500 g bottles, nothing but 100 g, nothing but 50 g, and nothing but 15 g. The grams differ slightly where a rung does not divide evenly, so compare the per-gram column, not the total.

15 g only (214 bottles) ₹5.428 · +91.7% ₹6.215 · +31.0% ₹7.001 · +28.8% ₹7.001 · +23.0% Never. The 15 g bottle is for your nose, not your jug

This is the whole thesis in one table. At 500 g and above, every one of these four oils costs essentially its kilo rate. Below that, the penalty appears and it is wildly uneven — nothing at all on Apple Cinnamon, 92% on Citrus Lemon at the bottom rung. So the rule for a bulk order is not "buy as much as possible"; it is "never buy a quantity that forces you below a 500 g bottle".

Which is also, quietly, an argument about how many scents your run should have. Nine hundred and sixty grams of oil per scent — what you get if you spread 9.6 kg across ten scents — cannot be bought in kilos. Three scents can. That is not a rule about taste; it is a rule about rungs.

The mistake: spreading a bulk order across too many scents to hedge your bets. It feels safer — if one scent flops, the others carry the season. What it actually does is push every line of the order down a rung, so you pay the small-bottle premium ten times over and end up with ten part-used bottles and no kilo of anything. Hedge in the test phase, where 15 g bottles are exactly the right tool, and concentrate in the production phase. The test-then-buy sequence is worked through in where to order candle fragrance oils in bulk in Patna.

Four oils that scale cleanly

Four listings whose ladders behave well at bulk quantities, covering a citrus workhorse, a festive spice, a year-round unisex and a premium anchor. Each card shows every listed size, the price per kilo at that rung and how many 200 g candles at 8% it pours.

Citrus Lemon Fragrance Oil
The cheapest per gram of the four and the one where the rung matters most: ₹2.832 a gram at 1 kg, ₹2.84 at 500 gm, ₹3.00 at 100 gm, ₹3.40 at 50 gm and ₹5.428 at 15 gm. Buy it by the kilo and it is the lowest fragrance cost in this run at ₹45.31 of oil per 200 g candle; buy it in 50 gm bottles and you have thrown away ₹1,784 on 3.2 kg. Its page states a candle load of 6–10% and 10–15% for wax melts, and gives a vanillin content of approximately 0%, described as generally safe for white and light-coloured wax — which makes it the natural choice for a clear-glass festive SKU. Zesty lemon and lime over grapefruit and orange on tangy mandarin.

2
Festive spice · flat per gram from 50 gm up
Apple Cinnamon Fragrance Oil
The opposite kind of ladder, and the reason a rule of thumb is no substitute for two divisions: Apple Cinnamon costs ₹4.744 a gram at 50 gm, 100 gm, 500 gm and 1 kg alike. There is nothing to optimise, so buy the pack size that suits your storage and your cash. Only the 15 gm bottle at ₹93.22 is dearer, at ₹6.215 a gram. The page states a candle load of 6–10% for soy with a 48–72 hour cure, 6–8% for paraffin, and — usefully for a festive run in clear glass — it states that vanillin is present and tells you to test in white wax, because the vanilla and amber base can tone it. Year-round unisex · where 500 g beats the top-up
Bergamot Amber Fragrance Oil
At ₹5,437 a kilo this is the one that makes Plan B a rupee cheaper than Plan A, because its 500 gm rung at ₹2,718 works out at ₹5.436 a gram against ₹5.437 for the kilo — identical in practice, and better than the ₹5.60 a gram you pay at 100 gm. For a bulk run, that means you should reach for 500 g bottles rather than 100 g bottles whenever the quantity does not land on a whole kilo. The page states 6–10% for soy wax with a 48–72 hour cure, 6–8% for paraffin, up to 12% for wax melts, and recommends starting at 8% for a first batch. It describes itself as gender-neutral enough for broad appeal and equally suited to spring and winter collections, which is what you want from the scent that carries the middle of a range.

