On 24 September 2026, five masculine-lead candle-grade oils with a stated candle load are in stock at 1 kg and cost ₹5.69 per gram or less there (Eucalyptus Spearmint and Lavender are cheaper, but work as fresh or blend-partner oils rather than masculine leads): Woody Oud, Blue Ocean, Sandalwood, Bergamot Amber and Dark Vanilla Oud. Vetiver's 1 kg is out of stock, and the store shows whether a size is available, not how many units are behind it, so confirm quantity on WhatsApp before you promise a client.
What does a 500-candle corporate order cost in materials? Worked example, three scents in 150 g clear jars: ₹114,510.12, or ₹229.02 per candle, excluding labour, freight, packaging and GST. Oil is only 25% of that; jars are 41%.
When should I start a Diwali or Father's Day corporate order? Diwali 2026 is 8 November, 45 days from 24 September: start now. Father's Day in India falls on the third Sunday of June, 20 June 2027; start approval samples in April.

Batch maths: from candle count to kilograms
Everything on this page uses one convention: fragrance load is a percentage of the finished candle's total weight. A 150 g candle at 8% is 12 g of oil and 138 g of wax. Some makers calculate load on wax weight alone; the difference is small at one candle and several kilograms of wax at a thousand, so pick one convention for your factory and write it on the batch sheet. The loads below stay inside the ceiling of Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 (up to 10%) and inside the stated ranges of the volume oils.

Two corrections turn this table into a purchase order. First, allow a little extra for oil left in jugs, test pours and the odd rejected candle; in our judgement a few per cent is typical, and it is cheaper to plan for it than to reorder one bottle mid-run. Second, round each oil to a pack mix that reaches the grams you need without overshooting by half a kilogram (the pack-mix section below shows how). Load choice matters more than people expect: moving a 1,000-candle run from 8% to 10% adds 3 kg of oil, which at Woody Oud's 1 kg price is ₹13,593.60. That is why the load comes from a burn test, not from the page maximum.
Stock depth at 1 kg, oil by oil
The question a manufacturer asks is not "what does 1 kg cost" (that ladder is in Masculine Candle Fragrance Oils Wholesale in India) but "can I get 1 kg, and then another five". Chosen on bulk criteria only: a candle load stated on the page, every size in stock including 1 kg on 24 September 2026, the lowest oil cost per candle at 1 kg, and a clear masculine role (dark wood, fresh aquatic, creamy wood, citrus amber, sweet oud). Assembling the kilograms: pack mixes that save money
Bulk orders rarely land on round kilograms. A 100-candle scent needs 1.2 kg; a 125-candle scent needs 1.5 kg. How you assemble that from 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs changes the bill, and on a few oils it changes it a lot. Worked example: a client orders 500 masculine candles for staff Diwali gifts, split across three scents: Woody Oud (200 candles), Sandalwood (150) and Blue Ocean (150). Each candle is 150 g at 8% in a Clear Glass Jar with Golden Lid (150 gram) with one Thin (C1) Eco Candle Wick. Three facts from the bill. Jars cost more than oil: ₹47,200.00 against ₹28,842.12; oil is 25% of the materials bill and jars 41%. Negotiating the oil by a few rupees a kilogram moves the total far less than the vessel choice. These store supplies are priced almost flat by pack size: CSI 464 is ₹0.51 per gram at 1 kg and ₹0.51 at 10 kg; a clear jar is ₹94.40 from the pack of 10 and ₹94.40 from the pack of 20; a C1 wick is ₹5.90 from the pack of 10 and ₹5.90 from the pack of 1,000. Buying bigger packs on the store saves handling, not money, so a bulk quote on WhatsApp is the only route to a lower unit price. The production run, step by step

Father's Day, Diwali and the corporate calendar
Corporate candle demand is dated. The fixed points, as calendar facts: Diwali on 8 November 2026 (45 days after these prices were checked), Christmas on 25 December 2026, Valentine's Day on 14 February 2027, and Father's Day in India on the third Sunday of June, which in 2027 is 20 June. Indian summer runs roughly April to June, so a Father's Day run is poured in the heat: plan cooling space and keep finished stock out of direct sun.
