Eighty-seven fragrance oils at CSI carry a 1 kg pack that is buyable today, running from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056. This page prints the ladder, converts every kilo into the rupees of oil inside one candle, and names the rungs where paying for a kilo buys you nothing.
₹2,832–₹24,056
per 1 kg across the 87 fragrance oils with a live kilo · that is ₹45.31 to ₹384.90 of oil inside a single 200 g candle at an 8% load · 1 kg is the largest pack CSI lists on any fragrance oil · CSI live pricing, September 2026
Quick answers — read this first
What does 1 kg of candle fragrance oil cost? At CSI in September 2026, between ₹2,832 and ₹24,056. The cheapest live kilo is Citrus Lemon; the median of the 87 live kilos is ₹6,499; 29 sit under ₹5,000.

How many candles does a kilo of oil make? At an 8% load, 62 × 200 g candles — a 200 g candle at 8% is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax. At 10% it is 50 candles. In 120 g jars, 104 jars.

Is the kilo always cheaper per gram? No. Of the 72 live kilos that also list a 500 g pack, 40 charge the same per gram at both sizes and 32 are genuinely cheaper (median 3.01%). On Saffron Cedarwood and Sage and Cedarwood two 500 g bottles cost ₹5,168.40 against ₹6,867.60 for the kilo.

Can I buy 5 kg or 10 kg? Not as a listed pack. 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists. Above that you buy multiple kilos at the listed price — treat that as the ceiling — or send the scents, kilos and frequency to the bulk line for a quote. This page will not guess that quote.
The short answer
Price the oil inside the candle, not the bottle: ₹2,832 and ₹8,960 a kilo sound far apart. Inside one 200 g candle at 8% they are ₹45.31 and ₹143.36 — a ₹98.05 difference on a candle you retail in the hundreds.
Check the rung before you buy the kilo: the per-gram price at every size is printed on the product page. On several oils it stops falling at the 50 g or 100 g rung, so the kilo ties up twenty times the cash for nothing.
Buy kilos of scents you have already sold: with no local counter to top up from, a kilo can be ten months of cover on one scent. Buy it for the two or three that repeat, and 100 g of everything else.
Where the 87 live kilos actually sit — and the oil cost per 200 g candle in each band Under ₹4,000 16 oils · ₹45.31 to ₹62.77 of oil per candle ₹4,000–₹5,999 24 oils · ₹64.00 to ₹95.98 of oil per candle ₹6,000–₹7,999 22 oils · ₹96.00 to ₹127.98 of oil per candle ₹8,000–₹11,999 18 oils · ₹128.00 to ₹191.98 of oil per candle ₹12,000 and above 7 oils · up to ₹384.90 Bar length = number of oils in the band. Per-candle figures are the oil only, at 16 g in a 200 g candle (8% load).
The range is not a smooth slope — it is a fat middle. Forty-six of the 87 live kilos sit between ₹4,000 and ₹8,000, which is where a maker building a mixed festive and wedding range spends almost all of the fragrance budget. The seven above ₹12,000 are fine-perfume concentrates: one or two signature candles, not a collection.
Straight answer
What is the 1 kg price of candle fragrance oil, and how do I tell whether the kilo is worth buying?
A kilo of candle fragrance oil at CSI costs between ₹2,832 and ₹24,056 in September 2026, across the 87 oils whose 1 kg pack is buyable today, with a median of ₹6,499. Translate that into the unit you sell and the numbers shrink: at an 8% load a 200 g candle carries 16 g of oil, so a kilo scents 62 candles and costs ₹45.31 per candle on Citrus Lemon, ₹49.09 on British Rose, ₹80.43 on Sandalwood, ₹129.65 on White Royal Oud and ₹384.90 on the dearest fine-perfume kilo. Whether the kilo is worth buying is a different question, and the answer is on the same page: compare the per-gram price at each size. On Apple Cinnamon every rung from 50 g upward is ₹4.7436 a gram — the kilo saves nothing. On Saffron Cedarwood two 500 g bottles are ₹5,168.40 against ₹6,867.60 for the kilo. Where the step is real it is worth taking: Cinnamon falls from ₹5.90 to ₹5.31 a gram, a 10% saving. And 1 kg is the largest pack listed on any CSI fragrance oil — above it you multiply the listed kilo as a ceiling and ask for a quote.
One line: the kilo price is public and so is the per-gram step — and on more than half the range there is no step, so buy kilos of proven scents and 100 g of everything still being tested.
Pricing a festive range from Bhopal? 29 live kilos are under ₹5,000, the cheapest is ₹2,832, and every pack size and per-gram figure on this page is on the product page you can open right now.

