Candle Business Guides · Fresh Family
Ten fresh, green and aquatic oils are in stock at CSI in September 2026, and getting into the family costs between ₹68.44 and ₹1,190 depending on which bottle you start with. This guide scores what every page actually publishes, matches each oil to a brief, and prices a five-bottle set that settles the decision on your own bench.
₹1,061.66
buys every core fresh direction CSI stocks in one order — 15 gm of Eucalyptus Spearmint and Cucumber Green Tea plus 50 g of Blue Ocean, Mint Sandalwood and Sage and Cedarwood. Enough oil for fourteen 150 g test candles at 8% · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
What is the cheapest way to buy a fresh fragrance oil? Eucalyptus Spearmint at ₹68.44 for 15 gm — the lowest entry price in the family, and enough oil for one 187 g candle at 8%. Cucumber Green Tea is ₹93.22 for 15 gm; the rest start at 50 g, from ₹247.

Which fresh oil should I buy first? Buy on what the page publishes, not on the description. Only Eucalyptus Spearmint and Sage and Cedarwood publish all five technical fields a candle maker needs — load, cure, a measured flash point, a colour statement and a wick recommendation. Blue Ocean publishes four of the five and is the only fresh oil with published customer reviews.

How much should I buy to decide? Enough to pour, not enough to sniff. A 15 g pack makes one 187 g candle at 8%; a 50 g pack makes four 150 g candles. A blotter tells you what an oil smells like in air; only a cured, burned jar tells you what it does in your wax.

What does a fresh candle cost to make? At 8% in a 200 g candle — 16 g of oil — the oil is ₹49.09 with Eucalyptus Spearmint, ₹53.24 with Cucumber Green Tea, ₹63.84 with Pomegranate Splash, ₹79.04 with Blue Ocean and ₹79.98 with Mint Sandalwood. Add ₹93.36 to ₹110.22 of soy wax.
The short answer
Score the page before you smell the oil: five fields decide whether you can formulate against a listing — stated candle load, cure window, a measured flash point, a colour or vanillin statement, and a wick note. Two of the ten fresh oils publish all five. One publishes one.
Buy by brief, not by mood: spa and bathroom goes to Eucalyptus Spearmint; bedroom and office to Cucumber Green Tea; coastal and white-glass to Blue Ocean; a cool, premium unisex candle to Mint Sandalwood; a grounded wellness scent to Sage and Cedarwood.
Price is not a quality ranking here: the ₹3.07-a-gram oil publishes more usable information than the ₹16.52-a-gram one. What the higher price buys is concentration and a fine-fragrance structure, which is a different thing from a candle that performs.

What each fresh oil's product page actually publishes — filled block = stated on the page LOAD CURE FLASH PT COLOUR WICK Eucalyptus Spearmint 5 / 5 Sage and Cedarwood 5 / 5 Blue Ocean 4 / 5 Pomegranate Splash 3 / 5 Mint Sandalwood 3 / 5 Retailer-inspired woody-aromatic 3 / 5 Retailer-inspired aquatic-woody 3 / 5 Designer-inspired icy marine 3 / 5 Designer-inspired aquatic-fruity 3 / 5 Cucumber Green Tea 1 / 5 FLASH PT counts a measured value only. The shared line "> 93°C (suitable for alcohol-based products)" is a threshold, not a measurement. A blank is not a defect in the oil. It is a question you will answer yourself, on your own bench, at your own cost.
The two pages that publish everything are the cheapest gram in the family and a mid-priced herbal single note. The four perfume-grade oils, which cost two to five times as much per gram, all publish the same three fields and no measured flash point. Paying more does not buy more information.
Straight answer
Which fresh fragrance oil should I buy for candle making, and how much of it?
Buy the one whose page you can formulate against, and buy enough to pour a candle rather than to smell a blotter. Eucalyptus Spearmint at ₹68.44 for 15 gm and Sage and Cedarwood at ₹354 for 50 gm are the only two fresh oils publishing all five fields a maker needs — a stated load ("Up to 10% for soy wax" on both), a cure window (48–72 hours), a measured flash point (199°C and 190°C), a colour statement (0% vanillin on both) and a wick recommendation (cotton or wooden). Blue Ocean at ₹247 for 50 gm publishes four of the five, including "Flashpoint 143°C (290°F)", and is the only oil in the family carrying published customer reviews. Cucumber Green Tea at ₹93.22 for 15 gm is the second-cheapest gram but publishes only a pyramid and one usage line. Above ₹8 a gram sit four perfume-grade oils — Mint Sandalwood, two designer-inspired marines and a retailer-inspired woody-aromatic — all stating 7–10%, start at 7%. Five bottles covering every direction cost ₹1,061.66, which is fourteen 150 g test candles at 8% and the cheapest honest way to end the argument.
One line: start with the page that publishes five fields for ₹68.44, not the bottle that publishes three for ₹826 — and pour before you decide.
Starting the fresh family properly? Eucalyptus Spearmint 15 gm ₹68.44, Cucumber Green Tea 15 gm ₹93.22, Blue Ocean 50 gm ₹247 and Mint Sandalwood 50g ₹299 is ₹707.66 — four directions, every one of them enough oil to pour a real test candle.

