For 100 candles a month, make ordering boring
At 100 candles of 200 g a month you are past hobby quantities but not yet at a scale where wax pricing changes. Your real problem is not price. It is running out on a Thursday with orders to pack, or ordering in small bits so often that delivery charges and admin eat your time.
Round up to two bags and stop there