Every live kilo, by price band

Nobody needs all 87 prices. Everybody needs to know which band their range sits in, and what the next band up costs per candle.

Fragrance is usually the second-largest material line after the vessel, and the one most makers guess at. Here is the kilo ladder in bands, with named examples. Sold-out kilos are excluded, because a price you cannot buy is not a price.

Counted above: 16 + 24 + 22 + 18 + 7 = 87 fragrance oils whose 1 kg pack is in stock in September 2026. CSI lists a 1 kg size on 104 of its 107 fragrance-oil listings; 17 of those kilos are sold out and are not counted. The per-candle column is the kilo price ÷ 1,000 × 16 g.

Read the bands as budgets, not quality tiers. The band that suits you is set by your retail price. If a 200 g candle leaves your workroom at ₹450, spending ₹232.96 on the oil alone has broken the candle before the jar, the wick, the box and your time are counted.

What a kilo costs inside one candle

This is the conversion every price comparison should start with, because it is the only one your customer ever pays for. Fragrance load in this series is a percentage of the finished candle: a 200 g candle at 8% is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax. So a kilo of oil is 62 such candles, and the oil cost per candle is the kilo price ÷ 1,000 × 16. Some product pages phrase their percentage as a share of total wax weight instead — pick one convention for your costing sheet and stay with it.

Fragrance oil 1 kg price Per gram 120 g jar @ 8% (9.6 g) 200 g candle @ 8% (16 g) 200 g candle @ 10% (20 g)
Citrus Lemon ₹2,832 ₹2.8320 ₹27.19 ₹45.31 ₹56.64

White Royal Oud ₹8,103 ₹8.1030 ₹77.79 ₹129.65 ₹162.06
English Pear & Freesia ₹14,560 ₹14.5600 ₹139.78 ₹232.96 ₹291.20

Two columns there are worth arguing with. Pouring 120 g instead of 200 g cuts the oil cost by 40% at the same load — which is why favour candles and workshop kits use small vessels. And moving from 8% to 10% adds 4 g per candle: ₹9.06 on Citrus Lemon, ₹20.11 on Sandalwood, ₹58.24 on English Pear & Freesia. Decide that with a burn test, not a hunch: how to compare two fragrance oils using a controlled burn test.

The load ceiling is set by the page, not by your budget
Loading more oil to make a cheap kilo work harder has a stated limit, printed per product. Many CSI pages state "Up to 10% for soy wax" and "Up to 6% for paraffin wax"; Cinnamon Vanilla states "Up to 13% of total wax weight". Your wax page has a ceiling too — Luxury Soy Wax Chunks up to 13%, CSI 464 up to 10%. Work to the lower of the two: can too much fragrance oil make a candle smell weaker.

The rungs where a kilo is not cheaper

Here is the part of the 1 kg question almost nobody checks. A kilo is not a discount; it is a pack size. On the CSI range the per-gram price often stops falling long before the kilo, and on two oils it goes back up.

Eight ladders that behave in four different ways
Fragrance oil 15 g 50 g 100 g 500 g 1 kg What the ladder says
Apple Cinnamon ₹6.2147 ₹4.7436 ₹4.7436 ₹4.7436 ₹4.7436 Flat from 50 g up — the kilo is cover, not a saving
Sandalwood ₹6.2147 ₹5.4280 ₹5.0268 ₹5.0268 ₹5.0268 Flat from 100 g up
Lavender ₹7.0013 ₹5.4000 ₹5.4000 ₹5.2400 ₹5.2210 Kilo 3.31% under the 50 g rate — ₹2.86 a candle
British Rose ₹6.2933 ₹4.2480 ₹3.4220 ₹3.1860 ₹3.0680 Falls at every rung; kilo 3.70% under the 500 g
Cinnamon — — — ₹5.9000 ₹5.3100 Best step in the range: 10.00% below the 500 g
Blue Ocean sold out ₹4.9400 ₹4.9500 ₹4.9560 ₹4.9560 The 50 g is the cheapest gram, by a whisker
Saffron Cedarwood ₹6.9227 ₹7.0800 ₹6.9620 ₹5.1684 ₹6.8676 Kilo dearer per gram than the 500 g: ₹5,168.40 against ₹6,867.60
Worked out above: per gram = listed pack price ÷ pack grams. Apple Cinnamon 50 gm ₹237.18 ÷ 50 = ₹4.7436 and 1 kg ₹4,743.60 ÷ 1,000 = ₹4.7436. Lavender 50 gm ₹270 = ₹5.40 against 1 kg ₹5.2210: (5.40 − 5.2210) ÷ 5.40 = 3.31%, and ₹0.179 × 16 g = ₹2.86 per candle. British Rose 500 gm ₹1,593 = ₹3.1860 against ₹3.0680, a 3.70% step. Cinnamon 500 gm ₹2,950 = ₹5.90 against ₹5.31, a 10.00% step. Saffron Cedarwood 500 gm ₹2,584.20 = ₹5.1684, so 2 × ₹2,584.20 = ₹5,168.40 against the 1 kg listing at ₹6,867.60 — a difference of ₹1,699.20.
The mistake: assuming the biggest pack is the cheapest gram, and never checking. Across the 72 live kilos that also list a 500 g pack, 40 price the kilo at the same per-gram rate as the 500 g — a bigger bottle, not a better price. Thirty-two do step down, by a median of 3.01% and a maximum of 10.98%. Two step up. The fix takes fifteen seconds: divide each listed price by its grams and write the numbers in a column. If they are equal, the kilo is a stock decision, not a savings decision — and stock decisions belong to the cover table below.

