How much fragrance oil a Delhi NCR candle business goes through
At an 8% load, every 200 g candle uses 16 g of oil, so each 1,000 candles needs 16 kg. The table turns candles a month into kilograms a month:

Storing 5–10 kg of fragrance oil
Keep bottles sealed, upright, out of sunlight and off hot walls or rooftop rooms. Oil does not absorb moisture from the air, but heat and light shorten its life, and open bottles lose their top notes. NCR is the hardest climate on this list for candles. A heavily loaded soy candle sweats in a May stockroom, and the same wax frosts and pulls from the glass in a January one. Formulate below the maximum and warm your jars in winter.
Decant a working bottle for daily use rather than opening the kilogram every day, and date every bottle on arrival so the oldest is used first. Storage for the rest of the workshop is in what humidity actually damages.

Say that buyer pours 200 candles of 250 g. At 8% each candle takes 20.0 g of oil, so the run needs 4.00 kg — about 4.0 kg in total, split across however many scents the run carries. If it were all Apple Cinnamon, the oil would cost about ₹18,974 at the 1 kg price.

What Delhi NCR changes about bulk supply
Delhi NCR is continental, with summer highs that routinely pass 45°C in May–June, a July–September monsoon and winter nights that fall to around 5°C in December–January.
