The gap between a pack and a quote

In the fragrance trade, wholesale traditionally means buying direct in drums or large bottles, with a minimum order that suits the seller's filling line rather than your candle count. That model protects the seller, and it locks small makers out. The alternative is a listed store that sells the same oils in fixed packs, from a tester upward, at prices anyone can see. 2.5 kg of one oil, bought two ways