There is a second trap at the small end. Citronella lists ₹767 for 100 gm — ₹7.67 a gram — against ₹1,475 for 500 gm, or ₹2.95: the widest gap between adjacent rungs anywhere. Always read the ladder on the page you are buying from.

Four kilos, four different reasons

Not the four best-smelling oils — that is your burn test's job, not a price page's. These are four kilos that each answer a different question about price, with the full pack ladder and how many 200 g candles at 8% each pack would scent.

1
The cheapest live kilo in the range
Citrus Lemon Fragrance Oil
At ₹2,832 a kilo this is the lowest live kilo price on any CSI fragrance oil — the natural anchor for volume work such as favour candles, festive multi-packs and tealight trays. Its page states "6-10% for soy wax candles, cure 48-72 hours", "6-8% for paraffin wax, cure 24-48 hours", "10-15% for wax melts" and "8-15% for room sprays", so one bottle stretches across formats. A CSI customer, Avanthi Cheeli, records simply "Quality is good with good fragrance". Note the ladder: the 500 g pack at ₹1,420 is ₹2.84 a gram against the kilo's ₹2.832 — eight paise a gram.

2
The kilo that is genuinely cheaper at every rung
British Rose Fragrance Oil
One of the few ladders where the per-gram price falls at every step — ₹6.2933 at 15 g, ₹4.2480 at 50 g, ₹3.4220 at 100 g, ₹3.1860 at 500 g and ₹3.0680 at 1 kg. It is also among the most fully documented pages CSI publishes: a measured flashpoint of 192°C, a vanillin content of 0% described as no discolouration or yellowing in wax, a load of "Up to 10% for soy wax" and "Up to 6% for paraffin wax", and cure times of 48–72 hours for soy. For a wedding-favour order in white or blush wax, a published 0% vanillin figure is the difference between planning a colour and hoping.

The kilo whose price you can already have at 100 g
Sandalwood Fragrance Oil
Sandalwood matters commercially in almost every Indian range, and its ladder makes a useful point: ₹5.0268 a gram at 100 g, at 500 g and at 1 kg — three rungs, one price. There is no financial reason to buy the kilo until you are pouring enough to need it, and no penalty for testing at 100 g first. The page states "Up to 10% for soy wax", "Up to 6% for paraffin wax", a cure of 48-72 hours for soy, a measured flashpoint of 203°C, and answers the discolouration question with "No".

4
The one kilo to buy as two 500 g bottles
Saffron Cedarwood Fragrance Oil
Included because the arithmetic argues against the pack this page is about. Saffron Cedarwood lists 500 gm at ₹2,584.20 — ₹5.1684 a gram — and 1 kg at ₹6,867.60, or ₹6.8676 a gram. Two 500 g bottles come to ₹5,168.40 for the same kilogram, ₹1,699.20 less. Its page publishes a clean three-tier structure — "Top: Citrus, Cardamom Middle: Palo Santo, Saffron, Violet Base: Wood, Sandalwood, Smoke and Amber" — but no candle load and no flash point, so pour at 8% and burn test. The sister listing Sage and Cedarwood carries identical prices and does state "Up to 10% for soy wax", a measured flashpoint of 190°C and "Vanillin Content: 0% (No risk of discoloration)".