What each fresh oil's page publishes

Every fresh oil in the catalogue promises clean, crisp and calming. The useful part of the page is the part written in numbers.

A product description is marketing; a technical specification is evidence. When you are choosing the first bottle, the honest question is not "which of these smells best" — you cannot answer that from a screen — but "which of these gives me enough published information to make a repeatable candle". Five fields do that work: the stated candle load tells you how much to weigh in, the cure window tells you when to judge it, a measured flash point tells you how to handle it, a colour statement tells you whether a white jar is safe, and a wick note tells you where to start on sizing. The table scores all ten in-stock fresh oils on those five, quoting each page in its own words.

Cucumber Green Tea 15 gm ₹93.22 "8-10% fragrance oil per pound of wax" Not published Not stated 1 of 5

Read that column of scores against the entry-price column and the usual assumption collapses. The two best-documented pages in the family belong to the cheapest gram in it and to a mid-priced herbal single note. The four oils costing ₹8.80 to ₹16.52 a gram publish an identical set of three fields, because they share a template written for fine fragrance: a maximum-usage table with a candle row, a cure line and a discolouration warning. That is not dishonest — it is simply a page written for a perfumer rather than for a candle maker, and those pages say so themselves.

Do not read "> 93°C" as a flash point. Six of the ten pages here carry the shared line "Flash point > 93°C (suitable for alcohol-based products)". It is a statement about suitability for alcohol-based products, not a measured value for that oil, and writing it into your production notes as "93°C" is how a safe working margin turns into a guess. Only three fresh oils publish a measured figure: 199°C, 190°C and 143°C (290°F). Where a page is silent, ask for the SDS figure rather than borrowing one from a similar scent — and read what flash point means in candle fragrance oil for what the number does and does not govern.

Choosing by brief, not by mood

Once the documentation is scored, the choice becomes a matching exercise. Fresh is not one smell — it is at least five distinct commercial positions, and a customer who wants a bathroom candle and a customer who wants a cool unisex gift are not buying the same thing. The table below sets each in-stock oil against the brief it is actually written for, using the page's own stated character, and gives the cost of the oil inside a 150 g candle at 8% (12 g) so the positions can be compared at a realistic size.

Stated character, quoted from each page · oil cost in a 150 g candle at 8%
Which fresh oil answers which brief
If the brief is… The oil What the page states it is Oil in a 150 g candle
Bathroom, spa, wellness, yoga studio Eucalyptus Spearmint "Crisp eucalyptus with a refreshing spearmint finish" · "Clean, calming, rejuvenating" ₹36.82
Bedroom, office, quiet gifting Cucumber Green Tea "Crisp cucumber, fresh green tea leaves" over "Clean musk, light woods" ₹39.93
Bright, fruity, mass-appeal, car freshener Pomegranate Splash "Fruity-Fresh / Clean" · "Vibrant" · "bright, energetic, quick-diffusing" ₹47.88
Coastal, white or frosted glass, summer Blue Ocean "Sea salt, ozone" over "Driftwood, musk" · "Calming, refreshing, clean" ₹59.28
Cool premium unisex, clean-luxury gifting Mint Sandalwood "Fresh Woody (Aromatic Woody)" · "Cool. Creamy. Calming." ₹59.99
Grounded, earthy wellness, rustic packaging Sage and Cedarwood "Herbaceous sage with warm, woody cedar undertones" · single note ₹62.02
Masculine grooming, barber-shop, dark glass Retailer-inspired woody-aromatic "Woody-Aromatic / Masculine-Fresh" · "Confident" ₹105.60
Icy marine signature, premium shelf Designer-inspired icy marine "Fresh Icy Aquatic (Aquatic Woody)" · "Cool" ₹108.96
Shower-fresh masculine, currently 100 g only Retailer-inspired aquatic-woody "Aquatic-Woody / Fresh" · "Clean" ₹142.80
Fruity-marine statement scent, small jars Designer-inspired aquatic-fruity "Fresh Aquatic-Fruity Woody" · "Fresh" ₹198.24

