On 24 September 2026, every listed size of Citrus Lemon, Cucumber Green Tea, Eucalyptus Spearmint, Blue Ocean, Lemongrass and Lime, Verbena, Neroli and Juicy Orange, the core fresh range. Fresh-adjacent Lavender, Bergamot Amber, Sage and Cedarwood and Citronella are also in stock at every listed size with a stated candle load. Several fresh-sounding listings have sizes out of stock or no stated candle load.
What documents can I get? GST invoice, and MSDS and IFRA documentation on request on WhatsApp. Product pages vary in what they state: some describe the oil as IFRA-certified or phthalate-free, some say nothing. Ask for the papers either way.

Four routes to buy fresh oils from CSI
CSI sells raw materials only (wax, fragrance oils, wicks, jars, dyes, packaging), not finished candles. Fresh oils sit in several places on the store, and the route that suits you depends on whether you are sampling, restocking or planning a production run.

For most small candle businesses the pattern is: route 1 for the first three or four orders, then route 4 once one or two scents are selling in kilograms. Route 2 is worth knowing about mainly so you do not buy from it by accident; a perfume-grade oil without a stated candle load is a different product from a candle oil, however clean it smells. Route 3 contains some fresh listings, but on 24 September 2026 the main fresh one has its bulk sizes out of stock (see the matrix).
Stock depth, size by size
The matrix above is the fresh end of CSI's catalogue on 24 September 2026. Three things in it matter to a buyer.
1. The candle-grade fresh range is fully stocked. Citrus Lemon, Cucumber Green Tea, Eucalyptus Spearmint, Blue Ocean, Lemongrass and Lime, Verbena, Neroli and Juicy Orange have every listed size in stock and a stated candle load of up to 10%. Fresh-adjacent Lavender, Bergamot Amber, Sage and Cedarwood and Citronella are also in stock at every listed size with a stated candle load. 2. The perfume-grade fresh oils are in stock but state no candle load. Zesty Lemon, Tangerine, Neroli Signature Grade and Orange no.3 are orderable, but their pages give perfume rates or no rate at all. Grapefruit Oleo is in stock only at 100 g; its 50 g and 1 kg are out of stock.
3. The brand-inspired fresh listings have gaps. The listing named "Freshwater Fragrance Oil Bath and Body Works Inspired" is in stock at 15 g, 50 g and 100 g only, with 500 g and 1 kg out of stock. The "Rasasi Hawas Ice Inspired Fragrance Oil" listing is in stock at 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg, with no candle load stated. The "Best Acqua Di Gio inspired fragrance oil" listing is out of stock at every size. These are CSI's product listing names; each oil is CSI's interpretation, CSI is not affiliated with any of these brands, and none of the brand names belongs on your label.
"In stock" on a product page means the size could be ordered that day. It does not tell you how many units are available. For anything beyond a couple of kilograms of one oil, ask on WhatsApp before ordering; we would rather tell you in advance that part of an order will follow a week later than after you have promised a customer.
Documents: what pages say and what to ask for
Fresh oil pages at CSI vary in what they say about compliance. Some describe the oil as IFRA-certified or phthalate-free; others say nothing either way. We quote the page wording below and do not certify anything ourselves. Whatever a page says, you can ask for the MSDS and IFRA documentation on WhatsApp, and you should keep them on file for every oil you sell in a candle.

What to ask for, and why
MSDS (material safety data sheet). Handling, storage and hazard information for the oil as supplied. You need it for your own workshop and it is often asked for by retailers and corporate gifting buyers.
IFRA documentation. An IFRA conformity certificate typically states the maximum level at which the fragrance can be used in each product category. Ask for the one covering candles and check that your load sits within it. It is separate from the candle load a product page recommends for performance.
GST invoice. Available for orders; ask for it at the time of ordering if you need it for input credit. We do not state on this page whether listed prices include GST; the invoice will show the breakdown.

Freight, delivery and what reviewers say
Freight depends on your location and the weight of the order, and this guide does not quote freight figures. Wax and glass are heavy; oils are light. Consolidating oils, wax and jars into one order usually makes more sense than several small ones, but ask for the freight to your pincode first (on WhatsApp).
Some of CSI's published customer reviews raise exactly this. One long-standing customer of the coconut soy wax writes that the products are premium but "the delivery charges are very high which is restricting me to purchase". Two wick reviews, at four stars, ask for quicker delivery and better pricing. Others praise packing and response times. We show these reviews as published, including the critical ones, because freight and speed are real parts of where you should buy.

If you are timing an order for a date, work backwards. Diwali is on 8 November 2026 and Christmas on 25 December 2026; Indian summer, roughly April to June 2027, is the natural season for fresh oils, which means a bulk order in January for pouring in February and March. Confirm dispatch before you commit to any of those dates.