1 kg ₹6,867.60 ₹6,867.60 ≈62
₹82.70 of oil per 200 g candle if you buy two 500 g bottles instead of the kilo Buy Saffron Cedarwood
Priced above: oil per 200 g candle at 8% = listed price ÷ pack grams × 16. Citrus Lemon ₹2.8320/g → ₹45.31. British Rose ₹3.0680/g → ₹49.09. Sandalwood ₹5.0268/g → ₹80.43. Saffron Cedarwood at the 500 gm rate (₹2,584.20 ÷ 500 = ₹5.1684/g) → ₹82.70, against ₹109.88 at the 1 kg rate of ₹6.8676/g. Loads, cure times, flash points and note structures are quoted from each product page as published in September 2026.
The CSI principle
A kilo is a quantity. Treating it as a discount is how makers end up with ₹40,000 of oil and four scents they cannot sell.
On more than half the CSI fragrance range the kilo costs exactly what the 500 g costs per gram, so buying it buys you continuity of supply and nothing else. Continuity is worth paying for on the two or three scents your customers reorder. It is worth nothing on the seventh scent you were curious about.
Ready to commit a kilo? British Rose 1 kg ₹3,068, Sandalwood 1 kg ₹5,026.80, Cinnamon 1 kg ₹5,310 — and for anything above one kilo, or a recurring quarterly order, bulk quotes and GST invoicing are handled on the WhatsApp line.

How long a kilo lasts a Bhopal maker

Price per gram tells you what a kilo costs. Candles per month tells you whether you should own one.

A kilo of oil is 62 × 200 g candles or 104 × 120 g jars at an 8% load. Whether that is three weeks of stock or three years of it depends on how many candles of that one scent you pour. Most small studios spread output across six to ten scents, so any single scent moves far more slowly than your total volume suggests. The table works that through at four output levels, with the scent taking a 20% share.

Cover from one kilo · planning arithmetic, 8% load
Months of stock a 1 kg bottle represents at four output levels
Your output 200 g candles a month in that scent (20% share) Oil used a month Cover from 1 kg The right pack
30 a month · weekend maker 6 96 g 10 months 100 g now, 500 g when it repeats
100 a month · Instagram studio 20 320 g 3 months 500 g; 1 kg on your top two scents
300 a month · gifting and favour orders 60 960 g 1 month 1 kg per scent, reordered monthly
800 a month · festive peak 160 2,560 g 12 days Three kilos, or a quote for the season
Worked out above: monthly oil = candles × 0.20 share × 16 g. At 30 candles a month: 6 × 16 = 96 g, and 1,000 ÷ 96 = 10.4 months. At 100: 320 g, 3.1 months. At 300: 960 g, 1.04 months. At 800: 2,560 g, so a kilo is about 12 days. The 20% share is a planning assumption for a five- or six-scent range, not a CSI statistic — substitute your own mix.

The last row is the one that matters in Bhopal, and it matters on a date. Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November. The weeks before it are when a maker who has spent the year at 100 candles a month is suddenly asked for 600 — and the oil for those 600 has to be in the workroom before the cure clock starts, not during it. A 14 to 21 day cure is standard practice for soy containers, and several CSI oil pages state their own minimum of 48–72 hours in soy on top of the pour. See how early candle brands should order fragrance oils for Diwali and how much fragrance oil is needed for 500 Diwali candles.

The calendar does not stop at Diwali. Navratri and Dussehra run ahead of it, Christmas and New Year gifting follow, and the winter and spring wedding seasons bring favour and hamper orders in the hundreds. That is where a cheaper kilo in a small jar earns its keep: ₹27.19 of Citrus Lemon in a 120 g favour candle against ₹139.78 of English Pear & Freesia. See best fragrance oils for wedding-favour candles and corporate gifting candles.

Storing a kilo through a Bhopal year

A kilo bought at the right price and stored badly is not a saving. Central India gives a maker three different working seasons, and each does something different to wax, oil and finished stock. Nothing below is a weather statistic — it is material behaviour you can verify on your own bench.