Two of those rows carry a caution worth spelling out. The perfume-grade oils describe their own projection as "High-impact" and their strength as "Concentrated fine perfume oil designed for extrait and EDP formulations. Not a diluted candle fragrance." That is the page telling you something useful: start at the bottom of its stated band, because 7% of a concentrated oil is not the same quantity of aroma material as 7% of a candle-grade blend. Going straight to 10% on a ₹16.52-a-gram oil spends ₹74.34 more in every 150 g candle before you have learned anything. And the retailer-inspired aquatic-woody oil is down to its 100 g pack, so it belongs in a limited run rather than a permanent listing until its ladder is back.

The cheapest way to widen the brief
If a single fresh scent has to cover both a bathroom SKU and a bedroom SKU, change the vessel and the size before you change the oil. The same Eucalyptus Spearmint at ₹3.07 a gram costs ₹49.09 in a 200 g candle, ₹36.82 in a 150 g and ₹24.54 in a 100 g — so one approved recipe can carry a ₹900 retail candle and a ₹450 gifting candle without a second burn test, a second label print or a second bottle of oil.

Three fresh oils worth buying first

Three picks for the buying stage, chosen for evidence rather than for price. Each table shows every listed pack, its price, its price per 100 g and how many 100 g candles at 8% — 8 g of oil each — the pack pours, so a 50 g bottle reads as six real candles rather than as a number of grams.

1
Aquatic · the only fresh oil with published reviews
Blue Ocean Fragrance Oil
The best-documented aquatic in the range and the only oil in this family with customer reviews published on its listing — two verified buyers, both five-star, describing it as "Fresh and soothing" and "Good fragrance 👍". Its page states "Flashpoint 143°C (290°F)", "Vanillin content 0% - no discolouration, safe for white and light wax", "Phthalate-free Yes", "Candle load Up to 10% for soy, paraffin, and natural wax blends", "Wax melt load Up to 12%" and a cure of "48 to 72 hours for best cold and hot throw". It also gives a handling instruction worth following, that the flash point "means standard handling precautions apply - always add to wax that has been cooled to the recommended pour temperature for your wax type before adding fragrance". The 15 gm sample is sold out, so entry is 50 gm ₹247.

2
Fresh-woody · cool premium unisex
Mint Sandalwood
A fine-fragrance blend whose stated scent family is "Fresh Woody (Aromatic Woody)" — cool up top, creamy underneath. The published pyramid is "Top Mint, Eucalyptus, Bergamot", "Heart Sandalwood, Cedar, Lavender" and "Base Sandalwood, White Musk, Amber", and that base is what separates it from the mint-and-eucalyptus direction: there is something left in the pool when the cool opening has gone. Stated candle load is "7-10% (start at 7%)" with a cure of "48-72 hours", and the page is straight about colour — "Moderate discoloration is possible due to the sandalwood, amber, and woody materials", so plan for a cream or sage-green candle rather than a bright white one. Its flash point line is the shared threshold only.

3
Fruity-fresh · the mass-appeal option
Pomegranate Splash Fragrance Oil
The bright, juicy end of the fresh family and the cheapest way into a fruity-clean position: stated scent family "Fruity-Fresh / Clean", character "Vibrant", projection "Excellent - bright, energetic, quick-diffusing". The pyramid opens "Pomegranate, Red Berries - opens sharp and juicy" and settles on "Soft Musk, Sugar Crystals - settles into a clean musky-sweet trail that feels refreshing, not heavy". Stated candle load is "8-10% soy wax" with a cure of "48-72 hours", and on colour the page states "minimal to no vanillin content - the base is soft musk and sugar crystals rather than vanilla or amber". Its 100 g pack at ₹399 is the cheapest gram on the listing, so there is no reason to jump to the kilo early.

The ₹1,061.66 decision set

You cannot buy a decision. You can buy the five bottles that make the decision for you in three weeks.

Every fresh direction CSI stocks below ₹8 a gram fits into one order for ₹1,061.66: 15 gm each of Eucalyptus Spearmint and Cucumber Green Tea, and 50 g each of Blue Ocean, Mint Sandalwood and Sage and Cedarwood. That is 180 g of oil, which at 8% pours fourteen 150 g candles with 12 g to spare — four from each 50 g bottle, one from each 15 gm bottle, and enough left over to repeat a jar that goes wrong.

