Why ten, and why two per family

The ten, priced at 50 g and 100 g

All ten oils are in stock at 50 g and 100 g on the pull date. Royal Apricot has no 15 g listing, so it is not part of a 15 g version; if you want to smell all ten before committing, test the other nine at 15 g and Royal Apricot at 50 g, its smallest size.

Moving the whole ten from 50 g to 100 g saves ₹513.50 against buying two 50 g bottles of each. Most of that comes from four oils. A kilo of variety against a kilo of one

Many makers assume that variety is expensive and that buying one big bottle is how you save. For most oils on CSI's listed catalogue, that is not true above 100 g. Of the 91 oils that list both 100 g and 1 kg, 52 cost within 1% per gram at both sizes. So a kilo split into ten 100 g bottles is priced almost exactly like ten tenths of ten different kilos. Anchor and accent: the weighted ten

If you expect the anchors to sell more than the accents, weight the order. Buy 100 g of each anchor and 50 g of each accent. That holds 750 g of oil for ₹4,340.94, makes six candles of every anchor and three of every accent, and saves ₹1,496.20 against the full 10 × 100 g.

The weighted ten is the better choice if you already know the broad-appeal oils in each family are what your market buys, and you want the accents only to test whether a second voice is worth keeping. Which of the ten to reorder by the kilo

When one of the ten becomes your best seller, the reorder question is whether to buy 500 g or 1 kg of it, or keep buying 100 g. The answer depends on the oil, because the kilo saving varies from nothing to over a fifth.