Three seasons, three different problems
What each part of a central Indian year does to oil, wax and finished candles
Season What you will notice What it costs you What to do about it
Hot, dry pre-monsoon weeks Soy softens in the bag; finished candles slump in a closed car or a metal almirah; tops read sharper off an open bottle Rejected stock, uneven tops, wasted top-up wax Keep bottles closed and out of sun; store finished candles boxed in the coolest room; pour early in the day
Monsoon Damp cartons, condensation on cold glass, labels lifting, wicks picking up moisture, wet spots appearing overnight Adhesion failures on labels and wick stickers; cosmetic rejects on clear glass Bring jars to room temperature before pouring; keep wicks and stickers sealed; keep cartons off a damp floor
Cool, dry winter Wax sets faster and contracts more, so sinkholes and wet spots show; pour temperature drifts down unnoticed; cold oil looks cloudy Second-pour rework on every batch; an October recipe failing in December Warm the jars, hold the pour window your wax page states, and re-check one control jar when the season turns
The mistake: judging a kilo by the first batch you pour from it. Pour a batch in the hot weeks that burns beautifully, repeat the recipe in January and get sinkholes and a quieter throw — the oil has not changed, your pour temperature and cooling rate have. Log the actual add and pour temperatures, not the target, and re-run one control jar when the season turns. See the best temperature for adding fragrance oil to soy wax and why soy candles frost.
What no product page will tell you
No CSI fragrance oil page states a shelf life, an expiry or a storage specification, and this guide will not invent one. Buy a kilo against demand you can see, not a date you are guessing at — and ask any supplier the useful question: not "how long does it keep" but "will this exact size still be listed when I reorder".

Above one kilo: the ceiling and the quote

Because 1 kg is the largest fragrance pack CSI lists, everything above it works in one of two ways. A listed price is a commitment: it applies to anyone, today, without a conversation, and multiplying it gives you a ceiling. A quote depends on kilos, scent mix, frequency, invoicing and destination, and no honest supplier prints one on a blog page.

1
Work out the kilos from candles, not from feelSix hundred 200 g candles at 8% is 600 × 16 g = 9.6 kg of oil. Two thousand 120 g favour candles at 8% is 2,000 × 9.6 g = 19.2 kg. Add 3–5% for spills and top-ups, then round up to whole kilos.

Price the ceiling from the listed kiloTen kilos of British Rose is 10 × ₹3,068 = ₹30,680. Six kilos of Sandalwood is ₹30,160.80. Four kilos of White Royal Oud is ₹32,412. Those are numbers you can hold anyone to, including us, and the figure to budget against before any conversation.
3
Check the rung again at scaleOn Saffron Cedarwood, six kilos as twelve 500 g bottles is ₹31,010.40 against ₹41,205.60 for six 1 kg packs. The pack trap does not disappear when the order grows; it multiplies.
4
Send four facts, not a questionThe scents and kilos of each; one-off or repeating; the delivery city; and whether you need GST invoicing and documentation on file. "9 kg Sandalwood and 4 kg British Rose, repeating each quarter, GST invoice, delivering to Bhopal, SDS needed on both" gets a real answer. "Best price on fragrance oil?" gets a slow one, from anybody.

Do not let the quote decide the recipeTest at 100 g, confirm at 500 g, then commit kilos. A quote on ten kilos of an oil you have never burned is the most expensive kind of saving there is. Run the hot throw test before the order.

Three absences belong on a price page. There is no 5 kg or 10 kg fragrance pack in the range; there is no published minimum order quantity — the floor is the smallest listed size, 15 g on 55 of the 107 listings; and there is no sample-pack product, so a bench of trial bottles is something you build yourself. CSI also runs no shop counter in Bhopal or anywhere else: it is an online supplier that ships across India and takes bulk enquiries on WhatsApp.

Any supplier can tell you what a kilo costs. The useful supplier tells you which kilos are not worth buying.

Why trust this guide

CANDLEMAKINGSUPPLIESINDIA supplies candle raw materials — wax, fragrance oils, wicks, jars, moulds, dyes, additives and equipment — and does not sell finished candles. A supplier writing a price page has an obvious incentive to point every reader at the largest pack. This one prints the forty oils where the kilo saves nothing per gram, and the two where two 500 g bottles are ₹1,699.20 cheaper.

Every price, pack size and quoted specification comes from live CSI stock in September 2026 and links to the product page, where current pricing always takes precedence. Loads, cure times, flash points and vanillin figures are quoted only where the page states them, in its own words; where a page states nothing — as with Saffron Cedarwood's load and flash point — this guide says so rather than borrowing a figure. No page states a shelf life, and none is claimed here.

For pricing above one kilo, recurring orders, GST invoicing, or SDS and IFRA documentation on a specific oil, message the bulk line on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. We do not publish prices for quantities that are not on a product page, and we do not publish delivery timelines.