Pour one variable at a timeOne wax, one jar, one wick, one load across all fourteen. Luxury Soy Wax Chunks at ₹299 per 500 g or CSI 464 at ₹260 per 500 g, 138 g of wax and 12 g of oil per 150 g jar, fragrance in at the temperature your wax page states. The only thing changing between jars is the scent.
2
Label before you pour, not afterScent, load, wax, wick, pour date, on the base of the jar. Fourteen unlabelled jars of pale wax are fourteen jars you will throw away. The wax comes to 1,932 g in total — fourteen jars at 138 g each — so weigh by the jar, never by the batch.
3
Cure past the page and into standard practiceSix of these pages state 48–72 hours for soy. That is a minimum, not a verdict: 14 to 21 days is standard practice for soy containers, and it is what a paying customer will experience. Lids on, in a closed carton, out of sunlight. Judging a fresh oil at 48 hours is the single most common way to reject a good one.
4
Burn blind, in a room, with the door shutTwo hours each, one jar at a time, in the same room, with someone else handing you the jars. Score cold throw before lighting, then throw at 30 and 120 minutes on a 1–5 scale, plus minutes to a full melt pool. Write it down. The fuller score sheet is in how to test hot throw before launching a candle fragrance.
5
Promote one scent, not threeThe winner goes to 100 g — ₹354 for Eucalyptus Spearmint, ₹495 for Blue Ocean, ₹549 for Mint Sandalwood — and gets a wick trial and a 8%-versus-10% comparison. Everything else stays a sample until it has earned a second pour. A brand with one proven fresh scent sells more than a brand with four unproven ones.
The CSI principle
A fragrance you have smelled is an opinion. A fragrance you have burned is a product.
The bottle on the bench and the candle on the shelf are two different experiences, and fresh accords change more than most between them. ₹1,061.66 and three weeks is what it costs to stop guessing which one you are selling.
Test passed? The same oils step up to 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs on the same page — Eucalyptus Spearmint 1 kg ₹3,068, Blue Ocean 1 kg ₹4,956, Pomegranate Splash 1 kg ₹3,999. Bulk pricing, GST invoicing and SDS or IFRA documentation are handled on WhatsApp.

Four traps at the buying stage

Most money lost on fragrance is lost before the first candle is poured, in decisions that felt sensible at the time. These four come up constantly with the fresh family in particular, because it contains both the cheapest candle-grade oils in the catalogue and some of the most concentrated fine-fragrance ones, and the product cards sit side by side.

Trap one: buying a 15 g pack to "try" a scent that has no 15 g pack. Only Eucalyptus Spearmint, Cucumber Green Tea and Blue Ocean list a 15 gm size in this family, and Blue Ocean's is sold out. For everything else the honest entry is 50 g — ₹249 for Pomegranate Splash, ₹299 for Mint Sandalwood, ₹354 for Sage and Cedarwood, ₹454 for the icy marine, ₹826 for the aquatic-fruity — and for the retailer-inspired aquatic-woody oil it is 100 g at ₹1,190, because every other size is sold out. If ₹826 is too much to spend on a maybe, that is a legitimate answer: choose a different maybe.
Trap two: pouring a perfume-grade oil at 10% on the first try. Four of these ten oils describe themselves as concentrated fine perfume oils and state "start at 7%". Starting at 10% instead does three things, none of them good: it costs more (₹247.80 against ₹173.46 in a 150 g candle on the aquatic-fruity oil), it can make the scent read heavier than the brief, and it tells you nothing about whether 7% would have been enough. The page's starting figure is the page's advice; take it, and work up only if a cured jar asks you to.

Trap three is the white jar. Fresh oils are the family most likely to be poured into white, frosted or pale-blue glass, and that is exactly where a discolouration statement earns its place. Eucalyptus Spearmint, Blue Ocean and Sage and Cedarwood each state 0% vanillin and no risk; Pomegranate Splash and the retailer-inspired aquatic-woody state "minimal to no vanillin content" with the reason. But Mint Sandalwood states moderate toning is possible, the two designer-inspired marines state mild toning from agarwood and vetiver or vanilla and cinnamon, and Cucumber Green Tea says nothing at all. If the collection photography is booked, pour one white jar of each candidate and leave it in daylight for a fortnight first. Which families are safest here is set out in which candle fragrances are least likely to discolour white wax.