Premium anchor for the festive box
Dark Vanilla Oud
The dearest of the four at ₹5,691 a kilo, and the one to put in the gift box rather than the market stall. Its ladder rewards the 500 gm rung too — ₹2,845 for 500 gm is ₹5.69 a gram against ₹5.691 for the kilo, and ₹5.90 at 100 gm — so a 3.2 kg requirement is best bought as three kilos plus a 500 gm, not as kilos plus small bottles. The page states a fragrance load of 6–10% for candles and 10–15% for wax melts, with rich vanilla and cardamom over oud and amber on musk and cedar. If you are running a mixed festive order, this is the scent that justifies a higher price on one SKU while the citrus and spice carry volume. Staging the money, step by step

Since splitting costs almost nothing, the sequence below is about cash and confidence rather than price. It assumes you already know which three scents you are pouring; if you do not, that is a separate and much cheaper exercise with 15 g bottles first.

1
Write the run down as three numbersCandles, grams of wax, grams of oil — for 600 candles at 200 g and 8%, that is 600 / 110,400 g / 9,600 g. Add your allowance and round each scent to a rung. Everything after this is execution.
2
Buy the wax first, not the oilCounter-intuitive, but the wax is the bigger number — ₹56,074 to ₹66,288 for 110.5 kg depending on which soy you choose, against ₹41,706.52 of oil. It is also the line you can buy without having finished testing, because your recipe is already fixed on one wax. Getting it in early frees the last tranche of cash for the fragrance decision.
3
Buy one kilo of each scent in the first fragrance trancheThree kilos — ₹13,012.60 for one kilo each of Citrus Lemon, Apple Cinnamon and Bergamot Amber — covers 187 candles and lets you pour, cure and burn a real production batch rather than a test jar. If something is wrong, you have spent a third of the fragrance budget, not all of it.
4
Pour and cure that batch before the second trancheThis is the only step in the sequence you cannot compress. Soy containers want 14 to 21 days and several of these pages state their own cure windows — Apple Cinnamon and Bergamot Amber both state 48–72 hours for soy as a minimum, which is a minimum and not a target. Working back from Diwali on 8 November 2026, a cure that starts in the second week of October still lands comfortably; one that starts in the last week does not.
5
Buy the remaining kilos and the top-ups togetherSix more kilos plus six 100 g bottles, or four kilos plus 500 g bottles if your quantities have moved. Buying the top-ups with the second tranche rather than separately keeps you off the small-rung premium and out of a third payment you did not plan.
6
Send the whole thing as one quote request if any scent exceeds a kilo per orderScents, kilos, the date the candles must be finished, whether it repeats, and your GST details. Bulk pricing, GST invoicing and MSDS or IFRA documentation are handled on WhatsApp. Nobody can answer "what is your best price?" — six specifics can be answered in one reply.
The CSI principle
Split the money as often as you like. Never split the pack.
Two orders instead of one costs seven rupees on a 9.6 kg requirement. Dropping from kilos to 50 gm bottles on the same requirement costs ₹1,784 on one scent alone. The discipline a bulk order needs is not about how much you commit — it is about never letting a quantity fall below the rung where the price is flat.

Above one kilo: ceiling, then quote

Everything above assumes the kilo is the unit, because on CSI it is: 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack listed, on every one of the 107 fragrance listings. There is no 5 kg drum and no 10 kg pail to click. So a multi-kilo requirement is arithmetic on the listed rate, and that rate is a ceiling — the most you would pay if you simply bought bottles.

Multi-kilo quantities at listed prices · the ceiling, not a quote
What 2, 3 and 4 kilos of each oil costs as listed bottles, and the candles it pours
Oil 1 kg 2 kg 3 kg 4 kg 200 g candles at 8% from 4 kg
Citrus Lemon ₹2,832 ₹5,664 ₹8,496 ₹11,328 250
Apple Cinnamon ₹4,743.60 ₹9,487.20 ₹14,230.80 ₹18,974.40 250
Bergamot Amber ₹5,437 ₹10,874 ₹16,311 ₹21,748 250
Dark Vanilla Oud ₹5,691 ₹11,382 ₹17,073 ₹22,764 250

Two honest notes about that table. First, the numbers are multiplication, not a discount schedule — CSI publishes no volume tiers on fragrance oil, so nothing in the table gets cheaper as you go right. Second, a quote for a larger or repeating quantity is a conversation, and we will not state here what it will be. What we will say is what the quote line is for: quantities above the listed packs, recurring schedules, GST invoicing and documentation requests. There is no published minimum order, so the quote is not a gate.

