Your first fragrance oil order in Chennai
Buy small packs of three to six different oils instead of one large pack. A 15 g tester is enough to smell the oil cold and pour one small test candle; a 50 g pack is enough for a proper test batch — three 200 g candles, or four 150 g candles, at an 8% load. How to run the test so the first order is not wasted
Paying, invoicing and delivery
Orders to Chennai are dispatched from Pune by courier. Transit time depends on the courier and your pin code, so we confirm it on WhatsApp when you order instead of printing a number here. Chennai orders are billed to Tamil Nadu, so the invoice carries IGST. (CSI invoices from Maharashtra, so an interstate delivery carries IGST rather than CGST plus SGST.) What Chennai changes about a first order
Chennai is hot and humid all year, with May–June highs near 40°C; unlike most of India, its main rains come with the north-east monsoon from October to December. Chennai's rainy season lands on top of Deepavali shipping. Order festive oil and packaging earlier than a Delhi or Mumbai maker would, and wrap every outer carton for the rains.