Frequently asked questions

What is the 1 kg price of candle fragrance oil in India?
At CSI in September 2026 the 87 oils with a buyable 1 kg pack run from ₹2,832 to ₹24,056, median ₹6,499. The cheapest live kilos are Citrus Lemon ₹2,832, Citronella ₹2,891, British Rose ₹3,068 and Eucalyptus Spearmint ₹3,068. Twenty-nine sit under ₹5,000 and 46 between ₹4,000 and ₹8,000. Inside a 200 g candle at 8% that is ₹45.31 to ₹384.90 of oil.
Is buying 1 kg of fragrance oil cheaper than buying 500 g twice?
Usually not by much, sometimes not at all. Of the 72 live kilos that also list a 500 g pack, 40 charge the same per gram at both sizes and 32 are cheaper at the kilo — median 3.01%, maximum 10.98% on one of the fine-perfume listings. On Saffron Cedarwood and Sage and Cedarwood the kilo is dearer per gram: two 500 gm bottles are ₹5,168.40 against ₹6,867.60. Divide each listed price by its grams before you choose.
How many candles will 1 kg of fragrance oil make?
At an 8% load — 16 g of oil in a 200 g candle — one kilo scents 62 candles of 200 g, about 104 jars of 120 g (9.6 g each) or 125 candles of 100 g (8 g each). At 10% a 200 g candle takes 20 g, so the kilo makes 50 candles. Allow a 3–5% planning margin for spills and top-ups, and note that load here is a percentage of the finished candle, not of the wax alone.
Which 1 kg fragrance oils are best value for a candle business in Bhopal?
Value is per candle, not per bottle. In the under-₹4,000 band, Citrus Lemon at ₹45.31 per 200 g candle and British Rose at ₹49.09 both carry stated soy loads and full pack ladders. In the working middle, Sandalwood at ₹80.43 publishes a measured 203°C flashpoint and answers the discolouration question with "No". For a premium signature candle, White Royal Oud at ₹129.65 states a 6–10% candle load. Test at 100 g before committing a kilo.
Can I buy fragrance oil in 5 kg or 10 kg packs for a Bhopal business?
Not as a listed pack — 1 kg is the largest size CSI lists on any fragrance oil. You can order multiple kilos at the listed price, and should treat that multiplication as a ceiling: ten kilos of British Rose is ₹30,680, six kilos of Sandalwood ₹30,160.80. For a recurring requirement, send the scents, kilos, frequency and delivery city to the bulk line and ask for a quote. This page will not state what that quote will be.
Does CSI have a shop or warehouse in Bhopal?
No. CSI is an online supplier of candle raw materials that ships across India and handles bulk enquiries, GST invoicing and documentation requests on WhatsApp at +91 7397976926. There is no CSI counter, stockist or warehouse in Bhopal, and this page publishes no delivery days, courier names or shipping rates, because none of that is published. What is published is every price, pack size and stated specification on the product pages linked here.

Also Citronella 100 gm ₹767 and 500 gm ₹1,475; Cinnamon 500 gm ₹2,950; one fine-perfume listing 500 g ₹3,999 against a 1 kg of ₹7,120. Band counts: 16 under ₹4,000, 24 at ₹4,000–5,999, 22 at ₹6,000–7,999, 18 at ₹8,000–11,999, 7 at ₹12,000 and above; median ₹6,499; 29 kilos under ₹5,000. Of the 72 live kilos that also list a 500 g pack, 40 price the kilo at or fractionally above the 500 g per-gram rate and 32 below it (median 3.01%, maximum 10.98%). Per-candle oil cost = 1 kg price ÷ 1,000 × 16 g; a 200 g candle at 8% is 16 g of oil and 184 g of wax, the convention used across this series — some pages phrase their percentage as a share of total wax weight instead. 120 g jar at 8% = 9.6 g; 100 g candle = 8 g; 200 g candle at 10% = 20 g. The cover table assumes a 20% output share for one scent: a planning assumption, not a CSI figure. Wax referenced: Luxury Soy Wax Chunks 1 kg ₹599 (stated up to 13%, 8–13%, 10% recommended), CSI 464 1 kg ₹507.40 (up to 10%). Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November 2026; a 14–21 day cure for soy containers is standard practice, and several oil pages state 48–72 hours in soy as their own minimum. No CSI fragrance page states a shelf life, storage specification or minimum order quantity, and none is claimed here. Prices and availability change — the linked product pages are always authoritative.
