The 5,000-candle grid
The table gives the oil for 5,000 candles at the four common sizes and three loads, and what that becomes each month if the programme is spread across five months with a 5% allowance. Oil per candle is candle weight × load, with load as a percentage of the finished candle. The monthly figure is the one you will actually order and store.

The range runs from 30 kg for small candles at a light load to 125 kg for large candles at 10%, and every cell is a real procurement decision. A 200 g programme at 8% needs 16.8 kg a month: a manageable order that fits on a shelf. The same programme at 10% needs 21.0 kg a month, and one extra point of load across 5,000 candles is 10 kg of oil. At this scale, settle the load in a proper burn test before the programme starts, not after the first thousand.

At this scale nearly everything is kilos, and the top-ups barely register. The per-candle column is the one to watch: from ₹51.54 for British Rose to ₹111.81 for Neroli. Weighted across the programme, the oil averages ₹74.32 a candle. The scent list is the biggest cost decision in the programme.
Buy once or buy monthly
If the programme runs at 1,000 candles a month, you can buy each month's oil separately. Each monthly order still needs a 5% allowance and its own top-up packs, so the total rises slightly. Here is one month's order for the same six scents:

Five monthly orders cost ₹3,75,913.60 against ₹3,71,589.82 bought once, ₹4,323.78 more, or 1.2%. What you get for it is cash: about ₹75,182.72 committed in any month instead of ₹3,71,589.82 on day one. You also get flexibility: if Neroli sells slower than planned in month two, you cut its order in month three instead of holding a surplus. And the oil you pour has spent less time on your shelf.
The honest middle route is common: buy the lead scents in larger lots and the slower ones monthly. A tonne of wax
At 184 g a candle, 5,000 candles need 920 kg of wax, and 966 kg with a 5% allowance. That is where storage, handling and melt capacity start to shape the programme as much as price. The wax choice is worth more rupees than any fragrance top-up on this page: the gap between Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and Natural Soy Pearl Wax is ₹1,67,442.00 on this programme. Natural Soy Pearl Wax is the only wax in the range with a real bulk break (₹450.00 at 1 kg, ₹424.80 a kilo from 5 kg) and the only one listed in a 50 kg bag. ₹266.92 a candle in materials, excluding labour, packaging, freight and GST. Wax is 43.4%, jars 26.5%, fragrance 27.8% and wicks 2.2%. At 5,000 candles the jar line alone is ₹3,54,000.00.