Trap four is buying the second scent before proving the first. It is the most expensive habit in small-batch candle making and the hardest to resist, because a new bottle feels like progress and a second burn test does not. The arithmetic is unkind: five unproven bottles is ₹1,061.66 of stock and zero saleable SKUs, while one proven 100 g bottle is ₹354 and twelve candles you can price. Buy the set once, deliberately, to choose — then stop buying until something has been burned.

From the set to a real order

A decision set is only worth its price if it ends in an order. The step after the burn test is a 100 g or 500 g pack of the winner, and the step after that is the kilo — but only once there is a reason for 62 candles to exist. The table below is the ladder for the three cheapest fresh oils, with what each pack pours at 8% in a 200 g candle, so the progression is a plan rather than a mood.

The promotion ladder · 200 g candles at 8%, 16 g of oil each
What each pack of the three cheapest fresh oils actually buys you
Pack Eucalyptus Spearmint Cucumber Green Tea Pomegranate Splash What the step is for
15 gm ₹68.44 · 0 candles ₹93.22 · 0 candles Not listed One 187 g test candle, or a blotter shortlist
50 g ₹212.40 · 3 candles ₹176.41 · 3 candles ₹249 · 3 candles Three jars: one cold-throw check, two burn days
100 g ₹354 · 6 candles ₹352.82 · 6 candles ₹399 · 6 candles A wick trial and an 8% versus 10% comparison
500 g ₹1,652 · 31 candles ₹1,663.80 · 31 candles ₹1,999 · 31 candles A market stall, a pop-up or a first wholesale order
1 kg ₹3,068 · 62 candles ₹3,327.60 · 62 candles ₹3,999 · 62 candles A season of one SKU, priced per the product page

Note the first row honestly: a 15 gm pack does not pour a 200 g candle at 8% — it pours one 187 g candle, which is why the set above is costed in 150 g jars instead. And note the last: 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg bottle, so a larger requirement is multiple kilos at the listed rate, with recurring volumes, GST invoicing and documentation handled on WhatsApp. When a business should make that jump at all is worked through in when a candle business should start buying fragrance oil in 1 kg quantities, and the wholesale view of this family is in fresh candle fragrance oils wholesale in India.

The bottle you buy second tells people what you sell. The bottle you burn first tells you whether you can.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies candle-making raw materials; it does not manufacture fragrance oil and does not sell finished candles. The profitable version of this page would send every reader to the ₹826 bottle, because the dearest oils carry the largest line on an invoice. Instead it scores the pages and reports that the two best-documented listings in the family are a ₹68.44 sample and a ₹354 one, that four expensive oils publish the same three fields, and that a blank on a page is a question you will have to answer at your own cost.

Every price, pack and stock position comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, which is always authoritative. Every stated load, cure window, flash point, note, character line and colour statement is quoted verbatim from that product's own page. Nothing has been estimated: the shared line "Flash point > 93°C (suitable for alcohol-based products)" is reported as the threshold it is and never converted into a measured value, and the two customer reviews quoted for Blue Ocean are published on its listing. Stated loads are formulation percentages, not regulatory limits.

Eucalyptus Spearmint at ₹68.44 for 15 gm, because its page publishes everything you need to make the candle repeatable: "Soy Wax Load Up to 10%", a cure of "48-72 hours", a measured "Flashpoint 199°C", "Vanillin Content 0%" and a wick recommendation of "Cotton or Wooden". A beginner's problem is rarely the scent — it is not knowing which number to follow. Buy the page that answers that, pour at 8%, cure properly, and add a second scent only after the first has been burned.
How much fragrance oil do I need to test a new scent?
Enough to pour at least two identical candles, so you can burn one early and one after a full cure. At 8%, a 150 g candle takes 12 g of oil and a 100 g candle takes 8 g — so a 50 g pack is four 150 g test candles and a 15 gm pack is one. Blotters and wax-free sniff tests are useful for shortlisting only: a fresh accord in air and the same accord in a cured melt pool are different experiences, which is why the decision set above is costed in jars.
Is an expensive fresh fragrance oil better for candles?
Not automatically, and in this family the evidence runs the other way. The cheapest gram, Eucalyptus Spearmint at ₹3.07, publishes five technical fields; the dearest, at ₹16.52 a gram, publishes three and no measured flash point. What the higher price buys is concentration and a fine-fragrance structure written for skin first — those pages state "Not a diluted candle fragrance" and recommend starting at 7% in wax. That is a different product, not a better candle. Only a cured burn test in your own wax settles it.
What fragrance load should I use for a fresh oil?
Pour the lower of two stated figures: the oil page's and your wax page's. Most candle-grade fresh oils here state "Up to 10% for soy wax" and "Up to 6% for paraffin"; the perfume-grade ones state "7-10%, start at 7%". On the wax side, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks state 8–13% with 10% recommended and CSI 464 states up to 10%. Start at 8% of the finished candle — 16 g in a 200 g candle — and move only after a cured jar tells you to.
How long should a fresh candle cure before I judge it?
Longer than the minimum. Six of these ten pages state 48–72 hours for soy wax and 24–48 hours for paraffin, and the retailer-inspired aquatic-woody page says "48-72 hours minimum". Those are the earliest points at which a burn test is meaningful, not the point at which the candle is finished: 14 to 21 days is standard practice for soy containers. Fresh and green accords sit high in a composition, so the difference between a day-3 jar and a day-17 jar is usually obvious — burn both and write down what changed.