Run above three kilos of one scent? The listed rate is the ceiling — ₹8,496 for 3 kg of Citrus Lemon, ₹17,073 for 3 kg of Dark Vanilla Oud. Send the scents, the kilos, the finish date and your GST details for a quote.

What a Ranchi run should concentrate in

Concentration is a rung argument, but it has to survive contact with what actually sells here. A Ranchi selling year stacks its gifting weight into one long stretch — the autumn festivals, Diwali on 8 November 2026, then Christmas and the new year, then the cool-weather wedding season — with the spring festival period and summer weddings providing a second, lighter run. Three scents can cover all of it if you choose them by role rather than by mood.

Three roles, three scents, one 600-candle run
What each scent is for, what share of the run it should take, and why it earns a whole kilo
Role Share of 600 Oil needed Suits Why it earns kilos rather than bottles
Volume — the candle you sell at every price point 200 3.2 kg Citrus Lemon: bright, clean, safe in clear glass at approximately 0% vanillin It sells in every window, so leftover stock is never stranded
Season — the candle that says the time of year 200 3.2 kg Apple Cinnamon for the autumn and winter stretch; its flat ladder means no rung penalty whatever you buy Concentrated demand over eight weeks, so you cannot afford to run out mid-window
Anchor — the candle that carries the gift box 200 3.2 kg Bergamot Amber for year-round unisex, or Dark Vanilla Oud where the box is the product Gift and corporate orders are repeat orders; identical candles across a large count need one bottle, not five

The Ranchi seasonal detail that actually changes a procurement decision is the cool part of the year, and it changes the schedule rather than the quantities. On the plateau the winter months are properly cool by Indian standards, and cool rooms slow everything about a soy candle down: the wax sets harder and faster against cold glass, which is where wet spots and edge rings come from, and a cured jar assessed in a cold room reads quieter than the same jar in May. So build the cure and the burn test into the plan with room to spare, warm the jars before pouring, and score your throw in a heated room rather than the one you store stock in. Any temperature figure for your workroom is your own measurement, not a published statistic — put a thermometer on the bench and write down what it says.

Do not buy a fourth and fifth scent with the money you saved. The arithmetic on this page frees up cash flexibility, not budget. The temptation, having discovered that three orders cost almost the same as one, is to add two more scents to the run "since we are ordering anyway". That immediately drops every line below the kilo rung and hands back far more than the ₹7 you saved. If a fourth scent genuinely belongs in the season, give it a whole kilo and take the grams off one of the other three — or run it as a 50-candle special from a 500 g bottle and call it a special. How to build a festive range without buying too many oils: how to create a festive candle collection without buying too many oils.
Bulk is not a bigger cheque. It is a bigger pack — and those are two completely different decisions with two completely different prices.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies raw materials, not finished candles, and has no shop, stockist or warehouse in Ranchi. The commercially convenient thing for us to write would be that one big order is cheaper than three small ones. It is not: on these four ladders, the same 9.6 kg costs ₹7 more in two orders than in one. Saying so loses us nothing worth having, because a maker who funds a run in a way their cash can actually stand is a maker who finishes the run.

Every price and pack rung here comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing always takes precedence. Stated loads, cure windows and vanillin positions are quoted only where a product page states them, and they are formulation guidance rather than regulatory limits. Fragrance load is calculated as a share of the finished candle, the convention used across this series. Where CSI lists nothing — fragrance above 1 kg, soy above 10 kg, any candle-making machinery — this guide says so rather than implying a quantity exists.

