Where to Buy Romantic Fragrance Oils for a Candle Business

The three routes, and what each is for

CSI sells raw materials only — oils, wax, wicks, jars, packaging — and does not sell finished candles. Everything on the store can be reached by the product page; some things are better handled by message. The collections that hold romantic oils

Romantic oils are spread across several collections. Most sit in fragrance oils. Many also appear in fine perfume fragrances, including Love Spell, Pink Crush, Wild Berries, Spicy Raspberry, Solar Bloom and Smoked Rose Royale; some perfume-grade oils, such as Ban Magnet, are not in the fragrance oils collection at all. Brand-inspired listings are grouped in BBW-inspired fragrances, and recent additions, including Vanilla Bean, in new launches. Every romantic and romantic-adjacent oil listing we checked, size by size. "In stock" means the size was available to order on the product page on 24 September 2026; "Out" means it was listed but unavailable; "—" means the size is not listed at all. "Stated" in the last column means the product page gives a candle load; "not stated" means you must work inside your wax's ceiling and test. Some rows are CSI listings named after third-party brands: those names are CSI's listing names, the oils are CSI's interpretations, and CSI is not affiliated with those brands. Keep brand names off your own labels.

Three patterns matter for a business. The core romantic oils are deep. British Rose, Japanese Cherry Blossom, Jasmine, Raat Ki Rani, Gardenia, Ylang Ylang, Fresh Strawberries, Vanilla Bean, Dark Vanilla and Dark Vanilla Oud were all in stock at every size, so you can test at 15 g or 50 g and scale on the same listing. The Indian white florals are the gap. Mogra and Rajnigandha were out at every size; ask on WhatsApp for restock timing rather than building a product around them. Brand-inspired and perfume-grade listings are thinner. Several start at 50 g, skip 500 g, or have their larger sizes out; one was in stock at 50 g only.

Page wording varies across the romantic range. Some pages say "IFRA Certified" (Pink Crush, Love Spell), some "IFRA-certified" (Fresh Strawberries, Dark Vanilla Oud), perfume-grade listings say "IFRA compliant, phthalate-free, skin-safe", and many pages — including British Rose, Jasmine, Vanilla Bean and Smoked Rose Royale — give no IFRA wording at all. That does not tell you which oils are better; it tells you which pages say what. Ask for documents for every oil you sell, whatever its page says.

When to buy somewhere else

We would rather you bought from us, but a supplier page that pretends to have everything is not useful to a business. There are romantic scents CSI cannot supply on 24 September 2026: mogra and rajnigandha while they are out of stock; any oil that reproduces a specific perfume or a hotel's signature scent, which we do not sell; and a bespoke oil made for your brand alone.