About this guide: Written by the CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA team. CSI supplies candle-making raw materials and does not manufacture fragrance oil or sell finished candles. Recommendations reflect the CSI range; the five-field scorecard, the brief-matching table and the decision-set method apply to any supplier's fresh oils.

Customer reviews: The six reviews at the top of this page are genuine, published Judge.me reviews left by CSI customers on their product pages. Names, star ratings, dates and products are as recorded by Judge.me; two longer reviews are shortened with an ellipsis and otherwise unedited.

Figures verified September 2026: Every stated load, cure window, flash point, note, character line and colour statement is quoted verbatim from the named product page; blanks are shown as blanks and nothing has been estimated. The five scored fields are: a stated candle load, a stated cure window, a measured flash point, a colour or vanillin statement and a wick recommendation. Only Eucalyptus Spearmint and Sage and Cedarwood publish all five; only Eucalyptus Spearmint ("Flashpoint 199°C"), Sage and Cedarwood ("Flashpoint: 190°C") and Blue Ocean ("Flashpoint 143°C (290°F)") publish a measured flash point; the shared line "Flash point > 93°C (suitable for alcohol-based products)" is a threshold and is reported as such. Prices used: Eucalyptus Spearmint 15 gm ₹68.44, 50 gm ₹212.40, 100 gm ₹354, 500 gm ₹1,652, 1 kg ₹3,068; Cucumber Green Tea 15 gm ₹93.22, 50 gm ₹176.41, 100 gm ₹352.82, 500 gm ₹1,663.80, 1 kg ₹3,327.60; Blue Ocean 50 gm ₹247, 100 gm ₹495, 1 kg ₹4,956 (15 gm ₹93.22 sold out); Pomegranate Splash 50g ₹249, 100g ₹399, 500g ₹1,999, 1kg ₹3,999; Mint Sandalwood 50g ₹299, 100g ₹549, 1kg ₹4,999; Sage and Cedarwood 50 gm ₹354, 1 kg ₹6,867.60; retailer-inspired woody-aromatic 50g ₹440; designer-inspired icy marine 50g ₹454; retailer-inspired aquatic-woody 100g ₹1,190 (all other sizes sold out); designer-inspired aquatic-fruity 50g ₹826, 100g ₹1,653, 1kg ₹16,528. Wax: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 500 g ₹299, CSI 464 500 g ₹260 / 1 kg ₹507.40; Eco Candle Wicks Thin (C1) ₹59 per 10; White Matte Glass Jar ₹354 per 5. Assumptions: a 200 g finished candle at 8% is 184 g of wax plus 16 g of oil and at 10% is 180 g plus 20 g; a 150 g candle at 8% uses 12 g of oil; a 100 g candle at 8% uses 8 g; a 15 g pack at 8% pours one 187 g candle. Decision set: ₹68.44 + ₹93.22 + ₹247 + ₹299 + ₹354 = ₹1,061.66 for 180 g of oil, which at 12 g a jar is fourteen 150 g candles (1,932 g of wax) with 12 g of oil spare; the four-bottle strip is ₹68.44 + ₹93.22 + ₹247 + ₹299 = ₹707.66. Per-candle oil costs use the cheapest in-stock pack rate for each oil. Cure guidance of 14–21 days for soy containers reflects standard practice, not a product specification. CSI lists no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance pack and no volume discount is implied. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
