Every coffee oil and every vanilla-led oil a café range would draw on, at every listed size, priced on 24 September 2026, in rupees per gram. Out-of-stock sizes are marked; do not plan orders around them. What the ladder says in one paragraph

Roasted Coffee sits at the bottom of every column in which it appears. The straight vanillas, Vanilla Bean and Dark Vanilla, are priced identically size for size, so choose between them on scent, never on price. Dark Vanilla Oud, a vanilla with oud, cardamom and amber, is 25.6% cheaper per gram at 1 kg than straight vanilla. Cinnamon Vanilla is the cheapest oil with vanilla in its name at bulk. And no perfume-grade listing here falls more than 6.1% per gram with size. Coffee Vanilla Tobacco's 1 kg costs 2.3 times Roasted Coffee's per gram, and Khamrah Qahwa's costs 4 times.

Three price patterns: steep, shallow and flat

Wholesale decisions get easier once you see that the oils fall into three shapes. The shape, not the headline 1 kg price, tells you what size to buy.

Steep: Roasted Coffee and Cinnamon Vanilla

Roasted Coffee falls from ₹6.21 at 15 g to ₹4.60 at 50 g and ₹3.90 at 100 g, then only a little further to ₹3.78 and ₹3.74. The 100 g is already 15.2% cheaper per gram than the 50 g; the 1 kg is 18.7% cheaper. So most of the saving arrives at 100 g. Cinnamon Vanilla follows the same curve, ₹5.43 at 50 g to ₹4.55 at 1 kg, 16.1% lower. These are the two oils on this ladder where bulk most clearly changes your margin.

Shallow: the vanillas and Coffee Vanilla Tobacco

Vanilla Bean and Dark Vanilla go from ₹8.20 at 50 g to ₹7.65 at 1 kg (6.8%). Coffee Vanilla Tobacco goes from ₹8.98 to ₹8.60 (4.2%), and its 100 g (₹8.99) is fractionally dearer per gram than its 50 g. Dark Vanilla Oud sits in between at 11.1%. On a shallow oil, a 500 g gets you almost all of the bulk price with half the stock.

Flat: Moca Coffee, Coffee Blast and perfume-grade listings

Moca Coffee is ₹11.20 at both in-stock sizes. Coffee Blast has only one in-stock size. Khamrah Qahwa is ₹15.06 at 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg. Vanilla Orange Blossom is ₹8.30 to ₹8.29. Tobacco Vanilla is the odd one: its 500 g (₹8.00) is fractionally dearer per gram than its 100 g (₹7.99), and only the 1 kg drops, to ₹7.50. On a flat oil there is no bulk reason to buy big; buy what you will sell.

A 1 kg of Roasted Coffee saves ₹858.55 across 83 candles compared with buying the same oil in 50 g bottles. A 1 kg of Coffee Vanilla Tobacco saves ₹379.48 across the same 83 candles, on a much larger outlay. That is the honest case for and against the kilogram, per oil.

Six oils for a café wholesale order

Chosen for a wholesale buyer, so ranked on stock depth first (is a 500 g and 1 kg in stock?), then per-gram price at bulk, then whether the page states a candle load, then how far the price falls with size. We have no throw measurements and do not rank on strength. Candle counts assume 150 g at 8% (12 g of oil).

Moca Coffee and Coffee Blast: the stock limits

For a wholesale buyer, stock depth is a feature of the product. On 24 September 2026 the CSI coffee oils sit like this:

If Moca Coffee wins your test, the only way to supply 250 candles of it today would be thirty 100 g bottles, ₹33,600.00 for 3 kg of oil, which is ₹22,386.00 more than three 1 kg packs of Roasted Coffee, and that assumes thirty 100 g bottles are available. Coffee Blast cannot be supplied at that volume at all. Ask on WhatsApp when bulk sizes return before you promise either to a stockist. Until then, carry them as limited editions, if at all.

Pack maths for 250 candles

250 candles of 150 g at 8% need 3,000 g of oil and 34,500 g of wax. Here is what the oil costs in each pack combination, for the three coffee and vanilla oils you are most likely to run at that volume.

For Roasted Coffee, thirty 100 g bottles would cost ₹11,700.00, which is ₹486.00 more than three 1 kg packs. Across these three oils, pack choice moves a 250-candle order by ₹102.00 to ₹597.00; how long the oil will sit on your shelf matters more than the pack price.

Oil and wax for the Roasted Coffee run

Add wax: 34.5 kg of Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464, bought as three 10 kg bags and one 5 kg bag, is ₹17,759.00; CSI 464 costs ₹0.51 per gram at 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg alike, so the mix of bags changes nothing but storage. Oil plus wax for the run: ₹28,973.00, or ₹115.89 per candle. Per candle, Roasted Coffee at the 1 kg price plus 138 g of CSI 464 comes to ₹114.88 against ₹125.22 at the 50 g oil price, before jar, wick, labour, freight, packaging and GST. Three perfume-grade listings touch the café palette. Their pages quote perfume usage rates (up to 25%), which are not candle loads, and state no candle load. At 1 kg:

"Khamrah Qahwa" is CSI's product listing name; the oil is CSI's interpretation, CSI is not affiliated with the brand that uses the name, and it should stay off your label. Tobacco Vanilla Fragrance Oil is ₹7,499.00 at 1 kg (₹89.99 per 8% candle), sits in the fine perfume collection and has no 50 g. Vanilla Orange Blossom is ₹8,294.00 at 1 kg, flat at about ₹8.29 per gram.
