Where to Buy Gourmand and Bakery Candle Fragrance Oils in India

Three routes to buy, and what each is for

Every CSI gourmand and bakery oil is sold through the same store, but the store has three doors. Most buyers use only the first and then wonder why they cannot get a GST invoice for a bulk run or an IFRA document for a retailer. Pick the route by what you need.

Where each gourmand oil is listed

Most of the 18 oils in the stock map sit in the Fragrance Oils collection. Seven are also listed in Fine Perfume Fragrances (Moca Coffee, Coffee Blast, Coffee Vanilla Tobacco, Khamrah Qahwa, Vanilla Orange Blossom, Spicy Cinnamon and the out-of-stock Spiced Rum). One is listed only there: Tobacco Vanilla Fragrance Oil – Bold, Warm & Addictively Smooth, which you will not find by browsing Fragrance Oils. Chocolate Fudge also appears in the Diwali collection, and Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon Fragrance Oil in New Launches. None of this changes the price; it changes whether you find the oil.

Stock on 24 September 2026, size by size

The map at the top of this page is the whole picture; the table below turns it into buying rules. Everything here is as the live store showed it on 24 September 2026. Stock changes, so treat a crossed square as "ask", not "never".

One related perfume-grade listing sits outside the map: Lattafa Khamrah inspired fragrance oil, with cinnamon, dates, praline and vanilla notes, is in stock at 50 g (₹512.00) only; its 100 g and 1 kg are out of stock on 24 September 2026. That is CSI's product listing name; the oil is CSI's interpretation, CSI is not affiliated with the perfume house, and the brand name should never appear on your own candle label. The coffee-led Khamrah Qahwa, in the map, is in stock at 50 g, 100 g and 1 kg at a flat ₹15.06 per gram.

Deepest stock, and what "every size" means

Ten of the 18 are in stock at all five sizes from 15 g to 1 kg: Roasted Coffee, Vanilla Bean, Dark Vanilla, Apple Cinnamon and Pumpkin Spice (the five we would start from), plus Dark Vanilla Oud, Cinnamon Vanilla, Cinnamon Fragrance Oil, Spicy Cinnamon and Mahogany Shea. Some oils simply do not list every size: Coffee Vanilla Tobacco starts at 50 g, Tobacco Vanilla at 100 g, Vanilla Orange Blossom and Khamrah Qahwa have no 15 g or 500 g. A dash in the map is a size that does not exist, not one that has sold out. 15 of the 18 are in stock at 1 kg on this date. Five oils and the right route for each

Five oils chosen to show the five situations you will meet buying gourmand oils: deep stock, a single-size gap, a mostly-out-of-stock favourite, an oil in the "wrong" collection, and flat pricing. The route advice is the point of each card. Candle counts assume 150 g at 8% (12 g of oil).

Documents: what the pages say and what to ask for

Two things on a CSI product page matter for documentation: whether it states a candle load, and whether it carries IFRA wording. Of the 18 oils in the stock map, 10 state a candle load and 7 carry some IFRA wording. That wording varies ("IFRA-certified", "IFRA Certified", "IFRA compliant, phthalate-free, skin-safe"), and we report it exactly as the page states it; it is not a certification by us. The documents themselves, MSDS and IFRA documentation, are available on request on WhatsApp for any oil, including those whose page carries no IFRA wording.

Where a page states a candle load, the lower of it and the wax's stated ceiling governs: Luxury Soy Wax CSI 464 up to 10%, Luxury Soy Wax Chunks and Premium Coconut Soy Wax CSI 468 up to 13%. These are formulation limits, not regulatory ones, and the highest load is rarely the best one: test at 6%, 8% and 10% within the ceiling. Where a page states no candle load, say so on your own records and work inside the wax ceiling.

Placing the order, step by step

A routed order, worked example

A buyer wants 1 kg of Roasted Coffee, 1.1 kg of Chocolate Fudge, 500 g of Moca Coffee and 500 g of Tobacco Vanilla. Routed on 24 September 2026: Roasted Coffee 1 kg (₹3,738.00), Chocolate Fudge 1 kg (₹3,964.80) plus two 50 g in place of the out-of-stock 100 g (₹396.48), Moca Coffee 100 g (₹1,120.00) to keep testing while the 500 g is out of stock, and Tobacco Vanilla 500 g (₹3,999.00) from the Fine Perfume Fragrances listing: ₹13,218.28 through the product pages. One WhatsApp message then covers the Moca Coffee 500 g question, the GST invoice, the documents for all four oils and the dispatch date.

Questions to ask any gourmand supplier, including us

Gourmand oils are where "strong" claims and brand-named dupes are most common. Whoever you buy from, these six questions separate a supplier you can build a range on from one you cannot. We have answered each for CSI's gourmand range from the data on this page.

Dispatch, delivery and festival deadlines

We do not publish transit times on this page, because they depend on your pincode and the time of year, and a promise we cannot keep is worse than none. Two customer reviews on the store are candid about delivery: one found delivery charges high, another asked for quicker delivery dates. Take that seriously and ask for the dispatch date and delivery charges for your pincode before you pay, especially close to a festival. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026 and Christmas on 25 December 2026; work back from the day you need to start pouring, not from the festival.
