Are the 1 kg sizes in stock? On 24 September 2026, every candle-grade spa oil we checked had its 1 kg in stock. The exceptions in the spa-adjacent range were the Freshwater listing (500 g and 1 kg out of stock) and Sacred Sandal Ember (1 kg out of stock); Mogra and Rajnigandha were out of stock at every size. The store shows availability, not quantity.
Is 1 kg always cheaper? No. Of the 16 spa oils in the stock check with both sizes in stock, the 1 kg saves money over two 500 g packs on 6, costs exactly the same on 7, and costs more on 3: Sage and Cedarwood, where two 500 g packs are ₹1,699.20 cheaper, and Jasmine and the Jasmine Coconut listing, by one rupee each.
Which is the cheapest spa-style oil in bulk? Citrus Lemon Fragrance Oil at ₹2.83 per gram at 1 kg — the lowest per-gram oil CSI lists at that size — then Eucalyptus Spearmint Fragrance Oil at ₹3.07.

The two routes, and the split-pack workaround
CSI sells spa oils in five sizes on most listings (15 g, 50 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg), with perfume-grade listings starting at 50 g or 100 g. "Bulk" in practice means the 500 g and 1 kg bottles, bought in multiples. The route you use depends on the size of the whole order and on what you need confirmed before you pay.

Worked example of a cart-sized spa order: Eucalyptus Spearmint 1 kg (₹3,068.00), Cucumber Green Tea 500 g (₹1,663.80), Lemongrass and Lime 500 g (₹2,600.00) and Lavender 500 g (₹2,620.00) is ₹9,951.80 for 2.5 kg of oil — about 208 candles of 150 g at 8%. That is squarely a cart order: every size is in stock, the prices are listed, and nothing needs negotiating. Freight is extra and depends on your location; one customer review on our wax page says delivery charges are high, which is fair to repeat, so if freight matters to your margin, ask for it on WhatsApp before you pay.
Where to find the oils: most candle-grade spa oils are in the fragrance oils collection. Perfume-grade listings such as the lavender-oud oil sit in fine perfume fragrances, and brand-inspired listings in their own brand-inspired collection. Newer listings appear under new launches. What the check tells a bulk buyer
Six oils where the kilogram saves. Eucalyptus Spearmint and Verbena each save ₹236.00 on the 1 kg against two 500 g packs, and Ylang Ylang Flower ₹118.00. The perfume-grade lavender oud saves ₹400.00, because its 500 g is dearer per gram than both its 100 g and its 1 kg. On Lavender (₹19.00) and Citrus Lemon (₹8.00) the saving is small enough to ignore; buy whichever size matches the run.
Seven oils where it makes no difference. Cucumber Green Tea, Lemongrass and Lime, Neroli, Gardenia, Sandalwood, Palo Santo and Blue Ocean cost exactly the same for one 1 kg as for two 500 g packs. Buy 500 g units and you can stop at 1.5 kg instead of rounding up to 2 kg. We sell the 1 kg; on these oils it offers you nothing but a bigger bottle.
Three oils where it costs more. Sage and Cedarwood Fragrance Oil: the 1 kg is ₹6,867.60 and two 500 g packs are ₹5,168.40, so the kilogram costs ₹1,699.20 more. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering it; until then, buy 500 g packs. The Jasmine Coconut Spa Ceylon listing (that is CSI's own listing name; CSI is not affiliated with any spa or brand of that name, and that name should not go on your label): its 1 kg (₹7,999.00) is one rupee more than two 500 g packs (₹7,998.00), and so is Jasmine Fragrance Oil's (₹3,923.00 against ₹3,922.00) — trivial, but it shows why the check is worth doing.
Two where bulk is not available. The listing named "Freshwater Fragrance Oil Bath and Body Works Inspired" (that is CSI's product listing name; the oil is CSI's interpretation, CSI is not affiliated with the brand, and the brand name should never go on your label) has its 500 g and 1 kg out of stock; Sacred Sandal Ember Fragrance Oil has its 1 kg out of stock, with the 500 g available. Ask when they are expected rather than building a plan on them.
Ordering on WhatsApp: what to send
WhatsApp is the route for anything the cart cannot confirm. The message that gets a fast, complete answer names every oil exactly as listed, the size and the number of units, your pincode, and what you need back. Everything else is a follow-up question you could have avoided.

Documents that should travel with a bulk order
A bulk order is when paperwork starts to matter, because it is usually going somewhere: a hotel, a spa, a corporate gifting client, a retailer. Ask for the documents with the order, not after the first client query. For each oil, request the MSDS and the IFRA documentation on WhatsApp, and file them against the batch you received. Several CSI spa pages carry their own wording — Eucalyptus Spearmint, Lavender and Lemongrass and Lime pages describe the oils as IFRA-certified, the Blue Ocean page as phthalate-free — but page wording is a description, not a document, and your client will want the document. When to place a bulk spa order
Bulk spa orders are easier to plan against the calendar. The fresh end of a spa line (eucalyptus, cucumber and green tea, lemongrass, citrus) suits the Indian summer, roughly April to June; Diwali (8 November 2026) and Christmas (25 December 2026) are gifting dates; and the winter season, roughly December to February, is when, in our judgement, hotel and homestay buyers are likely to plan ahead. The dates are calendar facts, not forecasts; your own sales should decide the quantities.