For quantities above the listed packs, recurring schedules, bulk pricing, GST invoicing, or MSDS and IFRA documentation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. No minimum order quantity and no volume discount schedule is published, so none is stated here.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I order candle fragrance oils in bulk in Ranchi?
From a national online supplier, because there is no candle-supplies counter in Ranchi. CSI lists every fragrance oil in sizes from 15 g to 1 kg, ships across India, and handles bulk quotes on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. There is no CSI branch, stockist, warehouse or distributor in the city, and no delivery time is published — so plan your run against your own cure and finish dates rather than an assumed arrival.
How much fragrance oil and wax does a 600-candle run need?
At 200 g per candle and an 8% load, each candle takes 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax — so 600 candles need 9.6 kg of oil and 110.4 kg of wax. Add a 5% planning allowance for spills and top-ups and budget 10.08 kg of oil. Across three scents the oil is three 1 kg bottles plus two 100 g bottles each, costing ₹41,706.52 on Citrus Lemon, Apple Cinnamon and Bergamot Amber; the wax is ₹56,074 to ₹66,288 depending on which soy you pour.
Is it cheaper to place one big fragrance order or several smaller ones?
On these ladders, almost identical. The same 9.6 kg costs ₹41,706.52 in one order and ₹41,713.52 in two — ₹7 more. Three orders costs ₹43,040.88 but buys 9.9 kg, so the penalty is about ₹30 per usable gram across the run, five paise a candle. The real saving in a single order is administrative, not financial. What does cost money is dropping below a 500 g bottle: 3.2 kg of Citrus Lemon in 50 gm bottles costs ₹1,784 more.
What is the largest quantity of fragrance oil I can order, and what does 3 kg cost?
1 kg is the largest pack listed on all 107 fragrance listings, so 3 kg is three bottles at the listed rate: ₹8,496 for Citrus Lemon, ₹14,230.80 for Apple Cinnamon, ₹16,311 for Bergamot Amber, ₹17,073 for Dark Vanilla Oud. Those listed rates are the ceiling for a larger quantity, never a promise of the quoted rate. For recurring or multi-kilo volumes send the scents, kilos, finish date and GST details on WhatsApp; no volume discount schedule is published.
Is there a minimum order for bulk fragrance oil?
No. CSI publishes no minimum order quantity, no trade account and no wholesale price list, and there is no sample-pack product. The listed pack ladder — 15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg on the fullest listings — is where the per-gram price actually falls, so the "wholesale" you are looking for is already printed on the listing. Use the quote line for quantities above the listed packs, documentation and GST invoicing rather than as a gateway to a hidden rate card.
How late can I order fragrance oil for Diwali 2026?
Work backwards from 8 November 2026 and the answer is set by the cure, not the courier. Soy containers want 14 to 21 days before they are worth judging, and several of these pages state their own minimum cure windows — Apple Cinnamon and Bergamot Amber both state 48–72 hours for soy, which is a floor rather than a target. Allow pouring time, cure time and a burn test on top, and a first tranche that arrives in the first half of October leaves real margin. We publish no delivery times, so do not plan against one.
Order it in tranches, buy it in kilos
Nine point six kilos, three scents, six hundred candles — and ₹7 between funding it once and funding it twice.

Funding plans, 3.2 kg per scent across three scents: Plan A 3 × 1 kg + 2 × 100 g each = ₹9,096 + ₹15,179.52 + ₹17,431 = ₹41,706.52 for 9,600 g (₹4.3444/g); Plan B 1 kg + 500 g + 100 g twice = ₹9,104 + ₹15,179.52 + ₹17,430 = ₹41,713.52 for 9,600 g (₹4.3452/g), ₹7 more in total; Plan C 1 kg + 100 g three times = ₹9,396 + ₹15,653.88 + ₹17,991 = ₹43,040.88 for 9,900 g (₹4.3476/g), a penalty of ₹0.0032 per gram or about ₹30 across 9.6 kg. Rung-floor costs for 3.2 kg of Citrus Lemon: kilo floor ₹9,096, seven 500 gm ₹9,940 for 3.5 kg, thirty-two 100 gm ₹9,600, sixty-four 50 gm ₹10,880, two hundred and fourteen 15 gm ₹17,423.88 for 3.21 kg. Wax: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 500 g ₹299, 1 kg ₹599, 5 kg ₹2,995, 10 kg ₹5,999 — 11 × 10 kg + 1 × 500 g = ₹66,288 for 110.5 kg; Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 10 kg ₹5,074 and 500 g ₹260 — the same weight = ₹56,074. First fragrance tranche of one kilo each = ₹2,832 + ₹4,743.60 + ₹5,437 = ₹13,012.60, covering 187 candles at 16 g. Fragrance load is calculated as a share of the finished candle (200 g at 8% = 184 g wax + 16 g oil); several of these pages express their percentage as a share of total wax weight instead. The 5% handling allowance, the three-scent split and the 600-candle run size are this guide's planning assumptions, not CSI figures. 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack listed on all 107 fragrance listings; no volume discount schedule, minimum order quantity or trade price list is published, and no delivery time, courier or shipping rate is published. Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November 2026. Cure of 14–21 days for soy containers is standard practice, not a CSI specification.
